Red sky (Tommy) pov
It's been so long since what happened to my parents death and hope that even they are dead they still fly together in the stars. I been flying for days and was getting tired so I decided to land on a island and rest for a bit. It felt like a good while to take a nap and then I closed my eyes just for a bit.

I woken up to the sound of different roars and I was curious what it was and I went to investigate it. I was walking to where the noise was coming from and saw dragons in cages and dragon hunters around a campfire. The hunters were laughing and chatting away with the dragons they caught. I was so mad at these humans and I had to save them.

I waited until they were asleep and sneak in the camp towards the cages to wake the dragons up quietly. I went over to the male deadly nadder whispered to wake him up. He was sleepy and confused until he saw me and he was about to speak but I shushed him.

I told him that I was going to get him and the others out of here. He nodded and stayed quiet while I sneaked over to the hunters and decided to tie their feet together and grabbed the keys to the cages. I was just about to open the last one of the cages until one of them decided to make noise and it alerted the hunters as I opened the last cage and the hunters had tried to get up but keep falling over each other and it was hilarious. And all the dragons were free and I was about to follow them but not without blowing up their ships and stuff. And they were happy to be free and I lead them to an island and to my cave where they can rest safely now and they decided to go to sleep and I went to bed as well.

After that I was waking up to start looking for food for the pack and went fishing. It took me a while to get enough food for everyone and I was on my way back to the cave where the pack was and heard them talking about how they appreciated me saving them from the hunters.

I felt a tugging on wanting to stay with them but they didn't need me anymore so I walked forward to them and gave away the fish. I doubt that I will be staying long enough because I know that they don't know that I will probably annoy and upset them. They had happy expressions on their faces as they finished eating the fish they saw my expression and were confused by why I was sad.

Slingshot (male deadly nadder):hey red what's wrong?

Red sky (Tommy): I decided that I'm going to leave the pack

The pack:what?! Why!?

Red sky (Tommy): I don't think I'll be much help anymore than I am now and I want to find out if there's anything that I can do to have a purpose.

Amber (female deadly nadder):but..we want you to stay

Coal (male monstrous nightmare): you are the one that helped save us and gave us a family and our freedom.

Zach and Jake (male hideous zippleback):yah we want you to stay

Red sky (Tommy):guys I'm honestly honored that you feel this way about me but I don't think it's gonna make me stay with you and I want you guys to be happy. And I want to continue to find where I can find my purpose here and I will probably burden you guys with staying with you. So I hope you can respect my decision to leave and know that I'm happy to have meet you guys and spend time with you.

The pack: *sad and didn't want red sky to leave but they decided to respect it. And they decided to spend one last time together before he leaves.*

We chased each other and fly around together and sleep together for one last time before it was time for me to go. I nudged the pack and wishing them good luck on the way home but they wanted me to come join them.

I told them that it's okay and that it's for the best and after that I fly away from the pack. I was far enough to shed tears for them that I probably never see them again and now I'm alone again.
