Lesson 3 - Laws, Morality, and Utter Madness
Laws are based on what a society as a whole dictates is right. Morality is based on where an individual draws their line between right and wrong. Madness is the conflict between law, and morality.
Laws change throughout time as society and culture changes. Morality changes as an individual's perception of themselves, and the world around them changes. Madness changes as morality and law changes.
Laws can be morally wrong. Morality can be lawfully wrong. Madness can be subjective and is more often than not controversial.
Law, morality, and madness are all tied together. They exist in a gray zone, where law and morality try to paint the walls monochrome and madness claims itself to be colourless.
Law, morality, and madness is the gray zone of a human mind, it is a gray zone in a human society.
Law, morality, and madness is a warzone littered with common sense, sense, and nonsense.
