Ahsoka, Maul, Yoda, and Windu continue walking toward the Senate building, while Anakin glances after them. Normally, he would ignore such phrases as "stay out of this," but even though it seems impossible to him that Palpatine could make him his apprentice, he trusts Ahsoka. And he has learned to listen to his former Padawan in such a serious situation. "May the Force be with you," Anakin whispers, before walking in the opposite direction, away from the Senate building.

By now the group is inside the Senate building and they enter the office of the presumed Sith Lord. Palpatine sits at his desk and looks up at them. "Master Yoda. I take it General Grievous has been destroyed then. I must say..." before he has a chance to finish his sentence, all four activate their lightsabers and Yoda says, " Chancellor, in the name of the Republick under arrest you are." Palpatine contorts his face and now looks at Maul. " What are you trying to do, my former student." But Maul does not answer and Yoda continues: "Decide your fate the Senate will." " I am the Senate!" " Not yet," Windu says. " It's treason then."

The Sithlord activates a red lightsaber and leaps toward the Jedi, Ahsoka and Maul, while letting out a loud scream. First he attacks Ahsoka, who blocks his strike. At the same time, Yoda and Windu attack him from the side and Maul attacks him from behind. Palpatine has trouble deflecting all the strikes and his opponents' concentration is also challenged. Palpatine again blocks a strike from Ahsoka. "You will never defeat me. I am a sithlord. I will be the ruler of the Gala..."
A red double-bladed lightsaber in his chest ends his speech. The Sithlord cries out and sinks to the ground. The four deactivate their lightsabers and look at the now dead Sithlord.

They stand in silence for a few seconds before Ahsoka looks at the two Jedi Masters and Maul and finally breaks the silence. " Hungry?" " Something to eat I could stand," Yoda says indifferently. Windu just shrugs and Maul grins.
"I must return to Dathomir, but it has been ...a pleasure fighting with you, Jedi." " May I ask why you have to leave?" asks Ahsoka. But Maul just shakes his head. "Nothing that would concern you." None of the Jedi or Ahsoka make any move to stop Maul as he quickly leaves the Senate building.

Ahsoka, Yoda and Windu also leave the former Chancellor's office and when they arrive at the Jedi Temple, Anakin is already waiting for them. " What happened?"
"We killed the Sithlord, thus saving the entire galaxy, and are now on the way to eat something," Ahsoka answers calmly and Anakin smiles at her.

"It may not be a good time to ask this, but the Order would very much like to welcome you back former Padawan Tano. The Seperatists still need to be defeated and we could use you," Windu says. Ahsoka just shrugs. " Why not."Anakin smiles even more now and hugs his little sister. " I missed you, Skyguy," Ahsoka whispers. "I missed you too Snips. I missed you too."

Not long after, Padme gives birth to two healthy twins, Ahsoka is knighted, and the council has decided that the rule forbidding love should be lifted. And soon the war should also be over, because the new chancellor, Padmé Amidala, has already started negotiations with the Separatists. Anakin, who no longer has to keep his relationship a secret, spends a lot of time with his children, and Ahsoka, Obi-Wan and the entire 501st also lovingly care for Luke and Leia, who will soon be trained as Jedi as well.
