This takes place in the convention.

Backstory: You were feeling waves of strange feelings you've never felt before, you and Meggy have been together for a while now and since that time, you and her are extremely happy together. Today at the convention, you went to go get Chef Boyardee for Mario, until Chef Boyardee gave you a T-Pose Mushroom..

Meggy: Y/N! LOOK OUT!

Meggy pushed you out of the way, as you go the get up, you find out that Chef Boyardee is Waluigi.

Y/N: Waluigi?!

Waluigi: Wahahaha! It's a me!!!!!

Y/N: Meggy?! Where are you?!

You go to find Meggy but it didn't take long.

Y/N: N-no..

You see your girlfriend, T-Posing.

Y/N: YOU BASTARD!

You go and punch him but he grabbed your arm and threw you through a window.

Phil Swift: Now that's a lot of damage!

Bowser: Y/N!

Mario: Damn it! Waluigi! Why?!

Luigi: We gotta go!

Mario, Bowser and Luigi ran away to find SMG4.

SMG4: Are we done yet?

Boopkins: almost! Look here it's a deku mask-

Mario: SMG4!!

SMG4: huh? Oh hey Mario.

Luigi: we have a problem!

SMG4: What kind of problem?

Bowser: Waluigi and his t posing mushrooms.

SMG4: Damn it, come on, let's get the bus ready!

The four left to get their bus ready, meanwhile Waluigi summoned some t posing koopas.

Waluigi: Time to rule the world-

He was then interrupted by someone punching a gaping hole into his chest, his heart exposed. A red glowing fist pulled out and grabbed his heart, as Waluigi fell.

?: You'll never get into Smash Ultimate, Ever.

Tari stared in awe at this thing, she had a bad feeling and hid behind a barrier, she saw you, snuck over and dragged you back to where she was hiding, she was shaking you awake until you woke up.

Y/N: Ouch...

Tari: Oh thank god you're alive.

Y/N: What happened?

Tari: There's a weird thing out there..it killed Waluigi.

You were confused, you look up and see the thing.

Y/N: What the hell is that?

?: I. Am. Atomic Skully, fool.

He warped to you and Tari, he grabbed Tari by the neck and threw her into rubble. He then grabbed you and slowly choked you until your vision is turning blurry.

Meggy: Y/N!!!!!

You blacked out. After he saw this, he threw you near a metal pole.

Beta: What the hell?...

Atomic Skully: What's wrong? I thought you liked your brother..

Beta: You my friend, are NOT my brother!

He draws his scythe and proceeds to attack, only to result in him getting launched backwards.

Tari: N-NO!

You wake up, to see yourself in some sandy dunes, then, you saw Shaggy.

Shaggy: Like zoinks! How's it going man?

Y/N: Shaggy? What happened? Why am I here?

Shaggy: Hey, like calm down, you're not dead, you're in the Saiyan Realm!

Y/N: Uh..okay?..why exactly?

Shaggy: Well, like you need to wake up! In order to do so, dig deep..let out your inner rage!

Y/N: How do I do that exactly?

Shaggy: What makes you angry man?

Y/N: Seeing my friends hurt hurts me..but it also infuriates me if it's someone hurting them..

Shaggy: Then like thrive off of that! CMON LIKE DIG DEEP!!

You close your eyes and keep thriving off of that memory, then your whole body started to feel energetic.

Master Hand: INTR-

The hand was then demolished by the atomic fiend.

Atomic Skully: You're friends can't help you now..

Meggy: Let us go!

Atomic Skully: Why should I?..

He then grabbed Meggy by the tentacles, making her wince in pain.

Meggy: Aug!! L-let go!!!

Atomic Skully: Gladly.

He launched Meggy into the pole, impaling her.

You awaken with a new power. You look to your side and to your horror, Meggy was impaled.

Y/N: N-No..NOOOOO!!!

Atomic Skully: Don't worry, you'll join her very soon..in the afterlife..

You felt the rage inside of you, and let it out, energy started coursing through your veins, and just like that, you were super saiyan.

Atomic Skully: What's this?..feeling brave are ya? Well it's your funeral, but just to warn you, I'm not a mourning person.

He charged at you with his radioactive powers, you open your eyes and grabbed his wrist.

Atomic Skully: Huh?

You threw him into the rubble. He breaks out and punched the ground.

Atomic Skully: You really think you can beat me?..

Y/N: I know I can, now come at me.

Atomic Skully: Fine, let's dance.

The both of you charged up and began rapidly punching eachother, making small shockwaves towards you both. In the end, you both swiftly punch eachother in the jaw, sending you both backwards. Once you both got up, you took a stance and charged up something.

Y/N: KAAAAAMEEEEEEHAAAAAMEEEEE-

Atomic Skully: What the-

A blast of energy evaporated him.

Y/N: HHHHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

Once you got done, you take a breath and look around.

Y/N: Meggy?..

You find her again, you gently pull her out of the pole and carry her away. You then set her down to go rescue the others, Tari was seen stuck under rubble.

Tari: Help..someone?..

She tried pulling herself free, but no luck, so she pouts and sat there, until she heard footsteps and looked up.

Tari: Y/N?..

Y/N: It's me Tari, don't worry.

Tari was relived, you carefully lift up the rubble, allowing her to crawl out, once she was free, you put down the rubble. Tari then hugged you.

Tari: Thank you..thank you..

She cried a bit, you hugged back.

Y/N: It's ok..

Soon, the death bus arrived, Mario, Bowser, Luigi and SMG4 can be seen.

Mario: Mama Mia!

Bowser: What happened?!

Y/N: Some red thing appeared..it wiped out half of the mall with ease, but it's dead now.

SMG4: Good..where's everyone else?

Y/N: Meggy...she needs medical attention, but I have to save everyone else as well!

Bowser: Don't worry, take Meggy to the hospital, we'll save the others!

Y/N: You sure?

Mario: We can do this! Goooooo!!

Y/N: Alright, I'll be back!

You grab Meggy, bridal style and bolt off into the distance.

Luigi: I didn't know he could move that-a fast..

Beta then crawled out of the rubble.

Beta: Ow..

SMG4: BETA!

Beta: Oh, hey there Glitchy.

Mario: You have something in your neck-a!

Beta: What is it?

Luigi: A knife.

Beta: Oh.

He yanked it out and saw it.

Beta: Oh, no cap.

He then tossed it off to the side.

Beta: Nothing but a scratch.

Bowser: Okay then? Come on, we gotta save everyone else!

Beta: On it!

They go ahead and get everyone else out of there.

You were at the hospital, the doctor saw you with Meggy.

Doctor: What happened here?!

Y/N: It's a long story! But she needs medical care now!

Doctor: Okay! Follow me!!

You do so and reach the medical rooms.

After waiting for hours and hours..worrying, something else came to mind..

Y/N: What powers did I gain?..it sounds like it came from one of Boopkin's anime DVDs he's obsessed with..

Then, the doctor came in.

Y/N: How is she doc?...

Doctor:...We're sorry, shes in a coma..it'll be a while for her to make a full recovery, but survival through her treatment will be risky.

Y/N: I-is she open for visits?

Doctor: I'm afraid not, no..

You sigh and look down.

Y/N: Do what you can..make sure she's fine..

Doctor: Of course Mr. L/N.

He left you there, thinking to yourself.

After months of waiting for Meggy to recover, you heard the doctors say that she's open for visits, so you've been visiting her everyday, ignoring your powers, as that's not important right now.

Everyday you'd talk to her and hold her hand, letting her know that you're with her every step of the way.

One day, you grabbed her hand, rubbing it with your thumb gently, then you felt it twitch.

Y/N: Meggy?..

Meggy coughed and slowly opened her eyes, half way opened, she looked over at you.

Meggy: Y-Y/N?..

You tear up immediately and hug her, she hugged back, smiling brightly.

Meggy: Someone's missed me..

Y/N: Duh! You've been out for almost a whole week! No way I'd leave you here!

Meggy: Aw, you're too sweet Y/N..you know that?..

Y/N: Thanks Megster..how do you feel?..

Meggy: My stomach feels like a pretzel right now..but I'm sure that's just a faze.

Y/N: Gotcha, I'll go get the doctor real quick.

Meggy: Alright..

You yell for the doctor out in the hall, he immediately ran over and saw you and Meggy.

Doctor: O-oh! You're awake!

He puts a hand on his chest.

Doctor: You've had me worried Patient 471.

Meggy: What?

Doctor: Medical stuff.

Meggy: Oh.

Doctor: Now, that'll be coming out of your paycheck.

Y/N: Not a problem, I already payed it off.

Doctor: Oh, good. Okay, you two have a good day now, and make sure she doesn't do anything reckless or something that'll tear her stitches.

Y/N: Alright, thanks doc.

Doctor: Of course.

He smiled, you pick Meggy up bridal style and carry her out.

Meggy: Mind if I climb on your back?..

Y/N: Sure, what? You don't wanna be in bridal style?

Meggy: I never said that, I just wanna see what it's like to ride on your back silly..

Y/N: Oh, okay, well here you go.

You carefully bend down and lift her up on your shoulders, she gently climbed around and made her way onto your back.

Meggy: Okay, now this is fun..hehe.

Y/N: I'm glad it's fun, just be careful.

For the rest of the walk, you had Meggy on your back. You finally reached the castle to see your friends doing their own thing, that is until you and Meggy came through the door. Everyone just stared at you as if you had golfballs coming out of your mouth.

Tari: M-Meggy?..

Meggy: Hey Tari!

She immediately got up and hugged her, along with you in the group hug. Then, one by one, everyone joins in.

SMG4: Thank god you're alive!

Mario: Mario was worried about you!

Luigi: Not to mention the pole you got yourself into.

Meggy: Yeah, I plan on being more careful once I fully heal, I'll miss this years Splatfest, but it's better than ripping my stitch open.

Y/N: Yeah, you missy are gonna be healing for a while.

Beta: Don't worry, we'll be here to Doctor ya from time to time.

Meggy: Beta? Why aren't you in the hug?..

Beta: I'm a fighter, not a hugger.

Meggy: Well quit fighting and hug me!

Beta: I don't know..

Tari: Oh come on!

Y/N: Live a little!

Beta: Okay! Okay, you got a deal..

He puts one arm around her and pats her on the back, awkwardly.

Meggy: Is this how you hug people?..

Beta: No! I Uh..

Y/N: You never hugged anyone before, haven't you?

Beta shook his head in disappointment.

Beta: No..no one's ever offered me a hug.

Meggy: Well we're gonna teach you, first, wrap both arms around me.

Beta: Okay?..

He does so.

Beta: Now what?

Meggy: Squeeze.

Beta: How hard?

Y/N: That's what she said.

SMG4/Mario/Beta:

He goes and hugs her, she smiled.
