Bora was crying harder as she read Taemin's messages. Well, Taehyung's messages but nevermind. The name shouldn't matter anymore since both are the same person.

The man who had been lying for more than six months had the audacity to still message her even when she warned him not to.

She closed Wattpad and decided to call Princy to let her know about everything. About how she was broken and how she was betrayed by someone she fell in love with.

"Hey babe, how are you?" Princy chirped happily but got confused as to why Bora was calling her at the time she was supposed to work for their favorite boy band. "Babe, aren't you at your work?"

When she heard sniffles from the other side, she got worried. "Hon, what happened? Is everything—"

"Taemin is Taehyung."

There, she said it. She dropped the bomb which surely confused Princy as much as it confused Bora an hour back.

"What do you mean? How... wait- are you sure?"

"Hundred percent! He called me cupcake. I noticed my messages on his phone too."

Princy had to hold the chair in front of her after the sudden revelation of the most shocking news. "Hell no! And if Taemin is Taehyung then who the hell is Justin?" She didn't intend to shout but her voice got louder with each word.

Bora sighed but mumbled lowly, "I don't know... Could it be Jungkook?"

The best friends lost every hope they were having till now. Princy would have tried to console Bora but the situation turned out way too worse to decide who would console who at the moment.

There was a literal shocking pause for a minute or two until Princy got the courage to speak. "Should I come to see you?" She inquired cautiously.

Bora shook her head as if Princy could see her through the phone. If she was feeling guilty a few minutes back, she was feeling pathetic now. Because of her, her best friend was betrayed as well and she was sure Princy would be as hurt as her. With those thoughts running through her mind, fresh tears began forming in her eyes again.

"Babe, please give me some days. I want to be alone. I just wanted to let you know but I totally forgot about Justi— Jungkook."

The mere mention of Justin made Princy's knees feel weak. Before she could realize it; her legs gave up all strength and she was on the ground, sitting on her knees. She wasn't sure if the situation was giving her goosebumps or the cold floor she sat on.

"I'm sorry, babe! You had to face the same situation because of me. I'm so sorry! Let us meet later. I won't be able to face you at the moment. Guilt will eat me up alive." Bora felt that apologizing was necessary because she somewhere knew Princy enjoyed Justin's company.

Even if the two hadn't talked that much if we compare it to Bora and Taemin, she still enjoyed talking and teasing Justin all the time.

Princy couldn't speak a word. She knew this was the best. If they met, both of them would be useless to each other. If Princy could, she would want to give strength to Bora and not make her feel guilty, especially when she already was going through too many emotions. Therefore, she decided to not question anymore and instead tried to respond normally as if she wasn't feeling hurt.

"If you need me, please call me any time. You should know I'm one call away. I love you a lot baby. Please take care of your health and don't skip meals."

Bora tried to not hiccup or sniffle before briefly responding, "I love you more babe! You take care too. We will stay in touch through messages."

And that was how the best friends couldn't give warmth and comfort to each other because they both were too vulnerable and broken. The friends who stood beside each other all the time would not be able to be a part of the worst phases of the other's life.

Bora imagined a strong and happy house that she would love to live in with the person she loves. Little did she know, the house was made of cards that were supposed to collapse at any time, shattering all her happiness and dreams.

I hope this never happens to us. Princy and I literally went through too many problems together, but we decided to stick through thick and thin. I wouldn't want us to be away when we face the worse situations.
