Galactus

Galactus possesses the immeasurable Power Cosmic and is one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe, having near-limitless godlike powers. He was once referred to as "the most awesome living entity in the cosmos." As such, Galactus is able to employ the cosmic energy within him to produce virtually any effect he desires.

Gear

Ultimate Nullifier (Weapon): This weapon has the ability to destroy any target the wielder can mentally envision. In the hands of Galactus, due to his cosmic awareness, the Ultimate Nullifier is capable of destroying entire universes and even entire timelines from beginning to end. It was revealed in the Abraxas story arc that the Ultimate Nullifier may be an aspect of Galactus himself.

Elemental Converter: Galactus often employs his Elemental Converter when devouring planets to help him in the conversion of matter into energy. Although he does not require this device to devour planets and will forego its use in certain scenarios, it makes the conversion of energies more efficient.

Punisher (Cyborg): Galactus often employs a robot called the Punisher—which possesses vast superhuman strength, speed, and durability—to battle adversaries whose power levels do not warrant his direct attention.

Taa II: Taa II, or Worldship, is the solar system-sized, Möbius strip-shaped home of Galactus. It has a number of devastating weapons and it also has a menagerie of Alien lifeforms in captivity.

Weakness

Requires unknown energies obtainable only from a certain type of planets in order to sustain his life. The suitable type of planet need not to be one where life is present, but it must have the potential to support life. When recently sated Galactus is incredibly powerful; however, the longer he goes without feeding the more his strength, power, and cosmic awareness wane. Indeed, over one month after consuming a suitable planet his power will have already been reduced exponentially, although in such a hungered state his powers are still far beyond mortal comprehension. In recent times Galactus has been known to go without feeding for numerous months at a time bringing him to the brink of death and reducing his power to such a degree that superhuman teams such as the Avengers, and the Fantastic Four etc. can defeat him.

Can be defeated by high-tier cosmic entities e.g. Hunger, Marquis of Death, Thanos (W/Infinity Gauntlet), Combined Mad Celestial, Phoenix Force, Cyttorak, Amatsu-Mikaboshi (Chaos King Form), Goblin Entity, Molecule Man, and the Beyonder.

While weakened, he was once defeated by Ghost Rider via Penance Stare (tv canon).

Can be quite arrogant at times.

Galactus then sees a strange planet ahead  and he zooms straight at it and he smashes it as hard as he can! 

Then, the planet opens up in the mists of space, revealing a giant robot!

Angered, Unicron questions outloud.

Unicron: Who dare disturbs the almighty Unicron?!

Galactus laughs out and he said.

Galactus: Almighty!? Well we will see who is almighty! But tell me, if you are almighty, what do you call me? I AM A GOD!

Unicron: Oh really? I can't tell with that spandex and that pathetic hat you are wearing, and to prove your defeat, this shall be to the death.

Galactus gets into a fighting stance and he said.

Galactus: It's a pleasure... And also, no one has ever defeated the almighty Galactus!

Unicron gets into a fighting stance and he said.

Unicron: Very well then..it will pleasure me to be the first!

Unicron and Galactus charges forward  before the two throws a punch, the impact of their punches shaking the entire universe.

 Galactus then fires at Unicron with a plasma blast, causing Unicron to scream in pain. 

Galactus only laughs and he launches a powerful plasma blast!

He fires at Unicron but then he...disappears?? 

KABOOM!!!!

As Unicron explodes, he flies back, grunting in pain.

 Galactus flies down and he grabs Unicron's head and he prepares to launch his plasma blast to  right into Unicron's head!

 Before that could happen, Unicron uses his razor sharp horns to stab through Galactus! 

As Galactus screams in pain, Unicron screams out.

Unicron: You're mine!

Unicron then fires an energy blast, blasting Galactus back.

Unicron then zooms at Galactus throwing multiple punches at Galactus, and with Galactus helpless and cornered, Unicron keeps striking at him, knocking Galactus back!.

Unicron laughs and he questions Galactus mockingly.

Unicron: Ha ha! You stand no chance!

Galactus then lay eyes at a nearby abandoned volcanic planet and he grabs it and he swallows it whole, devouring it.

By consuming the planet's ability, Galactus began absorbing's it's powers, granting him the power of pyrokinesis.

 Galactus then combines both his newfound power and the power from his helmet to and he launches a powerful blast at  Unicron.

Galactus: Die!

As Unicron explodes, Galactus laughs and he questions.

Glactus: Ha ha ha! Is that your best?

However to his horror, as the smoke clears, Unicron simply stood there, unharmed and unaffected by the attack.

Unicron charges towards Galactus and he impales him using his "wings", causing Galactus to scream in pain.

 Unicron then grabs Galactus's helmet and he removes it before casting it off.

Unicron grabs Galactus by his head, and he fires a beam right through him, instantly killing Galactus.

Unicron then throws Galactus up and he fires a powerful energy blast, completely incinerating Galactus.

KABOOM!!!

Unicron grabs Galactus' helmet and as he crushes it, he questions.

Unicron: Who is the God now? 

Unicron throws the crushed helmet into orbit before retreating into the depths of space.

KO!
