Ms. Marvel: Whew! What a day. Time to rest.

Ms. Marvel lowers herself onto the edge of the roof, sitting herself down.

As Ms. Marvel admires the view of the city from the roof, just then, she heard a thud behind her.

Ms. Marvel spun around and her eyes widens in shock.

A tall muscular man cladded in an orange gi with long hair stood behind her.

Confused, Ms. Marvel questions.

Ms. Marvel: Um hello? Can I help you?

Yamcha smiles at her and he greets her.

Yamcha: Uh hey there lady. Man, I've got to say, you look hot.

Ms. Marvel: Uh.....thanks?

Ms. Marvel raises an eye brow as she thanked Yamcha for the compliment.

Yamcha then approaches her and he asks.

Yamcha: So, you wanna go on a date with me?

Ms. Marvel stood up and she politely declines.

Ms. Marvel: I'm terribly sorry sir, but I must refuse.

WHOOSH!!!!

Ms. Marvel then took off into the air, leaving Yamcha staring at her.

Not wanting to give up, Yamcha took off after her.

Yamcha: Yo wait! Please just give me a chance!

Annoyed with Yamcha, Ms. Marvel spun around and she shouts.

Ms. Marvel: Buzz off!

PIUUU!!!!

Ms. Marvel points her palm at Yamcha and she launches an energy blast at him.

BOOM!!!!

Yamcha: ARGHH!!!!

Yamcha screams out in agony as he fell from the sky.

The scar faced bandit halts in midair and he shouts at Ms. Marvel angrily.

Yamcha: Alright lady! That's how you wanna play? Then let's go!

Yamcha launches himself up into the air and he throws a punch.

Ms. Marvel ducks underneath the attack and she slams her fist right into Yamcha's gut.

WHAM!!!!

Yamcha: OUGH!!!

As Yamcha coughs out from the attack, Ms. Marvel swung up both her palms before slamming it down onto him.

WHAM!!!!

Yamcha: WHOAAAA!!!!

Yamcha screams out as he was sent tumbling down from the attack.

Ms. Marvel narrows her eyes and she swoops downwards.

Yamcha spun himself back up and he got into a fighting stance.

Just as Ms. Marvel closes in, Yamcha swerves to the side before throwing a punch right across Ms. Marvel's face.

WHAM!!!!

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Both Yamcha and Ms. Marvel flies across the air, exchanging blows with each other.

Yamcha ducks underneath before throwing a kick, striking Ms. Marvel right in the gut.

POW!!!!

Ms. Marvel: ARGH!!!

Ms. Marvel screams out as she flies back.

Just as Yamcha flies upwards, Ms. Marvel clenches her fist and she throws a punch, striking Yamcha right in the face.

BAM!!!!

Yamcha grits his teeth as he was sent tumbling back from the attack.

Narrowing his eyes, Yamcha places his palms closer together and an energy sphere began emitting within his palms.

Yamcha: KA.....ME......HA....ME.....HA!!!!!

THOOM!!!

Yamcha points his arms forward, launching the blast right at Ms. Marvel

Ms. Marvel swung her arms up, shielding herself just as the blast struck her.

THOOM!!!!!

As the blast pushes her back, Ms. Marvel grits her teeth as she felt her boots scratching against the ground.

Nearby Cafe

Meanwhile, FrostWing along with Adam, Esdeath and his daughter, Crystal sat around the table, eating and chatting among themselves.

However, just then....

KABOOM!!!!!

A loud explosion booms across the area, causing the four to turn their heads.

Adam: Huh? What's going on?

FrostWing: I'm not sure.

Suddenly, to their horror, Ms. Marvel suddenly launches herself out of the smoke, causing Adam to widen his eyes in shock.

Adam: Carol?!

Withoust warning, Yamcha suddenly bursts out of the smoke, swinging his leg at her.

Ms. Marvel swung her arms up, shielding herself just as Yamcha's leg strikes her across.

WHAM!!!!

Upon laying eyes on Yamcha, FrostWing's eyes narrows and he instructs Adam.

FrostWing: Adam. You stay behind and take care of my family.

Adam: What about you?

FrostWing clenches his fist and he unleashes a blue aura around his body.

BUSHHHH!!!!!

FrostWing has transformed into a Super Saiyan Blue!

FrostWing: I'm gonna teach this piece of shit a lesson!

FrostWing launches himself forward, flying right towards Yamcha.

Yamcha: Huh?

Before Yamcha even knew what was happening, FrostWing throws a punch right across his face.

WHAM!!!!

Yamcha: AHHHH!!!!!

Yamcha screams out as he was sent flying back from the attack.

At the same time, Ms. Marvel swoops in front of him and she launches an energy blast.

PIUUU!!!!!!

KABOOM!!!!

Yamcha: ARGHHHH!!!!

Yamcha screams out as the blast struck him from the back.

As the group watches, Crystal cheers out to FrostWing.

Crystal: Go dad!

Esdeath: Kick his ass dear!

FrostWing swoops forward and he grabs Yamcha before throwing him over his shoulder, sending him flying.

Thud!

Ms. Marvel lands right next to him and FrostWing questions.

FrostWing: Ready?

Ms. Marvel nods and her entire body engulfs in flames.

FWOOSH!!!!

Ms. Marvel has transformed into her Binary Form!

VOOOM!!!!!

Ms. Marvel charges up a powerful energy blast just as FrostWing prepares his most powerful attack.

FrostWing: FINAL......KA.....ME.....HA.....ME......HA!!!!!

THOOM!!!!!

Both FrostWing and Ms. Marvel launches a powerful combined energy blast forward.

As Yamcha halts in midair, his eyes widens in horror and he exclaims.

Yamcha: N....no way!

Before Yamcha could even react, the blast struck him hard, causing him to scream out.

Yamcha: ARGHHHH!!!!!

THOOOM!!!!

Yamcha screams out in agony as he felt his entire body disintergrating before going off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!!!

FrostWing and Ms. Marvel watches in silence as the flames began dying down.

Just then, FrostWing heard a feminine voice calling out.

Crystal: Daddy!

FrostWing spun around and he smiles just as Crystal dashes forward.

Crystal looks up and she gleefully compliments her father.

Crystal: That was epic dad!

Esdeath: Indeed.

Esdeath agrees and she said to FrostWing.

Esdeath: Nicely done dear.

FrostWing: Heh heh! Thanks.

FrostWing then embraces Esdeath just as she planted a kiss into his lips.

At the same time, Ms. Marvel flies towards Adam and she cheers out.

Ms. Marvel: Adam! I did it!

Adam nods and he congratulates her.

Adam: Yup darling. You've officially won a Death Battle.

Ms. Marvel: C'mon dear, give me a kiss.

Ms. Marvel then pulls Adam closer, planting a kiss right in his lips.

I know you are upset about Esdeath losing, but if everyone is like that, then making characters fight is really really pointless. But still, I hope this fight satisfied you and I'm also glad to see Captain Marvel win her first battle in this book
