When an evil Kryptonian invades the planet, it is up to the Earth's mightiest heroes to stop him.

General Zod

Kryptonian Physiology: Under the effects of a "yellow" sun, Zod possesses the same potential powers as an average Kryptonian.

Solar Energy Absorption: Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of Zod's super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. His biological make up includes a number of organs which lack analogues in humans and whose functions are unknown. It is believed that between one or more of these and his bio-cellular matrix, "yellow" solar energy is stored for later use. This allows for the use of these powers to fade when yellow solar radiation is not available instead of immediate failure.

Weakness

Zod is weaker than Superman, having lost to him multiple times even when outnumbering him 3 to 1 (normally with Non and Ursa as his sidekicks).

Zod's inferior power is due to him being exposed to the Earth's yellow sun for a much shorter period than Superman has (in the movies; Zod has been exposed to sunlight for only a few days while Superman has been on Earth since his infancy.)

His obsession in Krypton's old militaristic ways is a major flaw in his character. This led to his imprisonment for a failed coup against Krypton's leaders.

It is a peaceful day in the city. Everybody is busy with their own business.

Tracer, Genji and Winston are standing around, keeping watch.

On a peaceful day like this, nothing could possibly go wrong.

How wrong are they.

Moon

Up on the moon, an evil Kryptonian by the name of General Zod stares down at the green globe and he loudly declares.

Zod: This planet will be mine!

Zod then launches himself down into the planet to begin his conquest.

Earth

As Tracer, Winston and Genji are about to move out, all of a sudden, something crashed in the middle of the city, causing them to look.

Everyone stares in shock as a bearded man cladded in a black alien armour stood up and he said.

Zod: How pathetic.

Without warning, Zod began firing a blast of heat vision from his eye, causing the buildings around him to explode.

Tracer, Genji and Winston notices Zod attacking the city and the three Overwatch members jumps in to confront Zod.

As Zod watches the cyborg, the tomboyish girl and the cybenetic gorilla charging in, he sneers as he flies towards them.

Both Tracer and Genji jumps out of the way just as Zod throws a punch.

Genji jumps high in the air and he hurls three shurikens at Zod, but due to Zod's invulnerable hide, the shurikens simply bounce off him uselessly.

Zod then flies up at super speed, grabs Genji and he throws him into a building.

Tracer and Winston looks just as Genji pushes himself out of the rubble, his systems heavily damaged by the attack.

Tracer exclaims in shock upon looking at Genji.

Tracer: No! No! No! No! No!

Tracer glares at Zod and she began teleporting towards him.

Zod growls as Tracer zips past him and she fires a barrage of lasers at him.

Tracer then flips in the air and she teleports around him, firing her weapons at him.

Angered by the attack, Zod grabs Tracer forcefully, causing her to scream in pain.

Zod: Kneel before Zod!

Zod then punches her hard by the back, shattering her chrono-accelerator.

Winston stares in horror as his friend began blinking out of control.

Angered at Zod for injuring his friends, the gorilla began glowing red before he roars angrily at Zod.

Zod turns as Winston, now in his Primal Rage charges towards him.

But before Winston could land even a hit on Zod, Zod fires a heat vision at the gorilla, sending Winston flying back.

Winston crashes on top of a car and he gasps in pain.

Zod stood over the injured gorilla and he said to him.

Zod: You are no match for Zod.

All of a sudden, a blinding red, blue and white blur strikes Zod hard by the back of his head, causing him to cry out in pain.

As Zod massages the back of his head, he turns to face his new opponents.

Zod notices a muscular figure wearing a blue star-spangled body suit catching back his weapon, a shield of red, white and blue, the symbols of the American flag.

As more people joins in, the star-spangled soldier points at Zod and he said.

Captain America: Surrender criminal scum! The Avengers shall make you pay for your crimes.

Zod angrily growls and he said to the soldier.

Zod: Never, I will kill these people and you will die.

Without warning, Zod suddenly launches himself forward and he strikes Captain America hard just as the American Superhero raises his shield.

Captain America screams as he was knocked back by the attack.

Iron Man: Cap!

Zod flies forward at super speed and he punches Iron Man, knocking him down.

The Falcon flies in the air and he fires red feather blades at Zod, but Zod easily destroys them with his heat vision

Hawkeye fires an arrow at Zod, causing the Kryptonian to catch it with his hand.

Zod: Ha ha! Huh?

Zod heard a loud beep and as he looked, he realizes that the arrow is actually a bomb!

The explosive arrow exploded in Zod's face and Iron Man fires a barrage of missiles at Zod, causing a massive explosion.

Captain America walks back into the fight and he questions.

Captain America: Did we get him?

As the smoke clears, the Avengers widens their eyes in horror as they saw Zod, still alive from the attack and angrier than ever.

Zod growls and he vows.

Zod: You shall all die!

Zod sped forward and he threw a punch right into Hawkeye's face, shattering his skull.

Hawkeye screams as he crashes into a car before he collapses onto the ground, dead.

KO!

Black Widow's eyes widens in horror as she stares at Hawkeye's broken body.

Black Widow: Clint!

Black Widow races to Hawkeye's side and she cradles the dead archer.

Angered, the Falcon flies towards Zod, throwing a punch.

However, the Falcon's fist simply cracked upon making contact with Zod's steel hard skin, causing the winged fighter to scream and clutch his broken hand in pain.

Zod then grabs the Falcon by the neck and he tightens his grip, crushing the Falcon's neck.

Horrified, Captain America screams in protest as he races to save his friend.

Captain America: NO!!!!

But it was too late, Zod laughs as he clenches his fist, crushing the Falcon's windpipe.

Captain America races towards the Falcon and he desperately shake his friend.

Captain America: Come on Sam, stay with me!

But it was no use, the Falcon is dead.

KO!

Angered, Captain America races forward and he throws a combination of kicks and punches at Zod, but Zod simply knock Captain America with a simple wave of his arm.

Zod then launches himself forward, ready to kill Captain America.

But Captain America notices Zod coming and he blocks with his shield.

Captain America's vibranium shield is tough enough to take blows from almost anyone, even from the likes of Zod.

As Zod knocks onto the shield, he screams in pain as he bounces off the shield and he lands on the ground.

As Zod is down, both Hulk and Thor prepared to strike him down.

But Zod recovers from the attack and he jumps up, causing Hulk to hit Thor instead.

Hulk realizes his mistake and he apologizes to Thor.

Hulk: Oops. Hulk sorry.

Zod suddenly slams into Hulk and he smashes the green monster through several buildings.

But Hulk isn't going down without a fight.

Hulk punches Zod but ends up getting punched in the gut by Zod.

Zod then throws Hulk into a building.

But Hulk recovers and he grabs both side of the wall, ripped off a chunk of the building and he slams them onto Zod.

Zod screams as he falls down.

Hulk jumps off the building and he slams right into Zod, smashing him right in the middle of the city.

Zod opens his eyes and he fires a heat vision at Hulk, sending him flying.

As Hulk crashes onto the ground, Zod flies forward and he throws a powerful punch, sending the Hulk smashing through a few buildings.

As Hulk shakes his head, the buildings began crumbling right onto the Hulk, burying the monster in a large pile of rubble.

Zod laughs as he fires a heat vision at the rubble, causing the debris to go out in a mighty explosion.

Thinking that he has disposed off his opponent, Zod flies back to confront his remaining enemies.

Black Widow notices Zod and she fires a laser shot from her guanlet at him.

Zod screams as the laser blast struck him on the chest, causibg him to crash onto a car.

Black Widow whips out two revolvers and she fires them at Zod.

Zod simply rose as the bullets bounce off his impenetrable hide.

As Black Widow whips out her taser and she fires electricity at him, Zod sped forward and he grabs Black Widow by the neck.

Black Widow thrashes and gasps as she punches Zod but Zod simply lifts her up and he throws a punch right into her stomach.

Black Widow screams in pain as she felt the fist going right through her stomach.

Blood splatter on the floor and as Zod releases his grip on Black Widow, Black Widow fell on the ground and she shuts her eyes.

KO!

Iron Man flies forward and he said to Captain America.

Iron Man: This isn't good. He's much stronger than I thought.

Captain America: Even so, we can't give up!

The last four remaining Avengers charges forward to attack Zod.

However, Zod simply smirked and he flies up and he punches Iron Man back.

But Captain America hurls his shield at Zod, striking the kryptonian down.

Thor took that opportunity to fire a blast of lightning at Zod, causing Zod to scream in pain.

Both Hulk and Captain America sprints towards Zod and the two began beating the evil Kryptonian.

Hulk punches Zod in the face while Captain America strikes Zod in the side with his shield.

As Hulk punches Zod, Hulk screams out in rage.

Hulk: You hurt Hulk's friends! Hulk hurt you!!!

Zod angrily spun to face Hulk and he fires his heat vision at Hulk, knocking Hulk back.

Captain America: Hulk!

Zod turns to face Captain America and he punches him hard on the face.

Captain America slams into a wall and he crumbles onto the ground.

Captain America wheezes as he struggles to pull himself up.

His jaw is broken, blood drips from his mouth and he felt a concussion forming in his brain.

That blow is too much for even the Super Soldier to take.

Zod looks down at Captain America and he knelt down, lifts up a fist and he punches Captain America in the face.

Captain America screams as Zod punches him repeatly in the face.

Thor watches in horror and he screams.

Thor: Captain! No!

But it was too late, after five strikes in the face, Captain America is no longer moving, his screams finally fell silent.

Captain America is dead.

KO!

Zod stood up and he looks down at the dead Captain America in disgust.

Those so-called heroes are far too weak.

Iron Man, Hulk and Thor approaches Zod and Iron Man said to him.

Iron Man: Alright freak. Your evil ends here!

Iron Man fires a laser blast at Zod but Zod grabs Captain America's shield and he blocks, deflecting the blast.

Iron Man: What?!

Zod throws the shield at Iron Man and he flies towards Thor.

As the shield strike Iron Man down, Zod slams into Thor before throwing him onto the ground.

Thor got up and the two charges at each other.

Both Zod and Thor began trading blows, the forces of their blows shattering the windows around them.

Thor strikes Zod in the face with his hammer but Zod struck back by kicking Thor in the gut.

Thor headbutts Zod but Zod punches Thor in the face.

Both Zod and Thor flies up as the two continues to trade blows.

As they fought, Iron Man flies into the battle and he fires homing missiles at Zod.

Zod screams in pain as the missiles exploded on his back.

Iron Man flies down and he said to Jarvis, the artificial intelligence controlling his suit.

Iron Man: Jarvis, prepare to fire the proton cannon.

Jarvis: Proton cannon activating.

Iron Man began activating a large cannon and he began charging up his weapon.

Meanwhile, Thor and Zod are still busy fighting.

Thor flies up and he strikes his knee right up, knocking Zod by the chin.

Thor then punches Zod in the face before performing a hook and slamming his hammer right onto Zod.

Zod exhales out his frost breath at Thor, freezing his left arm.

Thor retaliates by throwing his hammer at Zod, sending the Kryptonian flying back.

Zod screams in anger and he flies towards Thor.

Thor unleashes a barrage of lightning at Zod, causing Zod to scream in pain.

Meanwhile, Iron Man is about ninety five percent completed in charging up his Proton Cannon.

Meanwhile, Hulk notices Thor getting pushed back by Zod and he decided to help his friend out.

Hulk grabs several cars with his hands and he hurls them at Zod.

Zod punches Thor back and upon noticing the cars flying towards him, Zod punches the cars back to the Hulk.

Hulk punches the cars back to Zod and Zod punches them back.

Hulk then grabs an SUV and he throws it at Zod but Zod fires a heat vision at the truck, destroying it.

Thor then rams into Zod, sending the Kryptonian flying back.

At the same time, Iron Man has finished charging up his Proton Cannon and he fires it just as Zod flies towards Thor.

As Zod prepares to throw a punch at Thor, all of a sudden, a powerful laser blast struck Zod in the chest, sending him flying into space.

Zod screams as he flies deeper into the Earth's atmosphere.

As Zod is high up in the air, Hulk attacks by clapping his hands together, unleashing a sonic wave at him.

Thor charges up his hammer and he fires a bolt of lightning in the air.

As Iron Man fires his Proton Cannon, he stops and he fires several missiles in the air before firing one powerful blast from his chest cavity.

Zod screams in pain as the projectiles hits him before he explodes into space.

Thor took a deep breath and he exhales in relief.

Thor: It's over.

Hulk stares at the dead bodies of the deceased members of the Avengers and he said in sorrow.

Hulk: Hulk's friends dead. Hulk sad!

Iron Man flies down and he solemnly agrees.

Iron Man: Yeah Hulk. I know.

Thor: Look at the bright side, we have avenged their deaths by slaying that monster

Iron Man: True

As the three surviving members of the Avengers laughs heartily, little did they know that the fight is far from over.

Space

Zod drifts in the vacuum of space, injured and unconscious from the attack.

As he drifts away from the planet, Zod's body moves closer towards the sun.

The closer Zod got to the sun, Zod's eyes suddenly snaps open.

Zod stares at the golden blazing sun in front of him and almost immediately, Zod felt a surge of energy flowing in him.

The sun has given him new energy to continue his conquest for the planet!

Now empowered by the sun, Zod rockets down into Earth to resume his battle with the Avengers.

Earth

Winston limps towards the Avengers and he thanked the three.

Winston: Thank you for saving us.

Iron Man: Hey, it nothing! With us around, the world is safe.

Suddenly, without warning, something blazing red struck Iron Man by the back and it slams onto the ground, creating a massive explosion.

Thor: Stark!

Thor, Hulk and Winston stares in shock as Zod stood up, stepping over the dead Iron Man, whose body has been crushed by the impact of the landing.

Hulk roars in anger and he charges forward.

Both Zod and Hulk's fists collided and the glass of the buildings around them shatters.

As Thor ushers Winston and his injured friends to safety, Hulk is busy battling Zod.

Hulk punches Zod in the face but Zod uppercuts Hulk, before punching him.

Hulk recovers from the attack and he slams his shoulder onto Zod.

Both Hulk and Zod jumps back and the two began trading blows.

As they fought, Hulk grabs Zod and he slams him on the ground repeatly(similar to what he did to Loki in the Avengers movie)

Hulk then lifts Zod up and he throws a punch, sending Zod flying back.

Angered, Zod charges forward but before he could attack Hulk, all of a sudden, something strikes right into his face, knocking him back.

Zod turns and he saw the magic hammer returning into the hands of Thor.

Both Thor and Hulk then began attacking Zod, punching the Kryptonian repeatly.

Thor punches Zod in the gut while Hulk punches him in the face.

Zod exhales a breath of super breath at Thor, blowing the Thunder God back with his wind.

Hulk wrapped Zod around with his arms and he tightens his grip, attempting to crush Zod with a bearhug.

But Zod won't go down that easily.

He slams the back of his head into Hulk's face, breaking his nose.

As Hulk roars in pain, Zod grabbed both of Hulk's arms and with one great pull, Zod rips Hulk's arms right off his body.

Hulk roars in pain as green blood splatters everywhere.

Zod then began to mercilessly beat Hulk up by punching him repeatly before grabbing him and throwing him far into the city.

Zod then fires his heat vision at the Hulk, causing a mighty explosion.

Zod then flies towards the Hulk.

As Hulk recovers, Zod grabs him by the neck and he hurls Hulk into the sky before firing a blast of his heat vision from his eyes.

Hulk roars in pain as the heat vision began sending higher and higher into space.

As Hulk's body began reaching the atmosphere, Hulk screams as his body began burning.

The heat vision then sends Hulk straight into the sun where the Hulk began burning to death.

Hulk screams as his entire body disintergrates before he went off in a massive explosion.

Zod stares up in the sky and he harshly jeers his dead opponent.

Zod: Weakling!

Zod turns and he flies up into the air to face off his final opponent, Thor.

Both Zod and Thor charges at each other and the two began trading blows.

Zod punched Thor but Thor slams his hammer at Zod.

But Zod and Thor fires a heat vision and lightning at each other, causing a massive explosion in the air.

Both Thor and Zod charges at each other and the two continues to trade blows.

As Thor throws a punch, Zod dodges and he spuns and he strikes an elbow into Thor's face, knocking Thor back.

Zod began attacking Thor with a combination of kicks and punches before punching him into a building.

Zod began to jeer Thor.

Zod: I have been training since childbirth, trained to perfect the art of killing. Where did you train? On a farm?!

Thor hurls his hammer just as Zod charges forward, knocking Zod back.

Thor then grabs his hammer and he attacks with a series of punches before smacking Zod back.

Both Zod and Thor continues to punch each other, throwing random attacks at each other before Zod punches Thor back.

Having enough, Thor lifts his hammer up to the air, summoning a huge blast of lightning from the sky.

Zod narrows his eyes and he concentrates, charging up one powerful heat vision from his eyes.

Both fighters fires their most powerful attack, causing an epic beam clash!

At first, Thor seems to have the upperhand, being able to push Zod's heat visiom back with his lightning.

But Zod screams in anger and he fires a powerful blast of heat vision from his eyes.

Thor: What?!

Before Thor knew it, the heat vision pushes Thor's lightning back and it struck Thor hard in the chest.

Thor screams in pain as the heat vision began burning him.

Zod then flies forward, grabbed Thor by his head and he shouts.

Zod: FOR KRYPTON!!!!

Zod then twists Thor's head forcefully, snapping his neck.

Zod then throws Thor down and he fires his heat vision at Thor, causing Thor's body to explode into oblivion.

With that, the last member of the Avengers has been defeated.

Zod then faces the readers and he fires his heat vision at them.

A few minutes later

Zod stood at the top of a skyscrapper, staring down at the burning city below him.

Just then, Zod turns and he saw an angry Superman, Supergirl, Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter flying down.

Zod glares at Superman and he said.

Zod: Well if it isn't Kal-El, the son of Jor-El

Superman: You are going to pay for what you did.

Zod: Enough formalities, I shall kill you once and for all.

With that, Supergirl, Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter watches as Zod and Superman flies towards each other to begin their battle
