THE TREE SIGHT

I freeze, the world moves but I freeze. The clock ticks but I freeze at the view of the trees I freeze or was It compelling me? I freeze more because it reminds me of you. The memories keep coming and tears follow suit. It reminds me of your sincere smile. A smile free of anger and sadness and could stare for hours to come by.

I freeze when your icy hands grasp me for an embrace and I just want to stay there, be there with you, for you, live for you but the world moves and you move along then I begin to question it all.

Why my abrupt cit from happiness?

Losing myself, my cheerful and truthful me as I lost you. The one thing I was lucky to have t has to be robbed of me, leaving me bare and alone.

I scream and people walk by. I cry and people see a smile. They fail to see my reflection crystal clear but that all ended, in my head, in my heart locking it up and god only knows where the key lies but as I gaze at that sight, so evergreen and vivid as you.
