Otto sat perched on a flag pole, watching the bustling activities from the people below.

As he studies them, Otto thought to himself.

Superior Spiderman: Bah! Those fools just don't realize that I am more superior than Spider Man in every way

Just then, Otto notices a red and gold figure flying across the sky.

Otto studies the figure.

The figure is cladded in a red and gold armour with a blue dome on the chest plate of the armour.

That figure is no other than Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man!

Feeling rather jealous and insecure, Otto equips his mask and he follows suit.

Building

Iron Man lands on the roof of the building and he sighs in distress.

Iron Man: Just where did that kid go? He disappeared ever since he went after Doctor Octopus. I hope he's okay.

All of a sudden, Superior Spider Man suddenly swung up and he delivers a kick from behind, knocking Iron Man forward.

Iron Man turned and upon laying eyes on the newcomer, his eyes widens in shock and he questions.

Iron Man: Peter? What happened to you? You made this? It looks cool on you.

Superior Spiderman: Shut up! I am not Peter Parker, I am the Superior Spiderman, and I am better than that web swinger in every way!

Iron Man then questioned.

Iron Man: Where's Spiderman? Did you kill him?

Superior Spiderman shook his head and he said.

Superior Spiderman: No. I tied him up and I modified his suit, turning that stupid suit into something more Superior.

Iron Man grits his teeth in anger and he shouts at him.

Iron Man: I swear if you hurt him, I'm going to make you pay!

Without warning, Superior Spiderman shot a stream of webbing at Iron Man and he pulls him towards him.

As Iron Man zips towards him, Superior Spiderman jumps up and he delivers a kick, sending Iron Man crashing into a wall.

As Iron Man recovers, Superior Spiderman launches himself toward Iron Man and he throws a punch and a kick before grabbing him with his mechanical legs and throwing him off the building.

Iron Man activates his jet boosters and he propels himself up.

Iron Man activates a mini launcher and he launches several small heat seeking missiles at Superior Spiderman.

As the missiles explodes, Superior Spiderman was forced onto the defensive, using his webbings to swing back missiles and creating a shield to protect himself.

As the last missile struck him, Superior Iron Man screams in pain as he falls back.

Iron Man lands on the roof and he said to Jarvis.

Iron Man: Jarvis. Prepare the Endosym Armour.

Jarvis: Endosym Armour acquired.

Sky

A rocket flies towards the building at lightning fast speed, speeding toward Iron Man with it's special cargo installed in it's interior.

The rocket explodes and Iron Man flies back.

A bluish silver liquid began latching itself onto Iron Man, upgrading his suit to a whole different level.

As he upgrades, Iron Man said to Superior Spiderman.

Iron Man: Alright. You wanna see superior? Well let me show you superior!

The suit began transforming as the fluid morphs into the armour and Iron Man spins in the air before landing on the ground.

Iron Man is now Superior Iron Man!

Superior Spiderman faces Superior Iron Man and he sprints forward.

Superior Iron Man flies up and he fires a laser blast at Superior Spiderman, knocking him back.

As Superior Spiderman tumbles back, Superior Iron Man swoops down and he rams into him, knocking Superior Spider Man off the building.

As they fall, Superior Spiderman recovers and he punches Superior Iron Man repeatly before throwing a kick, sending Superior Iron Man falling down.

Superior Spiderman shot a stream of webbing onto the wall of the building and he swung himself into the building.

As Superior Spiderman lands inside, he was horrified upon laying eyes on three rotting corpses inside.

Superior Spiderman notices an elf lying dead on the ground and he questions himself.

Superior Spiderman: Is that Link? Why is he here? And what's with those two having creepy smiles on their masks?

Suddenly, Superior Spiderman senses something flying towards him and he jumps up just as Superior Iron Man smashes into the building.

Superior Spiderman releases his grip of the ceiling and he lands feet first on top of Superior Iron Man, knocking him down.

Superior Spiderman lifts him up and he attacks him with a combination of punches before kicking him back.

Superior Iron Man fires a missile at Superior Spider Man.

But Superior Spiderman dodges and he shot a webbing at the missile.

As the webbing caught the missile, Superior Spiderman swung around before throwing the missile back at Superior Iron Man.

Superior Iron Man fires a laser blast from his gaunlet, destroying the missile.

Superior Iron Man then fires several laser blasts at Superior Spiderman.

Superior Spiderman screams in pain as the blasts knocks him back.

Superior Iron Man flies forward, preparing to throw a punch.

But Superior Spiderman recovers and he creates a shield with his webbings, causing Superior Iron Man to slam into the webbing, the elasticity of the web shield causes Iron Man to bounce back, causing him to slam into a table.

Superior Spiderman then began shooting a barrage of webbings at super human speed, knocking Superior Iron Man back with the projectiles.

As Superior Iron Man is knocked back, he screams as he slams into a giant spider web, trapping him.

Realizing that his opponent is vulnerable, Superior Spiderman launches himself toward Superior Iron Man.

With one powerful throw, Superior Spiderman stabs all four of his legs into Iron Man.

Superior Spiderman extends the legs out of the window and he throws Superior Iron Man down.

Superior Iron Man tumbles and he crashes onto a cabbage cart below.

A cabbage seller watches in horror and he screams out in distress.

Cabbage Man: No! My cabbages!

Meanwhile, Superior Spiderman looks down and he gloats over Superior Iron Man's misfortune.

Superior Spiderman: Hah! See Stark? This shows that I am Superior!

All of a sudden, the stab wounds began closing and Superior Iron Man's eye visors began glowing blue.

Inside, Tony smiles cheekily to himself and he said.

Superior Iron Man: Gotcha!

Superior Iron Man propels himself up into the air, burning the cabbages in the process.

The cabbage man screams out again in distress.

Cabbage Man: Not my cabbages again!

Superior Iron Man swoops up and he fires a laser blast at Superior Spiderman.

The blast struck Superior Spiderman hard, knocking him back.

Shocked, Superior Spiderman questioned.

Superior Spiderman: What?!

Superior Iron Man flies in and he declares.

Superior Iron Man: My turn.

Superior Iron Man fires a chest beam at Superior Spiderman, causing Superior Spiderman to scream in pain.

Superior Spiderman grits his teeth and he shot a barrage of webbings at him.

Superior Iron Man sped forward, dodging the webbings before throwing a punch, knocking Superior Spiderman back.

Superior Iron Man grabs Superior Spiderman and he slams his repeatly on the ground before throwing an uppercut, sending Superior Spiderman crashing up into the upper storey.

Superior Iron Man flies up and he began attacking Superior Spiderman with a combination of punches and kicks before firing a powerful chest beam, sending Superior Spiderman tumbling back.

Weakened, Superior Spiderman tries to push himself up, determined to prove his superiority over Iron Man despite the odds.

Superior Iron Man then equips himself with the Proton Cannon and he began charging it up.

Superior Iron Man: Proton Cannon!

Superior Iron Man fires a powerful plasma blast from the cannon, causing it to fly towards Superior Spiderman.

Superior Spiderman screams in pain as the blast struck him.

The armour began breaking apart before the blast consumes Otto entirely, completely incinerating Superior Spiderman.

The top of the building explodes and a huge chunk of the building falls down.

The rubble crashes onto the crushed burnt cabbages and the cabbage man walks away, sighing is sadness.

Superior Iron Man deactivates his suit and the symbonite flow into a cannister.

Iron Man sighs a breath of relief and he said.

Iron Man: Glad that's over. Jarvis, send a message to Peggy, telling her that I'm going to be late for dinner tonight.

Jarvis: Message sent.

Iron Man: Great! Now I better go fetch my kid.

Iron Man then flies out of the building, his victory proving his official superiority over Superior Spiderman
