The following morning

The sun rays shine through the window to face Kanna peacefully sleeping. Kanna squint her eyes to feel the hear from the sun. She slowly open her eyes and move her head away from the sun. She see Sakura sleeping on the other side of the room on her own bed.

Kanna let out a yawn and stretches her arms or legs. "Time to get ready" Kanna thought as she got up from bed. She open her bag grab her ninja clothes and went to the bathroom to get dressed.

No more than a minute she walked out all dressed and she walked up to Sakura. "Sakura time to get up I'm sure my father will be waiting for us" Kanna shook Sakura.

"Alright alright I'm up" Sakura spoke back as in waking up.

Sakura got up and went to the bathroom to get ready.

The next hour

The gang walk out of the hospital or maybe there rooms and met up outside.

"Hey Kanna and Sakura did you sleep well" Naruto asked with Kakashi by his side.

"We've have slept well Naruto" Sakura said smiling with Kanna. "That's good because I slept like a rock and Oh Pakkun came back So we know the location were Gaara is" Naruto said.

"Well that was quick" Sakura said. "Aweeee man I miss the cute little Pakkun" Kanna said sadly.

"Kanna you get to Pakkun later he's busy at the moment" Kakashi told Kanna.

"Ookay" Kanna slumpt frowning face.

"I have been told. That it seems we'll be working in conjunction with a squad from the sand village. As soon as they're here, we'll head out" Kakashi explained.

"Sorry to keep you waiting" Temari said as she has four sand ninja's behind her. "Temari" Sakura shout out.

"If that's everybody" Kakashi blurted out.

"Ookay. There's no time to waste. Let's get this show on the road" Naruto said stretching to get ready to go.

"Wait" Lord Baki jumped down.

"Temari, you and your group are to stay here. Patrol the perimeter" Lord Baki told Temrai strictly.

"Are you kidding me or what?" Temari with almost voice rising.

"Orders from above" Lord baki said to her.

"This might look good" Kanna thought.

Temari gasp with shock. "If a word gets out that the Kazekage is missing, our enemies may use it as an opportunity to launch an attack on the village." Lord Baki Explain.

"Come on" a female sand ninja said. "Don't you get it? That's all the more reason we have to get him back as quickly as we can. Look at these lead ninja. They left their village, and came all the way here just to help us rescue Gaara and Gaara's not even their leader. He's our Kazekage. The Sand Shinobi should be the ones to save him" Temari explain with worry.

Lord Baki gave a gasp. "I'm sorry" He said.

"Well, I'm going." The old lady Granny chiyo yelled from above.

The whole group look up to see lady Chiyo on a big building. "If a sand Shinobi is needed then I'm the one to go" Chiyo spoke with no emotion.

"Granny chiyo" Temari said with shock. "But, you're so--" Lord baki got interrupted by Chiyo.

Chiyo smiled down. "Im retired, yes. Which means, of course, that I'm free to do whatever I want." Chiyo said confident.

"Yes, but, the journey will be difficult" The same Sand Ninja spoke out.

"Bah. Don't treat me like a fussle" Chiyo said angry as she jumps off the building.

"What in the? Whoa" Naruto spoke out as Chiyo landing in front of team 7. "After all, it's been a while since I've doted on my adorable grandchild" Chiyo said looking up slowly.

"Alright then let's get going" Kanna spoke out as walking away.

The group follow Kanna through the village to exit the village.

They stop at the exit. "All right we'll head out on our own, then." Kakashi said with the three behind plus lady Chiyo him smiling.

"Thank you I'll try to convince the counsel to change their mind" lord Baki said.

"Don't worry we'll catch up with you." Temari smiled at them. "Ha by the time you can catch up with us, we'll have already rescued Gaara." Naruto said as he turned around. "We'll see you soon" Sakura said as all of them turned around to follow Naruto. Then team 7 with Chiyo starts running off.

With half way in the woods

Team 7 with Chiyo been jumping through trees for quite A while now.

"How much further we for" Kanna asked. Kakashi looked back. "Not much farther I think its a little ways ahead." Kakashi answers back.

"Okay thanks" Kanna said.

Sakura jumps beside Naruto. "Naruto, can I ask you a question?" Sakura asked Naruto. "Hmm this might be interesting" Kanna thought as Sneakly jumps up close to them to listen what Sakura has to say.

"How long do you think the Akatsuki have been after you?" Sakura Asked again.

"Huh? I don't know" He said as he jumps ahead of Sakura. "Poor Naruto" Kanna thought.

"Two members of the Akatsuki came to the leaf looking for Naruto once. But it's been three years since then, and no sign of them. And now they're back" Kakshi jumps in the conversation.

"But why do you think they waited so long to make another move?" Sakura wonders.

Kakashi jumps down on rock in water and jumps up again. "It could be they wanted to add before this, but for some reason they couldn't-- maybe because master Jiraiya was around, and they didn't want to face him" Kakashi explain.

Sakura nodded her head. "So maybe the Akatsuki was looking for the right moment to get Naruto" Kanna thought as still listening to her father.

"That's not it. From what I have learned, there was an entirely different reason they had to wait this long." Chiyo jumped in the conversation.

Naruto turns his head to see Chiyo. "What reason?" Naruto asked.

"If your going to try and draw out the tailed beast that dwells within, a great deal of preparations is involved. They just needed some more time" Chiyo explained.

"What are you talking about? What tailed beast" Sakura asked.

"My my. You're a student of that old slug queen Tsunade, and you don't even know that, when the lead itself is host to the nine-tailed fox?" Chiyo said.

Naruto puts a shock face and So does Sakura or Kanna. "The nine-tailed fox spirit is not something we talk about. It's considered top secret." Kakashi told Chiyo.

"Ooh really? Well, not surprising, I guess. Tailed beast are demon spirits with one or more tails. The Sand have had a single-tailed beast since long ago. That's the shukaku sealed within Gaara" Chiyo said.

"So then there's more of those demon spirits?" Sakura spoke.

"I'm guessing there's about nine-tailed beast out there" Kanna thought as she puts her hand on her chin. "Maybe there's was one at my village before the rain village" Kanna thought again.

"Ooh yes, there are total of mine of them in the world" Chiyo said to Sakura as the group passing by a small river.

"Each with distinct characteristics, and each with different number of tails" Chiyo said.

"So I was kinda right about the beast" Kanna thought as listening to Chiyo.

"The demon beast of the sand, with its single tail, a two-tailed spirit, three-tailed, and so on, all the way up to that none-tailed fox of the leaf. The beast are huge concentrations of chakra. And during the great war, every nation competed for the control of them for military purposes. They thought relentlessly over them. But the tailed beasts power were beyond human imagining. No kne could control them. I don't know the intentions of the Akatsuki but that kind of power is far too dangerous for anyone to get hold of. Eventually , with the coming of peace, the tailed beasts were forgotten but nevertheless, they will exist, all nine of them scattered over the world" Chiyo explain her story put every one in sadness.

Another half hour

The gang exited out of the woods and landed on a path straight ahead. "We are almost there guys" Kakashi spoke.

"Okay" They all said.

Then when Kakashi looks more ahead with a shock face. "Eveybody stop" Kakashi said with his arms out. The four behind him stop.

"What's wrong" Kanna blurted out as she looks over her dads shoulders to see a man wearing a cloak. Naruto looks at the man in anger.

"Who is that man Kakashi" Kanna ask her father.

"That man over there is a Akatsuki member name Itachi Uchiha." Kakashi answered.

"That must be Sasuke brother that Sakura told Naruto about" Kanna thought.

"Be on your guard Kanna" Kakashi told Kanna.

"I know you" Naruto said angry.

Kanna saw Itachi's eyes are red. "I bet those are the sharingan" Kanna thought as she brings out a kunai knife.

"Itachi Uchiha!" Naruto said angry again.

"We have to fight him" Kakashi said.

Well that was it From the episode I was watching while writing this. It was kinda ended there but I added the last sentence what Kakashi said.

But actually I have watch the Naruto series for dub but wating for more 12 or 13 to come out in three months to finish so yeah I'm actually on the war with Sasuke and Naruto fighting Kaguya I hope I spelled her name right.

Well hope you like the chapter. I know you have to wait a long time for the next update to come out.

I'm actually doing order of my books of each chapter with the same chapter number if you know what I mean.
