Everyone was having dinner& talking on random topics when suddenly something struck neil's mind
Everyone finished dinner& went to their rooms to sleep

Avni thought for a moment& then told him the features which she expects after which she let out a small yawn

AvNeil reached hospital& discussed how was her health in childhood with the doctor

Dr-thats emotional to hear but nothing to worry about now
We will just perform a few tests to get a more clear picture of the situation

Avni was nervous but neil gave her an assuring look

Avni smiled slightly as she was really nervous
Soon they got the tests done after which the doctor told them about getting the reports in 3days

Neil felt some wetness on his shoulder& he understood that avni was crying
He sat on the couch& made her sit in his lap

3 days later-

Avni's reports came& everyone was glad when the doctors assured that there was nothing serious to worry about
She just had to take few tablets to have good immunity
Few days later she had her cycle but thanks to the doctor's medicines, the pain was not so severe as before
And as expected, neil took full care of avni's meals& medicines& everyone adored his care while avni couldnt thank him enough for all his care

Few weeks later-

Avni got enrolled in the college of her preference& started her classes with full dedication
But she was unaware of the storm which was going to arrive soon in her life

It was a random weekend &shweta, bebe& avni decided to go for shopping
While bebe& shweta were shopping in the store, avni's eyes caught attention of something after which she became silent

Neil returned home after fetching some regular stuff for home
As he entered the hall, he saw shweta sitting alone on the sofa, lost in thoughts
