One of the facts about Naruto Shippuden that proves the relationship between Naruto and Sasuke is destiny is before the Nine-tails killed Naruto's parents, his mom saw a woman holding her baby and told the baby that she wanted it to be best friends with her son. It was Sasuke's mom.
