This is for Reed, a theif with a good heart. Tried to make it as vauge as possible for spoilers so......

Taken from his family as an infant, he was raised into a family of thieves, and because of that had a rocky childhood. He never had anyone to look up to growing up in this family, and the youngest member of the family was twice his age, so he never really had friends either. His main purpose was to be the heir to the thief throne as the boss couldn't have kids. Reed's purpose and life would all change in a single night.

His group of thieves planned and semi successfully pulled off a heist in Wrayia's castle, only being foiled by someone tripping an alarm. They left Reed there for a scapegoat, as he had little loot, couldn't keep up with them and they could've always made a new heir. The small boy was found by Tikana, Kako and a couple guards sobbing. Young Tikana took pity on him and offered for him to stay at the castle, as his "family" abandoned him, leading her uncle, Kako to offer him a position as a soldier, to which the boy accepted, semi outraging the guards as he had just tried to rob the castle. Kako denied the accusations and claimed that the boy was forced into it. Reed became one of Tikana's closest friends and trained alongside her, as they were both proficient in the same weapon, daggers.

At around the age of nine, Reed stumbled upon some Flameite, a rare but strong material in the forest while playing hide and seek with Tikana, Ano, Anay and Luni on one of their off days. Sometime later, he came across 2 broken daggers stuck in a tree, claiming it for his own. That night, he asked Kako if the royal smith could make it into special weapons for him. Kako agreed, and the next morning, Reed claimed his most prized weapon, the Daggers of Embers.

Despite being mocked by some of the other soldiers, Reed kept his head high and later befriended the four who would become the girls' retainers, Anay, Ano, Eve and Eyane, along with Luni, Lui, childhood friends of the girls and the twins Nanyo and Noiya, who defended him from other trainees.

Sometime in the War of Salvation, he managed to meet his birth parents by sheer luck and managed to reunite with them, with them being so proud of how he came out and how much they missed him. Reed vowed to end the fighting for his newfound parents and got stronger because of it.

Towards the end of the War, it's revealed that his former family was the one who was corrupting the nobles and decided to lead everyone into their fortress and managed to kill nearly everyone, except for Vale, the girl who attempted to be his big sister when he was so small. When confronted by his boss, Reed kills them in rage as they took him away from his family and ruined them. After the brutal murder, Reed has a breakthrough in which, if he was never captured, he would've never met Tikana, Naho, and all his friends. Reed then concludes that some things just happen for a reason, and that some fates can't be changed.

After the war, he proposes to Tikana, his long time crush and they get married, making him a Prince of Wrayia.
