Superhuman Physique

Absorption: This is one of Cell's more famous techniques. He uses his tail (which is concealed in his Perfect-Super Perfect forms) in order to gain all of the strength that the victim possesses. There are two methods to faciliate this technique: The first involves him stabbing the target and extract all of the organic matter of a victim, which leaves the clothing behind. The second involves him directly swallowing the person whole through his tail, holding them unconscious in his body. This is his preferred method since he also obtains the full power of those he absorbed through this method.

Regeneration

Originated from Piccolo's cells; however this was modified to be far superior to Namekian regeneration and allow Cell to survive decapitation or near obliteration.

Learns Instant Transmission when he teleported with Goku near the end of the Cell Games Saga

Weakness

Can still die if all of his cells are obliterated.

Killed by Gohan's Father-Son Kamehameha.

His healing factor can temporarily burn out if he takes too much damage or pain; hence why blunt force has managed to defeat him and why Goku saw it necessary to give him a senzu bean.

Likewise his Ki can run out and needs time to recharge.

Will regurgitate any androids he previously absorbed if Cell takes too much damage. This could return Cell to a previous form as well; weakening him.

His tail cannot 'drink' the fluids of robots or non-organics. 

His tail's absorbing abilities require time to perform; meaning if Cell is interrupted then his victim can escape. 

An enemy significantly more powerful than Cell can escape being 'swallowed' by his tail. 

Cocky enough to allow his enemies to rest and train for 10 days before his rematch against them.

Cell was officially Android 21 before DragonBall FighterZ introduced the new character. It's unclear if Akira simply forgot this fact.

Survived a one million nuke equivalent explosion and a blast that destroyed 1/5 of a planet; without showing any serious damage to Doomsday.

Survived some of the most powerful weapons in DC including the Soultaker Sword and the Sword of Athena.

Took dozens of unrestrained blows from Superman before being killed.

This was before becoming immune to this method of blunt force trauma: Doomsday is now immune to punches of any magnitude of strength.

Relatively unharmed from falling into lava.

Can tunnel through the center of the Earth by bashing his opponent's head in with his fists

Revived from death multiple times; including from attacks from godlike characters.

He is viewed by many in the DC Universe to be Death personified

Weakness

Some of these defeats were done by unconventional means; like imprisoning Doomsday or sending him to a distant galaxy, dimension or time period.

Possibly can be permanently killed by sending him to the end of time.

Was rendered unable to fight by having him inside two teleportation machines; creating an infinite loop that made him unable to move 

He was sent to the phantom zone by Superman

Can be restrained if encased in a hard substance or not allowed to move (although he does eventually escapes his restraints.)

Can be (temporarily) killed by an attack he never survived before if it overwhelms his defenses and healing factor.

This means younger depictions of Doomsday are significantly weaker than his current depiction; as they don't have the same history of adaptation.

Predictably and obsessively focused on killing other lifeforms; perusing them endlessly no matter the risk. Doomsday sometimes ignores a fight to murder innocent or defenseless animals or humans. Doomsday thinks of nothing else other than mass murder.

Literally mindless; Doomsday ignores strategy and instead always charges fearlessly and recklessly into battle. He can be easily outsmarted or led into a trap.

Can still feel pain and be knocked out despite his lack of a brain.

Doomsday is mentally traumatized by the 1000s of deaths he experienced during his initial 30 years on prehistoric Krypton.

Doomsday is sometimes depicted with Kryptonian DNA, giving him an initial weakness to Kryptonite (though Doomsday evolved to now be immune to the radiation).

Doomsday is at his weakest when deprived from sunlight for long periods of time. This is why the Calaton Containment Suit was able to imprison Doomsday for so long: his coffin blocked out sunlight.

Some depictions of Doomsday can't fly, giving flying characters like Superman an aerial advantage.

Dr. Oz managed to imprison Doomsday in a 'negative-space' pocket-dimension prison.

Sometimes vulnerable to mind-control.

Cell Games arena

Cell stood in the middle of the arena, waiting patiently for the day of the Cell Games to arrive.

As he waits, all of a sudden, something crashes onto the ground, causing him to look.

Cell's eyes widens in shock as he watches a large grey spiky monster jumping out of the smoke.

The monster growls in anger as he faces Cell.

The monster is no other than Doomsday, the monster that killed Superman!

Cell unfolds his arms and as he clenches his fist, he questions Doomsday.

Cell: So you want to fight me?

Doomsday:(In a beast-like voice) Yes.

Cell: Alright. Prepare yourself

Cell and Doomsday both get in a fighting stance, ready for a new match in The Cell Games.

Cell dodges a punch from Doomsday, and he delivers a hard punch, knocking Doomsday back

Cell began charging up a Kamehameha and he prepares to launch it at Doomsday.

Cell: KAME........

Doomsday: Kame what?

Cell: HAME..... HA!!!!!

Cell fires the Kame Hame Ha at Doomsday, sending him flying back.

 Doomsday slams his fist on the ground, and leaps up at the flying Cell, knocking him down. 

Doomsday: Looks like your not the only one who can do this!

Doomsday flies towards Cell and tries to kick him, but Cell teleports past the attack and he punches Doomsday in the face.

Angered, Doomsday roars in anger and he punches the Android straight in the face.

Cell shook off the attack and he questions.

Cell: Geez, why are you so angry?

Doomsday simply responds by roaring and trying to kick at Cell again, who teleports past the attack.

Doomsday stops flying so he could get near Cell, who teleported back to The Earth. 

Cell starts using Kiai suddenly which makes a massive shock that sends Doomsday through the arena.

Doomsday uppercuts Cell into the Sky, who flies up mid-fall.

 Doomsday waits for Cell to fly down, but Cell preferred to taunt him by attacking him in the air.  

However, Cell didn't realize that Doomsday has copied his ability to fly.

Doomsday flies up and punched Cell down, making a huge crater where he slammed down.

Cell screams in pain as he looks down at his wounded body and his severed legs.

However, it would take more than that to stop him.

Cell screams as he regenerates a new pair of legs.

Cell fires a ki blast right into Doomsday's face and he kicks him back.

As Doomsday staggers back, Cell teleports behind Doomsday, picks him by the leg and he rips his head and leg off.

However, Doomsday simply stood up and he regenerates a new pair of leg and head.

Cell widens his eyes in shock and he pouted to himself.

Cell: I thought only I could do that..

Doomsday now was incredibly angry.

He ran towards Cell at super speed and he slams right into Cell before attacking him by  punching him repeatly. 

Cell regenerates from most punches and flies off.

 Doomsday flies back up and tries to punch him, but Cell uses the Energy Field to stop the attack.

 Cell starts laughing at Doomsday, making him angry again.

Doomsday: GR.........AGH!!!!!

Doomsday punches straight through the barrier, tearing right through it.

Cell stops laughing and looks at Doomsday in shock.

 Doomsday didn't look at Cell. Instead he grabs him and he throws Cell down, causing the android to crash onto the ground.

Cell gets up and sees Doomsday flying down towards him.

Cell quickly uses the Solar Flare, emitting a blinding bright light at Doomsday

Cell: Solar Flare!

Doomsday widens his eyes in shock as a picture of a naked Lobo flashes in his mind

Doomsday roars in pain and he clutches his eyes.

Realizing his opportunity, Cell launches himself forward and he throws a punch, knocking Doomsday back.

As Doomsday crashes into a mountain, Cell charges up a gallick gun and he fires it at Cell.

Doomsday recovers he leaps over the Gallick Gun and lands right in front of Cell

Doomsday tore his left arm off. 

But Cell kicks Doomsday in the stomach and as he regenerates a new arm, he punches Doomsday several times before kicking him back.

Doomsday glares at Cell hatefully and he growls.

Doomsday GRRR!!!! 

Cell grins, and fires the Death Beam out of his Index Finger. 

The beam goes right through Doomsday's chest! 

Doomsday roars in pain but he regenerates from his wound and he launches himself forward. 

Doomsday swoops forward and he and Doomsday began trading blows in the air.

Doomsday punches Cell, but Cell retaliates by striking Doomsday in the gut.

Doomday slashes his claw against Cell's hide, drawing blood, but Cell teleports behind Doomsday and he fires a Special Beam Cannon at Doomsday, creating a hole in his chest.

Doomsday roars in pain as he clutches his wound.

Cell slams Doomsday down with his fists and he fires a barrage of ki blasts at Doomsday, creating a massive explosion.

Cell smiles as he watches Doomsday lying on the ground, writhing in pain.

Cell laughs sadistically and starts charging up the Solar Kamehameha while Doomsday is too busy trying to recover from the attack.

Cell: KAME HAME HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cell launches the attack at Doomsday, causing him to roar in pain.

Doomsday roars as his entire body began disintergrating from the attack.

KABOOM!!!

The ground explodes in a massive explosion, creating a huge crater of the ground.

Cell smirks in delight as he flies back down onto the ring.

As he waits for the Cell Games to come, he remarks.

Cell: My, that's quite a workout. I've got to admit, he's much stronger than I thought. But I could hardly wait to see what Goku is capable of.
