Note: I DO NOT own Dragon Ball or Primal so don't report me. This is for entertainment purposes only and I hope you enjoy the chapter.

On the night of a full moon, a smilodon walks about the darkness within a forest. It stops as it sniffs the ground before raising it's head into the air, roaring at something it had just spotted. The sabretoothed cat growls at a creature clinging to a tree before it roars as the creature attacks it at astonishing speed. The creature's screech echoed throughout the forest as Broly, Spear and Fang could hear it somewhere far away as they sat by a campfire. They looked in the direction of the screech as Broly and Spear slowly take their spears into their hands just in case.

Our trio began moving in the morning as they climbed up and down a mountain and into a large valley. As they continue their travels, they stop in their tracks as they see a pool of blood behind a tree.

Fang sniffed the air and bellows at the Saiyan and Neanderthal, telling them they should leave as she starts speed walking in the other direction. She turns around to see Broly and Spear going around the tree, they were surprised to see the mutilated corpse of the smilodon from last night. Most of it's body was missing as that observed the body. Fang continued to pester them that they should leave.

Broly and Spear looked around but they couldn't find any tracks, broken twigs or any indication of a predator having been in the area. They then decide to leave the area, Broly glancing back towards the smilodon corpse as he moves on with his friends. Our trio continue to make their way through the valley with the sun setting.

Later at night, the mysterious creature, who we'll refer to as the Night Feeder, stalks about the valley in search of prey. It moves about in astonishing speeds some may consider to be unnatural. The Night Feeder stops as it finds a herd of ceratopsians. They walk across a river while one drinks from it. It then sniffs the air and looks in the direction of the Night Feeder until the creature leaps towards the ceratopsian and attacks.

The Night Feeder's screech can be heard over long distances as Broly, Spear and Fang could hear it as they sat by a campfire.

The Night Feeder starts chasing the ceratopsian herd, tearing one apart in a swift motion which frightens the others. The Night Feeder kills another ceratopsian as the others continue to run, pushing and shoving one another as they made their way to an open area. The ceratopsians then get into the defensive circle and start roaring while stomping their feet to the ground in order to intimidate the Night Feeder.

The creature swiftly slices one in half, further frightening the dinosaurs as they roar in fear. They immediately disperse from their defensive circle as the Night Feeder begins to pick them off one by one.

Broly & Spear yell as they grabbed their spears and start heading out towards the direction of the roars. Fang quickly got in their way and roars at them to stay.

The two stare at Fang and lower their heads as they walk back towards the fire, all while they listen to the screeches and roars echoing throughout the valley.

The next morning, Broly and Fang start catching fish in the nearby river while Spear sat at the river's edge.

They hear something moving in the bushes as Broly and Spear had their weapons in hand, Fang growled as they waited for whatever was there to show itself.

They were surprised, yet also relieved, that it was just a small green raptor chasing a butterfly. Fang roars, scaring it away. They then hear the cawing of multiple birds in the distance. Broly and Spear climb up a really tall tree to see for themselves. Once they reached the top they saw it, an open field in the distance with the grass covered in blood as entire flocks of birds fly about, likely to scavenge on whatever scraps were there. Broly and Spear then climb down the tree and our trio moves on in the opposite direction of the blood soaked field.

They were making their way up another mountain, the wind started picking up. It was actually a pretty strong wind, so much so that it slowed them down and drives them to close their eyes as they continued on.

They made their way towards a large rock, sitting next to it where it blocked the wind and allowed them to open their eyes and rest.

It had barely been a minute when they heard something that sounded an awful lot like a screech. Broly and Spear had their spears ready as they peeked to the side of the rock, looking around for the source of the sound. They soon realize that what they heard was just tree branches moving about in the strong winds. Our trio begins to relax as they rest beside the rock.

Once night had fallen, they made a campfire, lying down next to it. They were wide awake, a little on edge as they believed the creature they kept hearing every night would come after them. They stayed up for hours, not letting their guard down. But sooner or later, they began to tire, barely able to keep their eyes open. They eventually close their eyes as they fall asleep.

About a half hour later, our trio woke up to the Night Feeder's screeching. They saw their campfire had gone out while they are asleep, they then looked around, back to back as they readied themselves for a fight. They couldn't see anything as the Night Feeder continued to screech at them.

Our trio was anxious as they began to sweat in suspense and a little hint of fear. They then hear the Night Feeder's screech in the direction Spear was looking in. They backed away slowly before bolting in the other direction. They started going downhill in a section of the valley that was covered in fog. They ran for what felt like hours as they stopped, catching their breath for a moment. They then look around as they hear the Night Feeder's screech in the distance.

Our trio waits and listens for any movement, any scent they can find as they go back to back again. They quickly move out of the way as the Night Feeder sliced across an entire tree trunk. They didn't see it as it was far too fast and seemingly invisible as the large tree falls down just a few feet away from Fang.

They immediately scattered, each going in a different direction from the other. But being the slowest of three means that the Night Feeder has chosen to go after Spear. The Neanderthal used perfect timing in order to dodge the Night Feeder's attack as it only ended up slicing through several trees.

Broly and Fang go after them to help Spear as the Night Feeder continued to chase after the Neanderthal.

Broly and Fang could see Spear in the distance they got around the Night Feeder and pounced. Broly was trying to punch it while Fang tried biting it. They appeared before Spear yelling and roaring as they had ended up getting covered in some sort of tar-like liquid. Broly was wiping it off while Fang shook head side to side as Spear heard the Night Feeder's screeches. They start yelling and roaring as they ran off in different directions to confuse the Night Feeder.

But instead of chasing them, the Night Feeder started screeching as loud as it could. It was so loud that it hurt our trio's ears as the Saiyan and Neanderthal covered their ears. It was too loud as Broly started yelling. Suddenly, he heard the Night Feeder's footsteps and created a ball of ki. He was surprised to hear the Night Feeder screeching in fear as well as it's footsteps indicating that it's backing away.

Broly then threw the ki ball into the direction of the footsteps which caused an explosion, setting a tree on fire. The Night Feeder continued to screech in fear as it runs away from the Saiyan.

As our trio regroups, Spear approaches the burning tree, setting fire to the tip as Broly creates another ball of ki in his hand. They smiled as they came up with a plan while the sun began to rise.

The very next night, the Night Feeder comes out to hunt our trio as it frantically searched throughout the forest.

That is, until Spear came in riding Fang's back, using his spear to create a spark against a rock, making the Night Feeder turn around as it was afraid of light. But it stopped in it's tracks as Broly faced it, firing a barrage of ki blasts towards it. The Night Feeder managed to dodge them as they set fire to the nearby trees. Fang runs in a circle around the Night Feeder as Spear dragged his spear, which was set on fire at the tip, across the grass.

The Night Feeder screeched in fear as it had been surrounded in a ring of fire. There was no escape for it as Broly fires a beam of ki towards it, lighting the creature's body on fire. The Night Feeder started screeching in pain as our trio could see it's silhouette somewhat. It seemed to be some kind of raptor/spinosaurid looking creature with long, sharp claws, a long snout and it stood up in an upright position similar to Broly and Fang.

Our trio watched as the Night Feeder screeched in pain and agony as it burned to death.
