"What do you want?" I seethed. "You finally agreed to listen,love" Envy complimented. I was ready to spit him in the face.
"Okay, so this is what you have to do. Just leave. I will tell you were to go. Leave this place. Leave Edward and your child behind. Or else I will kill you husband, child, and leave you alive. For their blood is on your hands. So will you be selfish and stay for your own happiness? Or will you leave, and keep them alive? You also can't tell anyone about this, or everyone one you know and love will die" he said with a sickly sweet smile.
My blood ran cold. Leave my family behind? I couldn't do that! "Anything else!" I yelled in panic. "I want nothing else. Once you leave them behind, we can stay together forever, and ever" a look of maddens was on his face,
"So go home now. You have till midnight to leave, then come to the bridge, I'll take care of it from there" he explains, and then vanishes into nothingness.
I collapse.tears streaked down my cheeks. "I-I can't leave" I whisper. No, I must leave. But I should take as many memories with me.
I get up. I dust myself off, and wipe away my tears. I ran home. I opened the door quickly and closed it behind me. Edward was sitting on the table, feeding Alexander.
"Your back?" He asks. Alex raises his arms to me. My eyes teared up. I'm going to leave these two tonight. I broke down. Edward came rushing over, leaving Alex in his baby chair.
"What's wrong?" He asks, rubbing my back. I couldn't say it. If I did, up he would die, along with my Alexander. I hugged him. He kept soothingly rubbing my back.
He led me to the couch, I sat down, and dried my tears. He brought over Alex. I held Alex in my arms, and he softly tugged at my hair. I burned this picture into my mind.
I pecked him on the cheeks, forehead, nose, and his small hands. I held him close, and some stray tears  slid onto his face, Ed sat down next to me.
I looked up at him. His golden eyes filled with concern. I leaned and planted a small kiss on his cheek. "I'm sorry" the two words slipped out of my mouth. I slapped a hand on my lips.
"Sorry for what?" He asks. His eyes widen. "Your not leaving me right?!" He yells. I stay silent. He crushes me and Alexander in a hug.
"Don't leave. Please don't leave." He mumbles into my hair. I silently cry my heart out. My tears soaked his shoulder. Innocent Alexander looked up at us, not knowing anything.
"Ed, I-I love you" I cry. "I love you too, Rio" he says. He smashes his lips into mine. I cry. But I manage to stop myself the kiss ended after a small moment leaving me slightly dazed. "Your the only one that I could love. Please. Your my everything. I love you. So please don't leave. I couldn't know what to do without you" he whispers. I only nod. I'm so sorry. Forgive me. Please forgive me. Please I thought. As invisible tears flowed from my eyes. I had to leave tonight, and that was all there is to it, sadly, it didn't seem I had any other choice in the matter.
As it turned dark, I sung Alexander to sleep, and was about to go to my room, passing the main room, where Edward was watching TV.
"Hey, Rio?" He calls. I look over. "Yeah?". "Come here" he wags a finger. I walk and sit next to him, "what is it?" I ask, wondering why he called me here.
No words escaped his mouth. He just pulled me into a hug. Then he kissed me, and I fell onto the couch. We broke apart. Edward looked down at me.
"Promise you won't leave" he says, voice sounding desperate. "Ed, I.." I couldn't promise it. I cross my fingers out of his view. "I promise" I say in a small voice.
He looked relived. I wanted to punch myself. "I frickin love you" he says with a smile, before kissing me again. "Edw-ard" I say against his lips. He knows what I was asking.
He got off me and I sat up, and hugged him goodnight,and goodbye, and left for my bedroom.
I instantly went through the window, and jumped out. I landed on my metal leg, which only hurt slightly. I started running for the bridge. Just as I got there, the towns clock chimed 12. I painted, trying to catch my breath. "You came" said a happy voice. Envy was standing there. He grabs my hand and pulls me to the middle of the bridge. Tears fell from my eyes as I knew I couldn't go back now.
"Oh how I've waited for this, Rio" he runs his hands through my hair. "I see why that Fullmetal calls you his everything. You have everything any man could ask for" he whispers."Your so beautiful" he cooes. He pulls me closer and forcefully kisses me on the lips. He slides his hands around my waist.
He pulled away, and gave a sickly sweet grin of satisfaction. His face was so close to mine, it was unbearable. He kissed me again hungrily. I tried to pull away. But I was kept in place by his arms.
"Rio..." I heard a voice call. I didn't have to turn around to know it was Edward.
Envy pulled away once again, and I whipped around. Edward was standing there. His golden hair and eyes shined in the moonlight. He looked so sad, and a few tears left his eyes.
"Edward" I start as I try to walk towards him, but Envy grabs my wrist. "Where do you think your going?" He says. As he started to drag me away, I reached out. I stroked Edwards cheek one last time before he was out of my reach forever.
