Then...  boom!

I collided into someone, okay well more like I was bulldozed into making me fall flat like I weighed nothing. Then all I saw was black for some seconds before I started hearing voices; male voices.

"Dude, you knocked the chic out"

"Damn, so you gotta give a mouth-to-mouth resuscitation?"

"Nah, I think she's alive, her heart's still beating"

"Sure? She seems pretty lifeless"

Am I in heaven? I asked myself at first before I heard those voices and decided to find out its owners.

Opening my eyes slowly, I saw Cole; a senior, Alan, Jake, and two other boys I couldn't remember their names.

Ugh, I'm in hell.

After all my years of being a nice soul on Earth, I'm in hell?

Ugh, God why?

Mustering up the strength, I sat up with my elbows as leverage, then looked left and right at the boys that surrounded me, albeit failing to hide all forms of antipathy, especially at the thought of one of these walking STDs laying their lips on mine even if it's to restore me from the land of death.

"What happened?" I finally asked as Alan extended his hand, helping me up.

"You ran into me" Alan replied simply.

I raised a brow, frowning in disagreement. Before I could mutter anything, he continued, a tiny smirk on his lips "and learn to watch where you're going. You could have gotten hurt"

"Well, I think it's more like you ran me over" I defended, eyeing him up.

He shook his head as he laughed handing over my water bottle. What's funny about what I said? "Just watch out next time, okay?" He said as he used his hand to ruffle my hair before turning around to walk off with his boys.

How dare he talk to me like I'm his little sister!

"Jerk!" I shouted out loud enough for him to hear but didn't get any response but I could bet my left butt cheek and a tooth he actually did hear me.

"OMG! Rv" Confused but not surprised at the screech behind me, I turned to Liv approaching me. "were you just talking to those boys?" She shot, pointing in the direction the boys went off.

"Yeah, why?" I asked quizzically, still irritated at the occurrence a few seconds earlier as I tried straightening my hair with my hands.

"Come on Rv, like I've never seen you talking to them, what happened?" She asked as we continued walking towards the bleachers.

"Oh, I got run into and knocked down and Alan helped me up and he told me to watch out ne-" I didn't even finish my sentence before she interrupted.

"You were what?? Talking to Alan??"

"Uh... And I fell?" I frowned, unsure of where this conversation was leading to.

"Like you freaking talked to Alan?" She asked like I didn't just answer it like two seconds ago.

"If you call it a conversation" I shrugged "and he ran into me" I also made sure to point out again.

"Sweet baby Jesus, you talked to Alan? Like Alan freaking Scott? Like The Alan Scott? And he ran into you? Like your bodies made contact?"

What's up with girls saying boy's names that way and woah, woah woah, what does she mean by contact?

"Jesus Christ! No Olivia, not in that way!" Thinking about what she just said, my body in contact with him but in that way?

Hell, no.

"And is him running into me supposed to be a good thing?"

"Hell, yeah baby!" She almost screamed making me laugh at my best friend's reaction. She's a nutcase.

"Well to you weirdo" I stuck my tongue out at her. "He didn't even apologize". Frowning, I just realized he never apologized.

Asshole.

I can tell Liv was about to say something but was cut short by the whistle being blown indicating the continuation of practice.

"Ugh" she threw her head backwards letting out a tired groan. "Well Rv we're gonna finish this conversation later" she said before running off.

What's left to talk about?

"You owe me a chocolate bar by the way!" I yelled after her, unsure she even heard. I shook my head, an amused smile on my lips.

Ugh, fucking Alan crazed best friend.

I'm so sorry this chapter is short I promise the next one will make up for it.
