Change For My Dream

A/N: I KNOW THIS IS IN SCRIPT FORM IT'S A MISTAKE.
I WILL EDIT IT WHEN I HAVE TIME.

Yesterday, Ai met his 'first' friend and seems excited
to interact even more with humans. Ever since he met Reiji,
he's been looking forward to going out and is now starting
to 'change'.

Ai is starting to have his own "rough" attitude :))
As what we've seen in the anime, he's starting to become like that.
More human-ish and more social.

And this made the professor happy. Even Lily. She was glad that
Ai is making a few steps towards to becoming 'human'.

Change For My Dream

Ai: Lily!

Lily: Hm?

Ai: What do you think? I'm starting to get more used in socializing..

Lily: That's good for you then! ^_^

Ai: :D! Won't you go with me? Tomorrow, Reiji is going to introduce me to 2 other people..
I'm not sure how to deal with more humans besides Reiji yet.

Lily: Do you want me to go with you? :|

Ai: Well.. yes.. if it is alright with you?

Lily: Alright, I'll go :)

Ai: Thank you, Lily! :)

Lily: :)

Ai went back to his room after that.

Lily: (Honestly, I'm a little envious of Ai but I am truly happy for him anyway.
I'm just envious of how he is starting to be more 'human', and unlock
his 'emotions'. While me.. a human.. my emotions are still "dead".)

The Professor suddenly talked to me again.

Professor: Where is Aine?

Lily: He's in his room. He seems to be 'changing' right now,
and is starting to be more 'human'.

Professor: Fantastic!

Lily: And also..He's going to meet 2 more people tomorrow.

Professor: That's good, he'll learn even more that way. You're doing well too,
keep up the good work, Emily.

Lily: Thank you.. Um by the way Professor..

Professor: ?

Lily: I was thinking.. if Ai-kun ever starts to live off on his own and doesn't need to be
in my 'care' anymore, may I leave as well?

Professor: Hmm? Well, of course. Actually, you can leave anytime, but if you leave now,
Aine would be in trouble. So I hope you could wait.

Lily: I will.. I was just asking..

Professor: What do you plan to do after leaving then?

Lily: Umm.. music.. I love music. I want to try to start a career in music.

Professor: Hm that sounds good. But don't think about that for now, alright?
Focus on Aine. If you focus very well, you might be able to leave as soon as possible.
Okay? I'll see you around. Take care of Aine. *leaves*

Lily: Yes, professor..

This is really horrible. I don't want to help Ai-kun just so I can help myself too.
I personally want to help Ai-kun until he's okay.. And after that,
I will start helping myself as well.

The next day...

We finished getting ready for Ai-kun is going to meet 2 more people today.
I am going to accompany him for he's still not sure how to deal with other people.
But in reality, I don't know either.. All I ever do is just a "natural act of kindness" to deal with people..

Ai: I was wondering about this all night..

Lily: Hm?

Ai: You're always with me, if not, you're in the lab. Don't you have any family or friends?

Lily: I don't.

His eyes widened in surprise.

Ai: Really? Why? What happened?

Lily: I was an orphan and I never had any friend since I was focusing in my studies.
Because I wanted to make sure I don't fail in life, because no one would support me.

Ai: That's really hard....

Lily: . . . .

Ai: But.. I'm your friend, right? Because you're my friend! You've always been!

Lily: !!!.... (Friend..? Ai-kun, considers me as his friend?) . . . *smiles* Yes, yes we're friends! :)))

Ai: You're not alone! :)

Lily:  Thank you, Ai-kun. (He's truly progresssing :))) ) Now let's get going.

Ai: Okay.

We finally arrived to the meeting place and we were called by Reiji-kun.

Reiji: Heeey~! Over here! :D

We walked over to their table and took our own seats.

Reiji: See, see? He's adorable!

Guy: What about it? -_-

Guy2: . . . .

Reiji: Ehh? You guys are so cold :< anyway.. hello there!
Lily-chan, and ofcourse, Ai-ai! :D

Ai: Hello.

Lily: . . . .

Reiji: Umm.. this guy over here *points* is Ranmaru!

Ranmaru: I'm Ranmaru Kurosaki.

Ai: Nice to meet you.

Reiji: And this one here is Camus! None of us knows his last name, really! :D ^.^

Lily: (a guy with no last name, now THAT'S suspicious -_-)....

Camus: I am Camus.

Ai: Hello, I am Mikaze Ai. Nice to meet you.

Reiji: So I had us guys meet each other! But not just to have fun! But because
I have a proposal!

Camus: Proposal?

Lily: (What is this now? -__-) ....

Reiji: The truth is.. I know the two of you, Ranmaru and Camus, have been scouted by
Shining Saotome all this time. Why don't you try it? I've been scouted by him as well..
And he told me that I should try to work out with a group. So you guys might do!

Ai: ....? *looks at Lily*

Lily: Ai-kun, it's about working, jobs.

Ai: I don't know if any job would suit me..?

Reiji: Naaay~! This one would definitely suit you, Ai-Ai! ^.^ It's all about music!!

Ai: I-Is that so..?

Ranmaru: Then you're offering us to form a band??! *___*

Reiji: Err.. kind of? But not those kind of rock bands. More of a pop group! ^.^

Ranmaru: WHAT. NO!

Reiji: Ehh?! Come on guys! :(

Camus: I don't know, let me think about it.

Reiji: Aww :c . .. . .. . .

Ai: . . . . . ..

Lily: (Music.. huh. If Ai-kun accepts, he's gonna be what I want to be. I hope he'll accept because
 he really feels like accepting. I hope for the best.. Ai-kun.)

Ai: I.. I accept.

Reiji: Eh?!

Ranmaru: What. No.

Camus: Why?

Ai: Because I have this strange feeling that pushes me to do it.. I don't know how to explain it,
but it's just here, I.. love music!

Lily: (LOVE?! I-Is this because his mind is connected to the ex-idol, Aine? Or did this just
naturally came to him? Either way, I'd be happy for him. But if it's naturally, I'd be happier.)

Reiji: YEEEESSS! You're really like Aine, Ai-Ai!

Ai: .....

Ranmaru: Hmph, I'll think about it for a while as well. *gets up and leaves*

Camus: I'm sorry but I have to go. *leaves*

Reiji: Ohhh D: Please give me a call once you change your mind!! . . .*sigh*
Thank you, Ai-Ai! ^.^ I look forward to working with you. By the way, would you
mind if I listen to you sing?

Ai: Sing? I've never sung before. But why do I think that I already have..?

Lily: (It must be because it's programmed inside of your data, Ai-kun :s) . . .

Reiji: It's okay! Just think of any song!

Ai: Um.. okay.. *sings a song that was once sung by Aine*

Reiji: !!!! (That song was.. Aine's!!..) ........

Lily: Ai-kun.. that song.. is..?

Ai: Um, I don't know, I'm not sure. It just.. came to me?

Lily: . . .. anyway.. Your voice was amazing.

Reiji: She's right! (He sounds exactly like Aine as well..)

Ai: Really..? Then I guess it's good..?

Reiji: More than good! It's great!!

Ai: Thanks..

After an hour, we left and said goodbye to Reiji-kun.
We walked home again after that. Things are
starting to change with Ai-kun. I wonder how long
will I be able to stay by his side? Soon enough,
He will no longer need me..

Ai: Lily?

Lily: Hm?

Ai: You seem worried, are you alright?

Lily: Huh? Ah, no, I'm not! I'm okay.

Ai: Okay. Do you think I made the right decision?

Lily: Um I don't really know, because it's up to you,
if you believe it's right, then it is.

Ai: Well I do believe it was right..

Lily: Then it must be :) Don't worry too much ^_^

Ai: Okay. What about you Lily? Do you love music?

Lily: Yes. I love music the most.

Ai: Really? Then why don't you try to start a career in music?

Lily: (Because you still need me.. and I don't want to leave you when you need me!) Because
I'm not ready yet ^_^ Maybe some time.. :))

Ai: But how would you be happy if you don't do something that you 'love'? You told me that
doing something you love is 'fun' and having 'fun' means you're 'happy'.

Lily: Well then, I love being with Ai-kun! :)

Ai: O.o Really..?

Lily: Yes! (at least, this is true. I'm fine being with him. I've grown comfortable with him.)

Ai: I feel somehow happy to hear that..? I am happy to hear that! From my friend!

Lily: ^_^ (Ai-kun is like a kid, which makes me want to protect him even more.)

We walked home. The professor wasn't there though.

Ai: Tomorrow, I will start practicing my voice. Will you help me out?

Lily: Of course. I will always help you :)

Ai: Alright, thanks. Goodnight, Lily.

Lily: Goodnight Ai-kun.

In Ai's room..

Ai: I am starting to change..
It feels weird. It's strange.
But I'm sure, I love music.
I want to make music..

That's why, I should keep going on.
And learn things by myself.
I can't always rely on Lily..

I'm sure she has her own dreams too..
And my dream is.. to be free.
