You begin to question the reason why you started this journey in the first place. Bad times will always come, they try to weigh us down with the horrible past and terrible history but do not give in instead embrace them...

The only way through is in, suck it in and breathe it out. It's suffocating so breathe, take a moment and look around, look at the beauty in front of you, surrounding you, and embrace....

You may have lost a lot, maybe a part of you that can never be found again and you question your sanity and wellness and wonder if you will ever be that person you once were....
