Let's talk about the entanglement.

So a couple of weeks back August Alsina opened up about his relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith about 5 years ago. I didn't even know about it nor about the fact that Will and Jada separated until now since I don't really keep up with celebrity news. But judging from the comments from what I can assess it looked like a situation where August thought it was something more when it wasn't (kinda makes sense since he was having mental problems back). The nigga went as far as saying that he sat down with Will Smith gave him his blessing to be with Jada.

....I'm sorry WHAT?!

WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND GIVES PERMISSION TO THE SIDE PIECE TO BE WITH THEIR SPOUSE.

I really cant picture these niggas having this conversation and Will saying: yo August. You have my blessing to be with my wife.

I really can't.

So I thought that all this was just a rumour and probably something to make the whole dang internet go crazy. Which of course it did and thought that the Smith family wouldn't say anything about it and leave him to his delusion.

What I didn't expect was Jada bringing this whole thing to the Red Table with Will. Not ONLY did she talk about it with Will, SHE CONFIRMED THE WHOLE THING TO THE WHOLE WORLD.

Well shit....

My question is who told this woman that it was a good idea to talk about shit that happened - I dunno - five years ago ON FACEBOOK! LIKE REALLY!

What really bothered me was how Will was out here keeping himself together and trying not to cry whilst Jada was talking about it like it was nothing. Talking about how she was trying to find herself through "healing somebody" - WHO HAPPENS TO BE HER SON'S FRIEND - since she "never felt that good in such a long time". She didn't look sorry or guilty about it.

And just like that, Jada lost a lot of respect from quite a lot of people. Including me.

But it doesn't stop there. Recently August just drop a single with Rick Ross called "Entanglements".

If that ain't a whole new level of petty, I dunno what is.

Wooo! I need a drink after all this cause this shit is messy.

So what do I think about this "Entanglement".

Well entanglement is the right word to describe the whole this cause it sure as hell is complicated.

This whole thing would have been avoided if August hadn't opened his mouth about it during his promotion. There's just some shit you can't let the public know especially if it has other people involved in it.

Talking about the whole entanglement on the red table was really unnecessary since this was something that could have been talked about IN PRIVATE. I mean, Will looked a bit uncomfortable talking about it in front of millions of people. And bringing it to the red table was just going to make things worse - which it did.

Also, August should have known better than to get intimately involved with a woman TWICE HIS AGE and MARRIED TO THE OTHER MAN. He really shouldn't have thought that he was going to upgrade from side dude to main dude.

I wouldn't say that jada preyed on August. It's more like she took advantage of August's situation. We're talking about someone who was going through the dark moments of his life and he didn't even know how to get out of it and decided to come to her for guidance and she used the whole "healing" as something she could selfishly use to deal with whatever problems she was dealing with in her marriage and tried to "find herself".

So I believe after this ordeal we all learned something. Ladies, gentlemen, non binary peeps, married people (especially if they're at least above 30)are not for the weak. They're territory that you should never EVER tread on.
