I am fire,

I am light.

I have a desire,

to burn tonight.

If fire burns,

do we cage it?

If a monkey learns,

to be free,

do we trap it again,

in our zoo tyranny?

What if,

Phoenixes did exist?

What if, 

you could ride these phoenixes? Would you be able to resist?

What if,

those bright fireflies,

only appear when a phoenix cries?

Would they be tears,

or a sign of hope in our world, full of a million fears?

I am a phoenix,

I am immortal.

I have seen the world, and it's

completely immoral.
