Z- Power of Zeus: Manifests as the electrically he emits from his body and the thunderbolt that he uses to switch between his human and Shazam forms. It can also be used as a weapon by placing his opponent in its way.

M- Speed of Mercury: Can fly much faster than light; easily travel across space. Near as fast as the Flash.

Weakness

Despite being powerful and fueled by multiple gods; Shazam is still mortal and still has limits. His victories against Superman are primarily due to Superman restraining himself and Superman's vulnerability against godly magic. Superman has actually won the majority of their duels. This is confirmed when Black Adam (who has the same powers as Shazam) was unable to harm Superboy-Prime because Prime is not vulnerable to magic.

Could be depowered if he says his name while as "Shazam" or really strong lightning hits him. Billy's human boy form is completely defenseless.

Superman defeated him by using him as a human shield to block his lightning

Billy Batson saunters across the street with Mary Marvel and Talking Tawny.

Mary turns to her brother abd she remarks.

Mary: My. It's a nice day for a walk isn't it Billy?

Billy: It sure is.

Talking Tawny: On a day like this, what could possibly go wrong?

Up in the sky, Ms. Marvel flies across the air, surveying the streets below.

As she looks around, just then, something caught her eye.

Down below, a large tiger is walking along the street, seemingly dangerously close to a young boy and girl.

Realization struck her and Ms. Marvel exclaims.

Ms. Marvel: Shit! That tiger's gonna eat those kids!

FWOOSH!!!

Ms. Marvel swoops down and she said to herself.

Ms. Marvel: I've got to save those kids!

Streets

As Talking Tawny is walking, just then, something slams into him.

WHAM!!!

Talking Tawny: YAHHHH!!!!

Mary and Billy: Tawny!!!

Both Mary and Billy calls out as Ms. Marvel throws Talking Tawny onto the ground.

Ms. Marvel raises her fist and she declares loudly towards Talking Tawny.

Ms. Marvel: Leave these kids alone you savage beast!

Not willing to let his friend get hurt, Billy dashes forward and he screams out.

Billy: SHAZAM!!!!

CRACK!!!! BOOM!!!!

Before Ms. Marvel could throw a punch, suddenly, she felt something hard slam her from the side.

BAM!!!!

Ms. Marvel: ARGHHHH!!!!

Ms. Marvel screams out as she crashes into a car.

CRASH!!!!

As Ms. Marvel shook her head, she looks up, only to see a tall muscular man cladded in a red costume with a lightning streak across his back.

A white cape hung by his back, flowing against the wind.

Billy Batson has transformed into Shazam!

Shazam points a finger and he said to Ms. Marvel.

Shazam: You stay away from Talking Tawny.

Ms. Marvel pushes herself up and she spat angrily at him.

Ms. Marvel: You impudent man! I'll make you pay!

THOOM!!!!

Both Shazam and Ms. Marvel launches themselves forward and the two throws a punch.

BOOM!!!!

As their fists collided into each other, the glass around the surrounding buildings began shattering from the sheer shockwave of the collision.

CLANG!!!!

Ms. Marvel throws a punch at Shazam, striking him backwards.

BAM!!!

As Shazam flies back, Ms. Marvel launches herself forward.

However, Shazam halts in the air and he spun around before throwing a punch at her.

WHAM!!!!

Ms. Marvel: Ngn!

Ms. Marvel grunts as the sheer impact of the punch sends her flying backwards.

Shazam flies up and he throws another punch across her face.

WHAM!!!!

Ms. Marvel looks down and just as Shazam closes in, she swerves to the side and she throws a kick.

WHAM!!!!

Shazam: ARGH!!!!

Shazam screams out as he flies back from the attack.

THOOM!!!!

Ms. Marvel launches an energy blast at Shazam, blasting him downwards.

Shazam halts in midair and he looks up.

As Ms. Marvel flies down, Shazam clenches his fist and he flies up.

Ms. Marvel: Take that!

Ms. Marvel launches an energy blast at Shazam.

PIU!!!!

Shazam swoops underneath the attack and he throws a punch, striking Ms. Marvel back.

BAM!!!!

Ms. Marvel: AHHHHH!!!

Ms. Marvel screams out as she was sent flying backwards from the blow.

Shazam puts his hands on his hips and he loudly declares.

Shazam: I'm the real Captain Marvel here lady!

Ms. Marvel shook her head and she shouts back at Shazam.

Ms. Marvel: No way! I'm Captain Marvel!

Shazam: Nuh uh! I'm Captain Marvel. The Wizard and Talking Tawny calls me that!

Angered, Ms. Marvel flies forward at super speed and she throws an uppercut.

WHAM!!!!

Ms. Marvel: I'm the true Marvel here!

Shazam: WHOAAAA!!!

Shazam screams out as he was sent flying back from the attack.

Shazam halts in midair and he shouts.

Shazam: Alright! If that's how you wanna play?

CRACKLE!!!!

Shazam summons an electrical current around his hands and he screams out.

Shazam: LET'S PLAY!!!! SHAZAM!!!

CRACK BOOM!!!

Shazam launches a bolt of lightning right towards Ms. Marvel.

ZSSST!!!

Ms. Marvel: OW!!!!

Ms. Marvel screams out in agony as the lightning blast strikes her in the chest.

Shazam swoops forward and he throws a punch, striking her backwards.

WHAM!!!!

Shazam flies upwards and he brought his fist back, ready to throw another punch.

However, all of a sudden, a powerful energy began surging around Ms. Marvel.

FWOOSH!!!

Without warning, Ms. Marvel's entire body lights up in flames and she launches an energy blast at Shazam.

PIU!!!!

KABOOM!!!!

Shazam: WHOAAAAA!!!!

Shazam screams out as he falls back from the attack.

Ms. Marvel laughs out and she questions Shazam mockingly.

Ms. Marvel: What do you think of my binary form?! Like that kind of energy?!

Ms. Marvel charges up a huge surge of energy and she launches it right towards Shazam.

FWOOSH!!!!

Shazam widens his eyes in shock just as the blast struck him hard in the chest.

BAM!!!!

Shazam: AHHHHH!!!!

Shazam screams out as he felt the blast pushing him back.

As Shazam struggles, Ms. Marvel cackles in delight and she questions.

Ms. Marvel: What's wrong kid? Like that kind of power?! Well have some!

FWOOSH!!!!

Ms. Marvel launches another energy blast downwards, reinforcing her attack at Shazam.

However, Shazam pushes the attack back and he screams out.

Shazam: SHAZAM!!!!

CRACK!!!! BOOM!!!!

Without warning, Ms. Marvel felt an electrical current surging around her, causing her to scream out in agony.

Ms. Marvel: AHHHHH!!!!

As Ms. Marvel slumps forward, weakened by the attack, Shazam flies upwards, summoning a crackle of electricity around his fist.

ZZZZSNNT!!!!

Ms. Marvel looks up and as her body trembles from the agony, she said weakly.

Ms. Marvel: No.....I still can....

However, Shazam flies upwards at super speed and he throws a punch.

SHOK!!!!

Blood splurts out just as Shazam's fist tore through Ms. Marvel's chest.

Shazam tosses Ms. Marvel's body backwards and he screams out.

Shazam: SHAZAM!!!!

CRACK!!!! BOOM!!!

A powerful surge of lightning flies downwards, striking right into Ms. Marvel.

The lightning blast then struck onto the ground, the sheer impact creating a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!!

As the fire dies down, Shazam stares at the destruction solemnly just as Mary Marvel flies up towards him.

Mary Marvel: Billy!

Shazam: Mary?

Shazam flies towards her and he questions in concern.

Shazam: How's Tawny? Is he alright?

Mary Marvel: Relax Billy, he's fine. Not sure about her though.

Both Shazam and Mary Marvel stares down at the charred remains of what used to be Ms. Marvel.

Shazam then turns to Mary Marvel and he proposed.

Shazam: So wanna grab some ice cream?

Mary Marvel: Heck yeah!

Clap!

Both Shazam and Mary Marvel gave each other a high five and the two flies away to celebrate their victory.
