In life, there is a time when you have to choose. Do you choose to stick with your closest friends; but be awkward around her new friends? Or, do you choose different people? It seems like an obligation to find your people, but at the same time, not loose someone you already know.

What if I told you... that it's okay to let people go. It's okay to start fresh. People will stay if they are meant to stay. Don't loose yourself for others. Don't bring yourself down just because others are better.

What if I told you... to choose yourself. Would you? Probably not. In some situations, yes. But things which involve hanging out with people or even becoming part of your people. You would always choose someone else. Every human is loyal. You won't save yourself, without trying to save your friend.

What if I told you... that you are more important than anyone around you. Don't go for being popular. Don't try being with someone you're not comfortable with. Just be with your own people. In the popular group, you may be really awkward to the point you barely speak. Your self worth decreases. You are important.

Life is short, so don't waste your time trying to fit in places you can't. It's the same as trying to fit the well piece in a puzzle. No matter how hard you try, it just won't fit.

You don't need to be popular to be known or to have many friends. You can be knows by doing something that you love, such as sport, music, studies. Anything that you like, you can be known for it. Don't change yourself for the people around you. Always be comfortable in your skin, and be yourself.

Always choose you.

Hope you liked this write up. Honestly, I didn't know what I was trying to say here l, but I hope you guys got the message across. I hope this helps anyone who faces through similar problems.

Trust me, I've done this mistake. I've wasted my whole school life like this. It's never too late to start over.

Just be yourself and do you. If someone is trying to help you, take that help. Don't be stupid enough to let it go.
