Minseok hadn't seen Jongdae since he left the morning after they slept together but they did still message each other. Minseok obviously had to get back to work at the café.

While he was behind the counter he continuously thought about that kiss. That kiss. It was actually very distracting.

'But I still have many questions...' Minseok thought.

'Does this mean...we're...dating..?'

'Or is this just a silly little...thing?'

'It could have been a mistake..'

'No he wouldn't still be talking to me if it was'

'What does it mean then?'

'He likes me right?'

"But do I like him?" Minseok suddenly blurted out loud causing the rest of the staff to give him funny looks and even funny customers who have most likely been standing there a while, waiting for him to take their order.

"Who do you like?" A familiar voice asked causing Minseok to look directly in front of him. It was Jongdae. Minseok's heart beat sped up. 'Yes. Yes I think I do like him..'

"I—what are you doing here?"

"What do you think?"

"Ordering coff—"

"To see you" Jongdae cut him off. He laughed after seeing minseoks flustered face. "But that too of course"

"Oh.." Minseok laughed along with him nervously. "I guess I should ask what you want quickly."

"I don't think I need to tell you" the younger smirked "I'll go get a table. Join me when you get chance?"

Minseok's face was heating up but still found the energy to smile "okay" he replied.

Jongdae left the counter and Minseok immediately began to make his coffee—the same one he always has when visiting the café. He sneaked a glance at the next customer in line, who happened to be an old man, and he did not look too pleased. The man tapped his fingers impatiently on the counter as his eyes wondered around the room as if he was to say he was bored. Minseok then moved his glance to Jongdae who was sat on a table not too far from the counter with his phone in hand. Jongdae was smiling at his phone which made the older frown.

'Was he talking to someone?'

'Why is he smiling when talking to someone else.?'

"Can I take your order?" Minseok said, bringing his attention back to the old man after finishing the last order and handing it to this other girl worker.
The man told Minseok his request and handed him his money.

After serving the rest of the queue, Minseok quickly changed with the girl that was helping, before anymore customers came, and rushed to Jongdae sitting alone. The younger turned his phone off as soon as he reached the table which made Minseok even more jealous.

'Jealous? Who's jealous? I'm not jealous? I just..'

"Why did you take so long?" Jongdae pouted. "I've already finished my coffee"

"I do have other people to serve you know" Minseok smiled even though he was dying to know what he was grinning at on the phone as well as what that damn kiss meant.

"I know I know" he chuckled.

Silence hovered over them until minseok built up the courage to speak.
"Um Chen?.."

"Mmm?"

"Can I—" minseok paused, thinking how to word what he might say. "Can I ask you a question?"

Jongdaes smile faltered slightly; he was unsure of what Minseok was a bout to say which made him worry. "Yes of course" he still said with a happy tone in his voice. "What is it?"

"Um... Well you know the other day when you were at mine... A-and we..."
Minseok tried his best not to blush even though he hadn't even said the main word yet.

Jongdae knew perfectly what minseok was referring to and instead of watching him struggle to spit out the word, Jongdae decided he would help the poor boy out.

"Kissed? "

"Y-yes that." Minseok took a deep breathe before carrying on "well I've been thinking about what you said... When you asked what did it mean.. And I—I really want To know." Minseoks cheeks tinted pink. "Did that make any sense?"

Jongdae nodded and replied with a simple "yes it did"

"So... Did it have any meaning? Or was i—"

"I like you"

"What?"

"I said I like you. I'm surprised you haven't noticed yet" the younger chuckled.

"Oh.. I mean—I haven't not noticed—what I'm trying to say is that—I—I don't know... I just didn't expect it to be that straight forward.." Minseok scratched his neck and let out a nervous laugh.

The table dropped quiet once more but this time Jongdae was the one to speak.
"Do you not like me back then, hyung?"

"What? Ah—no no! Wait no what. I mean no it's not like that—I do—please stop me" minseok threw his head on to the table and buried it in his arms. No one said anything which almost made Minseok think that the younger had left him. This made minseok lift his head up slightly to check if he remained in the seat opposite him. Yup. Jongdae was still there. And he was smiling brightly.

"Did you say you do? Does that mean you like me back?"

Minseok was glad that was the only thing he took from that mess of a sentence. He returned the smile and nodded.

"I guess this is a great time to ask you to be my boyfriend"

Luhan took one last look at himself in the mirror and examined his style for The seventh time. 'Was it too much?' Luhan thought. He didn't want to seem like he was over dressing, especially when he wasn't going anywhere special. 'Does it look like I'm trying too hard to impress him?'.

There was no point changing clothes or putting on makeup now because Luhan was already 10 minutes late. Panicking he brushed through his hair once more, grabbed his coat with his phone and wallet inside the pockets and rushed through the living room where his roommates were eating late breakfast.

"I'm going! See you guys later!" Luhan shouted not bothering to stop to say goodbye.

"Bye Hyung! Have a good time!" Zitao jumped up and down waving in excitement.

After the door closed behind Luhan, Yixing and Zitao both sighed in relief.
"It's so nice to have the old Lu back"

<[if I said I knew who you are, what would you do?]

Jongin hadn't expected this sudden message from Kyungsoo, in fact it caught him off guard. Kyungsoo hadn't sent him a single text for ages and suddenly he sends this to him. Honestly, Jongin didn't know how to reply.

[umm..]>
[well.. I guess I'd ask you who you think It is?]>

<[what if I'm correct?]

[then I'll probably hide in a corner and never show my self again?]>

<[what about if I'm wrong then?]

[i don't know?]>
[i will stay the same carry on talking to you]>

<[why will you only speak to me through text?]

Jongin hesitated to answer. There was a reason but he definitely didn't think Kyungsoo would be pleased to hear it.

[because]>

<[fine..]
<[ive got to go]
<[bye]

As Jongin typed his last message, the door bell rang. And because Baekhyun had gone shopping and Chanyeol was asleep on the couch, it was left to Jongin to open to the door. Jongin carried his phone right the way to the door, with the messages still showing; for some reason this message was taking longer to send.

Jongin opened the door with his head down, staring at the text as though he could make it go faster with his eyes. He wasn't even interested who was at the door.

That was until he finally looked up from his phone to see Kyungsoo standing in front of him, also with his phone in hand. 'This can't be good'
Suddenly Jongin didn't want his message to send.

"Oh—erm hi Hyung" Jongin said turning off his phone before Kyungsoo could see.

PING

Both Kyungsoo and Jongjn looked at Kyungsoo's phone as it made the sound of a message being received. Kyungsoo didn't bother saying hey back, instead he was focused on the message..Jongin mentally cursed himself

[bye hyung]>
'Kill me'

Sehun was waiting for a while. It seemed like hours. But Sehun promised himself he would not leave, that he would be patient for his Hyung. Everytime he heard the tiny bell ring whenever someone entered, Sehuns head shot up, looking for the older.

It had been long enough for Sehun to finish his first bubble tea and he was just about to order another when the bell rang once more above the café door and Sehun immediately searched for him. To his luck, a wind swept Luhan stepped into the café, his cheeks and nose painted pink due to the coldness outside.

'Why didn't he wrap up better? He's probably got a cold now...'

Sehuns eyes travelled down to Luhan's toe back up to his head and wondered why he always looked at his best and so damn stylish, not to mention handsome. 'I probably look like a peasant standing next to him'.

When Luhan spotted where Sehun was sitting, he flashed his glorious smile and elegantly seated himself opposite to Sehun. When Luhan finally pulls out his hands from his coat pockets, Sehuns eyes widen and grabs them. The older stared at him with shock and confusion. "Why didn't you put on gloves on or something?" Sehun blurts out with a slight tone of frustration while he rubs his hyungs hands with his own. The boys hands were white, almost turning purple.

"Oh" Luhan finally realises "it's okay. They'll warm up soon" he says trying to pull away from Sehuns grasp but the younger simply wouldn't let go. Luhan's already flushed cheeks were turning a brighter pink as he attempted once more to pull away.

"Hold on" Sehun said flatly and let go of his hands, nearly sending Luhan flying backwards. Sehun stood up from his chair and walked to the counter. Luhan watched him, wondering what he was doing. Soon the boy came back with a cup of coffee and another cup of bubble tea.
"Here," Sehun took the coffee off the tray and pushed it towards Luhan before reaching out for his hands again, forcing him to hold the cup to steal the heat. "Keep them there for a bit. It'll help."

"Ah, thank you." Luhan smiled then picked up the coffee to take a sip.

As Sehun watched his Hyung drink from his cup while his eyes wondered around the room, he thought back to that rainy day. If Sehun said Luhan didn't leave him slightly disappointed he would be lying. Because you see, you didn't get the whole of the story.

"And guess what?"

Luhan gazed into the youngers eyes, hoping that he will be able to hear what Sehun might say I over his beating heart. "W-what?"

"I like you"

They stood, together, in the rain for a while, without saying a word. It was mostly because Luhan had to process what he had just said. It made Sehun chuckled as it was as though the boy had frozen in time—he had to wave his hand in front of Luhan's face just to snap him out of the trance.

"O-oh sorry"

"It's okay. " Sehun replied. "Do you maybe want to come back to mine? You can dry off there—I'll get some blankets"

"I-I don't think I should" Luhan was still stuttering but neither of them knew if it was to do with the cold or embarrassment. Sehun simply nodded knowing that maybe that was a stupid suggestion , especially with all that has happened today. He didn't want to make Luhan uncomfortable, he just really wished he could stay with him longer to make up for how stupid he was.

"That's fine... But how are you going to get back home? Is there someone who can pick you up?"

"E-erm. I-i don't know. I don't really have enough money with me at the m-moment to get a c-cab. But t-that's fine, I'll just walk"

"Are you stupid? You'll freeze! It's not like you live close to here either"

"I'm f-fine Sehun, I have a coat" Luhan tugged at his coat to clearly point it out to him but Sehuns expression didn't change.

Sehun began zipping it up for him, then going back down to button up the buttons to make sure. "Well the least you could do is zip it up. Next time when it's raining, bring a water proof coat will you?" Even though he sounded serious and even quite angry as though it was Luhan's fault, Luhan didn't take it to heart. He knew he was right anyway.
"If there's nothing else I can do to stop you from walking, I guess I can let you.." Sehun said.

"Thank—"

"On one condition "

"What is t-that?"

"I come with you" Luhan stiffened. What did he mean? "I'll walk you home" Sehun said after as though he read Luhan's thoughts.

"Sehun, you r-really don't have to"

"I want to and also... You can't stop me" Sehun smiled and twisted Luhan around on his feet before putting his arm around his shoulders, keeping him close to save the last bit of heat within them. Sehun basically pushed him along; he wanted to get Luhan safely to his house and quickly before the boy froze to death.

After arriving at Luhan, and his friends, house they stopped at his doorway where Sehun let go of Luhan's shoulders. Luhan faced the younger and stood there for a moment before breaking the eye contact.
"I guess this is w-where I say g-goodbye"

Sehun bit his lip as his Hyung turned away from him, reaching for the door handle.

A sudden decision was made in his head, almost as though Sehun had no option in agreeing, and he leaned forward and grabbed Luhan's wrist. Luhan swung back round and even accidentally stepping forward to balance himself, causing him now to be closer to the boy than he expected.
'It's now or never'

"Hyung, one more thing" Sehun almost whispered, gazing down into Luhan's sparkling eyes. "Would you like to b—would you like to be my boyfriend?"

The older blushed furiously before scrambling back. "I-I don't k-know" with that Luhan fumbled with the door handle until it opened and he rushed inside leaving Sehun alone.

"Wha.. I thought... I don't understand..." Sehun waited at the door step for another minute, thinking maybe Luhan would reappear in front of him any second. That didn't happen.

Sehun began to walk away knowing Luhan probably wasn't going to come back out. His house was just about out of sight when Sehun heard footsteps behind him that pounded into the floor as though that person was running. He wasn't going to stop—Sehun would have just though it was some weird athletic person who likes to jog in the rain— that was until he heard his name being called.

"Sehun!" A faint voice called from behind.

He swivelled round on his heels to see Luhan yet again. The older had tears trickling down his cheeks—unless that was just rain drops who knew.

Before Sehun had chance to speak Luhan had jumped in before him.
"I'm not the one who's s-stupid, you are! You came all this way to mine yet you have to walk twice as long now for you to get home!" He shouted to be heard over the bullets of rain. "I feel bad and it's your fault.. But that's not what I-I came to say... I came back because lay and Tao convinced me to go after y-you. I d-didn't mean to leave you like that I-I'm sorry—I just panicked."

"That's okay, I understand"

"I also have o-one more t-thing to say too,... If t-that's okay?"

"Sure, go ahead" Sehun nodded with a smile.

"Y-yes. Yes I w-would"

"What?" Sehun didn't get it at first until he realised that he was referring to his own question earlier. "Y- you mean—?" Luhan nodded once as another tear fell from his eye "you really want to be with me?" Sehun asked again, making Luhan laugh and nod once more.

"I h-have to go now" Luhan said before running back towards his house, his hands cupped his cheeks— probably from all the blushing he's been doing.

"I'll text you when I get back!" Sehun shouted form where he was standing. There was no reply but he didn't care, he could help but grin widely as he walked home.

Do you understand now?

I mean, of course Sehun felt disappointed—he didn't get a goodbye kiss.
