Bald, muscular and seriously OP, these two titans are seemingly unbeatable in many ways. And to commemorate the end of Dragon Ball Super, I will be pitting Jiren, the strongest man in Universe 11 against Saitama, the S-Class Hero in One Punch Man

Was implied to be stronger than his own universe's God of Destruction Belmod, and was shown to be superior to the (albiet new and inexperienced) God of Destruction Toppo.

His power shook the Tournament of Power arena in the World of Void.

Knocked out "Super Saiyan Berserker" Kale with a single Ki blast.

Was able to predict and counter Hit's time-skip ability, which lets him stop time for a moment to attack or avoid attacks.

Managed to break out of Hit's "Cage of Time" though his sheer Ki, overpowering and obliterating the technique.

Fought on par with an incomplete Ultra Instinct Goku, and managed to defeat him.

Held his own against Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-Ken Goku, and Vegeta (after achieving his new "limit breaker" form that has yet to be named.)

Weakness

Despite his incredible power, he still has a limit that can be matched and surpassed, just as Son Goku has shown after achieving the perfected Ultra Instinct state.

Has no sense of comradery because of past experiences, and struggles to understand how others can be strong because of their comrades.

Once Saitama gets serious, his strength and speed increases ten foldand he becomes almost immune to any kind of damage

Techniques

Normal Series 

Because most opponents that Saitama comes across can't even lay a scratch on him, he doesn't normally play seriously when combatting a foe.

Punch 

Saitama throws a normal punch. This is able to one hit many of the villains in the One Punch Man verse and could shatter a meteor.

Consecutive Normal Punches 

Saitama throws a series of simple punches.

Serious Series 

These attacks use a portion of Saitama's true power.

Serious Strike 

Saitama throws an extremely powerful punch. The shockwave from such a punch like this parted clouds on a global scale, and was able to completely negate a beam that was going to destroy a planet's surface.

Serious Consecutive Side Hops 

 In a series of rapid side to side hopping, he creates an array of afterimages.

Serious Tableflip 

Saitama flips the whole battlefield into the air.

Serious Headbutt 

Headbutts the opponent with immense force.

Feats

Listed as a rank 10/10 in strength, endurance and speed. When re-examined he was 15+/15 in the aforementioned stats as well as in Justice, Effectiveness and Fighting Ability.

Flat out punches Boro's beam that was going to destroy Earth's surface, or at least it seems. The Official Guidebook says that the beam was indeed going to destroy the entire planet. The anime also had Boros state he was going to destroy the whole planet.

Splits the Atmosphere. This is a Multi-Continent level Feat.

Punches the air. This attack destroys the surrounding landscape.

Instantly backhanded Speed of Sound Sonic to the ground.

Kills practically every monster he meets with a single punch (which only tap into a tiny fraction of his true power)

Killed a giant telekinetic alien octopus by flicking a pebble into his head

Was able to maneuver his fist under Speed-o-Sound Sonic's groin

Was able to track Speed of Sound Sonic, even though he was moving far, far faster than the eye could see. Speed of Sound Sonic is able to keep up with Tatsumaki, one of the strongest S Class Heroes

Kills a Bloodlusted Deep Sea King in ONE PUNCH (Deep Sea King, a Demon level threat, easily manhandled numerous B and C class heroes, in addition to an A Class Hero (Stinger), and two S Class Heroes (Puri Puri Prisoner and Genos. A typical Demon Level threat, like Sea King, is equivalent to a City buster. However, it should be noted that Boros is far, far stronger than city busting, and he is also ranked as Dragon, albeit Dragon+). The punch was also able to disperse the rain within the vicinity, and even the rainclouds themselves.

Consecutively punches Boros, making him explode. (However, he reformed immediately after the video)

Destroys Boros' Armor with a shockwave

Reacted to an FTE Sword Swing, and bites it in half.

Even though Genos went all out on him, he took the fight like it was nothing until Genos reminded him to go "all out."

Weakness

Characters with absurd healing factors (like Boros, Evil Natural Water or Garou), can survive a punch from Saitama by regenerating or reforming.

Saitama is powerless against life annoyances

Failed to kill a tiny mosquito, even with super-speed and super-strength.

Bang/Silver Fang was able to outmaneuver and even humiliate Saitama using his speed. 

The Hero Association ranks both Bang and Saitama as level 10 in speed; meaning it is possible for other characters, even within One Punch Man's series, to be on par with Saitama in certain ways.

Rarely takes things seriously, since he hasn't found an opponent truly on his level yet. May let himself get tossed around before actually fighting.

Somewhat absent minded. Scoring a 4/15 in intelligence (initially this was 1/10).

Still in B-Class and is not recognized as qualified for threats near his level. Not very appreciated by both citizens or other heroes.

1/10 or 1/15 in the popularity stat.

Can't breath in space, this would understand that even with their obviously superhuman qualities, Saitama still be a human.

Not very skilled due to mainly being a simple brawler.

In the huge sphere of the ring, the Tournament arena stood drifting in a green empty void outside time or space.

BOOM!!! BOOM!!!

Explosions rings across the arena as fighters are busy combating each other.

All of a sudden....

Goku: Argh!!!

CRASH!!!!

Goku screams out in agony as he crashes onto the ground, severely weakened from his battle.

At the same time, another explosion rings across the arena and Vegeta, Frieza and Android 17 crashes onto the ground.

THUD!!!!

As the four pushes themselves up weakly, a tall muscular figure cladded in a skin tight suit steps towards them.

Beside him, Dyspo, a tall skinny rabbit and Toppo, a large obese humanoid with a huge mustache flanked Jiren by the side.

As Goku pushes himself up weakly, Jiren said to Goku.

Jiren: It's over.

Jiren opens up his palm and an energy sphere forms in his hand.

Voom Voom!!!

Up on the spectator seat, Beerus became rather distraught and he shouts.

Beerus: Oh no! It's over!

Whis sighs and he said to Beerus sadly.

Whis: There's nothing we could do Lord Beerus.

Next to the 7th Universe, Belmod, the Clown God of Destruction from the 11th Universe smirks as Khai, his Supreme Kai said.

Khai: Victory is ours.

Belmod: Indeed.

However, just when everything is lost, all of a sudden....

???: Hey!

Everyone froze and all eyes turns towards the direction of the voice.

Zeno and Future Zeno turns and they questions.

Zeno: What is going on?

Future Zeno: What is? What is?

Grand Priest looks down, only to find a skinny bald man cladded in a skin tight yellow suit along with a white cape.

The man looks up and he greets the Grand Priest.

???: Oh hey man. Nice ring huh?

Confused, Grand Priest questions.

Grand Priest: Oh? Who might you be stranger?

The man introduces himself.

???: Oh you can just call me Saitama.

Goku: Saitama?

Goku questions in shock.

Jiren turns and listens as Saitama compliments him.

Saitama: Hey man. You seem pretty strong. Can I fight you?

Toppo turns towards Saitama and he said to him.

Toppo: I admire your courage to go against him.

Dyspo: But face it, you are not worthy to fight him.

Saitama narrows his eyes and his mouth twisted into a smirk and he said.

Saitama: Not worthy huh? This is going to be interesting.

Dyspo got into a fighting stance and he shouts.

Dyspo: You're never gonna get past me!

SHOOM!!!!

Dyspo then sprints forward at Super Speed, charging towards Saitama.

However, just as Dyspo closes in, Saitama clenches his fist and he throws a punch, striking right into Dyspo's face.

BAM!!!!

Dyspo: YAHHHHHH!!!!

Everyone watches in shock as Dyspo was sent flying out of the ring.

Belmod: Dyspo!

ZHNT!!!

Everyone stares in shock as Dyspo lands right next to Kunshi.

Khai: What?!

Belmod: Impossible!

Belmod screams out in fury as he looks down.

Down in the arena, Toppo glares at Saitama and he loudly declares.

Toppo: You shall know the true meaning of Justice!

Toppo launches himself forward and he throws a punch, screaming.

Toppo: JASSTICEE!!!

However, Saitama simply stood there just as Toppo throws his punch.

WHAM!!!

But Toppo's eyes widens in horror as he saw Saitana standing still, not even flinching from the attack.

Toppo: What?!

Without warning, Saitama bought his fist out and he throws it at Toppo.

WHAM!!!!

Goku, Vegeta, Android 17 and Frieza watches dumbfounded as Toppo was sent flying out of the ring, screaming Goofy Style.

Toppo: YAH!!! WOO WOO WOO WOO!!!!

ZNT!!!!

Almost immediately, Toppo appeared right on the spectator seat, unconscious.

Margarita widens her eyes and she said to Belmod.

Margarita: Hm. There's something really interesting about that guy Lord Belmod.

Belmod narrows his eyes and he nods.

Belmod: Yes. You're right.

Belmod stood up and he shouts to Jiren.

Belmod: Jiren! Beat that guy!

However, Belmod's orders were shrugged off with Jiren saying to him coldly.

Jiren: Enough from you Belmod.

Saitama turns to face Jiren and he casually comments.

Saitama: Man. Your pals sure went down without a fight. Can you please do me a favour and last a little longer?

Jiren smirks and he clenches his fist, saying.

Jiren: Prepare yourself.

Saitama stood standing in place just as Jiren launches himself forward, flying at super speed.

WHOOSH!!!

Before Saitama could even react, Jiren throws one powerful punch right into Saitama's face.

WHAM!!!!

Almost immediately, Saitama was sent flying back, crashing through the rocks.

CRASH!!! BASH!!!!

Jiren stood back and he stares at Saitama.

A few seconds later, Saitama pushes himself up and he lets out a big whoop.

Saitama: WHOO!!! Not bad.

Saitama's eyes narrows and he finishes his sentence.

Saitama: That actually kinda hurt.

WHOOSH!!!!

Saitama then launches himself forward and he throws a punch.

However, Jiren ducks to the side before launching a ki blast right into Saitama's chest.

PHOOM!!!!

CRASH!!!

Saitama crashes along the ground before jumping right back up.

Thud!

As Saitama regains his footing, Beerus stares at him, dumbfounded and just as Android 18 questions, dumbfounded.

Android 18: Just what is he?

Piccolo: How is he taking all of that?

Piccolo added.

Saitama stares at Jiren, only for the big tall grey alien to glare right back at him.

Jiren then pulls his arms back and he began throwing them out, dishing out a barrage of punches at Saitama.

Saitama's eyes widen as he felt multiple heavy punches striking him across the body, sending him staggering back.

WHAM!!! WHAM!!! WHAM!!!

Saitama smirks and he said with a hint of excitement.

Saitama: Neat. I can do that too.

Saitama then began throwing out a barrage of punches as well, causing fists from both sides to clash.

BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!!

Shockwaves rings across the arena as the two bald fighters clashes against each other, the two seemingly evenly matched in speed and strength.

Goku shields himself from the shockwaves just as Vegeta exclaims.

Vegeta: Such power!

Goku: Man. I'm getting excited!

Saitama continues to clash with Jiren before launching his feet forward.

FWOOSH!!!

Saitama flies through Jiren's punches, barely flinching from the attacks.

Just as he closes in, Saitama swung his arm up, striking Jiren right in the gut.

BOOM!!!!

As the shockwave explodes from the sheer impact, Jiren's face contorts into that of pure agony as he coughs out.

Jiren: OUGH!!!!

Saitama then throws a punch right across Jiren's face.

WHAM!!!!

SCHHHH!!!!

Jiren skids across the ground before launching himself forward.

Saitama launches himself forward and the two throws a punch right into each other.

WHAM!!!!

A huge massive shockwave rings across the arena, causing a huge massive crack.

CRACK!!!

Jiren grits his teeth and he swung his arm outward, parrying Saitama's punch before throwing his fist forward.

POW!!!

Saitama shuts his eyes as he was sent flying back from the attack.

Jiren launches himself forward and he throws another punch.

WHAM!!!!

Saitama's body tumbles across the ground before crashing into a rock wall.

CRASH!!!!

As Saitama is down, Jiren narrows his eyes as he brought both palms closer, forming a red energy sphere within his palms.

WHHHHHHH!!!!  SHNN!!!

As the ki charges up, Jiren stretches his arms outwards and he launches it towards Saitama's direction.

PHOOM!!!!

Just as Saitama is slowly pushing himself up, the blast struck him hard, causing Saitama to go off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!!

Jiren silently watches as the explosion rings across the battlefield.

Up on the spectator seats, Belmod cheers out.

Belmod: Good going Jiren!

Jiren however, stood stoic just as a huge massive shockwave travels across the arena.

BOOM!!!!

7th Universe: What?!

Everyone stares astounded just as Saitama steps out of the smoke, his muscles more define and his face completely serious.

Saitama has reached his Serious Mode!

Jiren narrows his eyes and he questions.

Jiren: So it has come to this? Very well.

THOOM!!!

Jiren launches himself forward and he throws a punch, striking right into Saitama's face.

WHAM!!!

However, Saitama stood there, hardly fazed by the attack.

Jiren's eye widens before he throws another punch.

POW!!!

Again, the punch did not shows any results.

Saitama swung his fist upwards, throwing a massive uppercut right into Jiren's face.

BOOM!!!!

Jiren grits his teeth as he felt his entire body flying up into the air.

Saitama crouches his legs down before launching himself upwards, flying after Jiren.

BWOOSH!!!!

Just as Saitama is flying up, however, Jiren swung his body downwards before focusing his vision onto him.

RING!!!

BASH!!!!

Saitama felt a hard impact striking him from Jiren's gaze, sending him tumbling down.

Jiren launches himself downwards and he throws another punch.

WHAM!!!!

As Saitama continues to fall, Jiren wraps his fingers around his leg, grabbing it tightly before smashing it right into the ground.

SMASH!!!!

Saitama shuts his eyes just as his entire body smashes into the hard ground.

Jiren stood over Saitama and he throws a punch.

WHAM!!!

Then Jiren throws another.

WHAM!!!

And another.

POW!!!!

Just as Jiren throws the third punch, Saitama throws a punch right into Jiren's face.

POW!!!!

Jiren: NRGH!!!!

Jiren grunts as he felt the sheer impact rings across his body.

Jiren skids across the ground and he looks up, glaring at him.

SKIDDDD!!!!

Saitama stares at Jiren and he compliments him.

Saitama: Not bad. You're among the few who manages to survive my punches.

Jiren scoffs and he said.

Jiren: That was nothing.

WHOOSH!!!!

Saitama launches himself towards Jiren, throwing his fist forward.

However just before he could land a punch, all of a sudden, Jiren swung his arm downwards, catching the punch right into his palm.

POW!!!!

Saitama widens his eyes just as Jiren throws a punch, striking him right into his face.

POW!!!!

As Saitama staggers back from the attack, Jiren charges up a ki blast before swinging him arms upwards.

Saitama stares in horror just as Jiren launches the ki blast, striking right into Saitama's body.

PWOOSH!!!

Saitama widens his eyes and grits his teeth in agony as he was sent flying high up into the dark sky.

Jiren watches with his arms outstretched, waiting until his eyes widens.

Jiren spun around, folds his arms and he concludes.

Jiren: It's over.

KABOOM!!!!

A massive explosion rings across the sky, briefly brightening the green sky.

Jiren looks up and his mouth twisted into a smirk.

Goku, Vegeta, Android 17 and Frieza stares at Jiren, dumbfounded.

He just....killed that guy!

Beerus looks up to the Grand Priest and he shouts.

Beerus: Hey! He killed him! Disqualify him!

However, the Grand Priest refuses.

Grand Priest: I'm afraid not.

Beerus: Huh?! Why?!

The Grand Priest spreads his arms out as he explains.

Grand Priest: That stranger is not a member if any of the the Participating Universe and he was not included in the roster. So....

The Grand Priest swung his arms up and he announces.

Grand Priest: Jiren shall receive no penalties!

Both Khai and Belmod bows respectfully to the Grand Priest just as Jiren turns to face the remaining 7th Universe members.

Jiren: Prepare yourselves, warriors of the 7th Universe.

7th Universe: AHHHH!!!!

Goku, Vegeta, Frieza and Android 17 screams out in terror just as Jiren launches himself forward, ready to knock them down.
