it's helpful for first time requesters, and helpful to get you accepted

— type the request in one comment

— fill out the form completely

— story must be published / ready to be published

— i have the right to deny if i don't have inspiration or if you don't follow the rules / don't fill the form fully, i apologise in advance

— please do not use my examples as ideas in the ideas section of the form

— graphic / thread hopping is okay, as long as you inform me & the other designer is okay with it

— if you didn't receive your cover in 2 weeks, then please pm me about it

— pick up your cover in 9 days, or it'll turn into a premade

— password is your zodiac sign, put it in the other section

— use the cover for at least 2 weeks

— complete the payment after you receive the cover

— if you will not be using the cover, please inform me

— payment

— permanent follow
— credit in the description

do not undo the payment
