getting started

Before doing ballet you should have

1.leotards or loose shirt
When starting ballet you need the outfits that suite you because you can get verry sweaty if you dont have leotards you can get a loose shirt while dancing.

2.Ballet slippers
We really need ballet shoes If you firstime to go to a ballet class or at home you should have ballet slippers or dancing

3.tights
It prevent more consistent look on the legs and it's more confortable to dance with

Warmups

ankles
We need to stretch are foot seat on the floor with your 2 feet in front of you and pointed.rotate your ankle clockwise and counter clockwise do circles for 30 times each foot.

Splits
Do a split on the floor get your left hand to touch your right feet.do it on the other side with right hand and left feet you shoud fill your hips being stretched do it for 1 minute and it helps your flexibility on your feet.

Warm up for your turns

Passé
If you dont know passé its puting your left feet behind your right knee most begginer has corrections like your feet should be pointed not flat behind your knee to practice it wrapp your pointed feet on your ankle and slowly and put it behind your ankle

Relevé
It means "raise" so put your feet on the second posistion of ballet and tip toe up and down to practice it and so your feet will be stronger
