Kim Possible vs Overwatch, when two former heroes encounters each other in a midst of a blast off, only one will be the true evil mastermind.

Toomi: Shego, Chief Enforcer for Dr. Drakken,

Megumi: And Moira, a member of the Minister of Genetics,

Toomi: These two villainess are known for their past connections with heroes only for them to turn to evil due to how the concept of doing good does not suit them.

Megumi: And they spam projectiles a lot. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Shego propels into What if Battles

<Cue: So What by P!nk>

Toomi: Alongside her four brothers, Shego was part of a team called Team Go, a group of superheroes formed in Go City

Megumi: But despite being a part of a superhero team, Shego found herself enjoying hurting others, even finding her brothers annoying

Sachi: After getting an arrest warrant in eleven countries, Shego found herself in the lair of Dr. Drekken, arch-enemy of Kim Possible where he recruited her as his henchmen.

Toomi:  Shego's superpower, her 'Go Team Glow', is the ability to manipulate and generate bright green energy with her hands. This energy could be used to heat or melt anything she touched with varying levels of effectiveness

Megumi: It can involve firing a bolts that stun people, launch powerful energy balls that explode upon impact; similar to a modern day grenade/bomb, or fire it as a direct energy beam.

Sachi: And just to note, a grenade contains three screw-on pods, each containing approximately 85g of explosive. At a standoff of 1.22 metres, the grenade produces a 0.9 bar/13 psi pressure wave; two produce a pressure wave of 1.2 bar/17 psi, while three result in a 1.9 bar/28 psi-blast

Toomi:  Additionally, Shego could greatly enhance her natural strength and is capable of delivering energy strikes powerful enough to rend steel. She can infuse plasma with her physical combat, causing serious lethal burns and radiation upon impact.

Megumi:  In addition to her bright green glowing energy blasts, Shego appears to possess great durability that allows her to survive situations of calamitous destruction that would've probably killed other characters, like the time  she was kicked into a live electrical signal tower, electrocuting her before collapsing on top of her. And the worst it did was just messed up her hair and tore up her clothes.

Toomi: And just to note, Voltages above 30 Vrms or 42.2 volts peak or 60VDC are considered great enough to potentially cause a lethal electric shock to humans. And considering how she was kicked into a live electrical signal tower which contains more volts than that, it is likely that Shego has survived more than the 42.2 volts that can kill a normal person.

Sachi: She has also matched and defeated Kim Possible multiple times, strong enough to punch through rocks and metal, even once fought a group of wrestlers along side Kim with both agreeing that the fight is barely a challenge.

Toomi: She's also strong enough to throw Ron Stoppable over her shoulder or even across the room, caught Drakken with just one hand, and held back an alligator from closing it's jaws, which according to animal experts, alligators has a bite force of  2,980 psi, ranking fifth in the bite index dwarfing even hyenas, tigers and lions, which has a bite force of 1, 000 psi.

Megumi: And she's a master of disguise which is something considering the fact she's one of the only green skinned woman in the whole world.

Is the evil dictator of the world in a possible future, being the only one of Kim's adversaries smart enough to take over the world.

Matched Kim Possible multiple times in hand to hand combat

As part of his training, Junior is taught hand-to-hand combat by Shego and it actually makes him a capable fighter.

Survived a radio tower explosion

Shego and Kim take on a couple of pro-wrestlers. Both girls agree that this won't be a hard task.

Single-handedly trounces multiple henchmen with larger bodies and enhanced strength.

Single-handedly lifts up a piece of rubble.

Rather easily picks up and tosses a robot's head whereas a regular man shows difficulty carrying it.

Carries a treasure chest full of gold on her back.

Easily picks up Ron and carries him over her shoulder.

Picks up Ron by his shoulders and throws him across the room.

Picks Drakken up with one hand and chucks him aside.

Lifts Drakken over her head and throws him.

One hand carries Dakken.

Picks Drakken up by his smock and tosses him out of his saucer.

Yanks Drakken out of the sea with one hand into the motorboat.

Throws her costar so hard he gets a black eye.

Lifts the tall and muscular Junior over her head and throws him.

Stops her burly brother from falling.

Grabs someone's snowboard before flinging them away with it.

Easily moves a large gun, knocking down multiple men in the way.

Smashes up a boombox apart with her bare hands.

Briefly avoids a flurry of Kim's super-fast punches before eventually getting tagged. Kim was clearly putting in a lot of effort in order to land a punch.

Avoids being shot by a ray gun at an extremely close range.

Runs up to Kim while avoiding the enemy fire in front of her.

Corners a high-tech wheelchair that Drakken had difficulty tagging.

Does an elaborate maneuver to catch a sheet of paper before it falls into the fireplace

Accidentally causes enough damage to a blimp that it fails, just from touching it for a short time.

Knocks a man unconscious with a touch.

Creates a clean hole on a glass window just by waving her arm at it.

Her powers appear to work even while it's raining.

Is wanted in eleven countries.

Is considerably badder than Drakken.

Toomi: And despite being Drakken's henchwoman, it's worth to note that she is not only more smarter than he is, but she has even shown to be even more competent and more wicked than her boss.

Megumi: If that were the case, then how come she continues to work for him? She can even become her own boss.

Toomi: Well she has a certain fondness of him which is odd considering the times he has to mind control her to reaffirm her loyalty to him.

Sachi: And her tendency to mock her opponents has mostly left her sloppy to the point Kim can take advantage of it to defeat her.

Weakness

She enjoys teasing or outright insulting those around her and anger can make her a sloppy fighter

Has lost to Kim Possible many times

Has been mind controlled by Lord Drakken

Has been arrested several times

While known to be virtually fearless, Shego has displayed fear twice when dealing with dangerous animals

Toomi: Despite being fearless, Shego has displayed signs of fear before, firstly when "Evil Ron" threatened to dump her into a shark tank and secondly facing alligators while in the Señor Seniors' pit. But it's mostly due to how much she knows how obviously dangerous those animals are

Sachi: And she has been defeated by Kim and has been arrested multiple times.

Megumi: But in all retropect, Shego may be one of the most deadliest villians in the world of Kim Possible.

Shego: Aw don't worry Kimmy, I'm still nasty.

Moira Fades into What if Battles

<Cue: Smoke and Fire by Sabrina Carpenter>

Toomi: Moira is an Irish scientist who spent most of her life studying biology; specifically in the fields of modification and the biotic healing and draining of lifeforce

Megumi: But due to how dangerous, unstable and evil these tests are, it was no surprise the science community decided to cut her funding.

Sachi: But for some odd reason, Overwatch saw the genius behind her work and recruited her in their Blackwatch division where she expanded her illegal and dangerous research to the point Overwatch exiled her as well.

Toomi: So when Overwatch didn't want her, Moira soon ended up joining Talon where she continued her research, climbing up the ranks until she became one of the leading members of the group. She also returned to the scientific community by establishing a base in Oasis; keeping her terrorist intentions a secret from the city.

Sachi: Moira is defined by her dual abilities of both healing and attacking. All of her healing abilities can heal multiple teammates at a time. She can recharge her healing powers by attacking

Megumi: She also wears a suit that creates, contains and releases two contradicting biotic energies from her hands; yellow healing energy and purple decaying energy. She also has cybernetic hands which she uses to fire bionic energy, like that one that looks like a kame hame ha.

Toomi: She has healing grasp that heals her allies and decaying grasp that drains the souls of her opponents, and heals herself at the same time.

Sachi: Her intelligence is so great to the point she not only rose in rank in Talon but she has also been responsible in giving Reaper his superpowers and gave Widowmaker her purple skin.

Feats

Became one of the leaders of Talon

Directly involved in giving Reaper his superpowers.

Implied to have been involved in brainwashing Widowmaker and turning her purple.

Healing Grasp is the fastest healing abilities in the game that isn't an Ult.

Toomi: Despite these achievements however, Moira is not a very powerful fighter, as her average amount of health makes it easy for stronger characters like Doomfist and Reaper to beat her.

Sachi: Not to mention, Moira is also designed for close-range to mid-range combat. She has few options fighting or defending against Snipers.

Megumi: And considering how her bionic orbs are constantly moving, her aim is way worst than a Stormtrooper.

Weakness

Average health. Characters with high DPS can take Moira out quickly.

Doomfist and Reaper can quickly kill Moira and have defensive abilities to outlast Moira in 1 on 1 combat.

Her Healing Biotic Grasp runs out of ammo quickly. Moira is dependent on constantly attacking her enemies in order to recharge; which makes Moira a high risk-high reward Support. Moira overall needs to balance her damage output and healing output as she doesn't excel in either category by itself.

Her DPS is relatively low, making her ineffective against Tanks.

Dive or Flanking Tanks like Roadhog and D. Va are her counters.

Moira is designed for close-range to mid-range combat. She has few options fighting or defending against Snipers.

The Biotic Orbs bounce off of surfaces, they are best used indoors. If fired outside, they will quickly fly away from the battlefield if in an open space.

Fade cannot teleport to locations above Moira: only on level or below Moira.

Since the Biotic Orbs are always moving, they are not designed for firing precisely or at long distances.

Moira can only heal herself (outside of battle) with her own Biotic Orb; which can be wasteful if she only uses it on herself.

D. Va's Defense Matrix and Genji's Deflect can affect Moira's Biotic Orbs.

Moira cannot use both Biotic Orbs at the same time.

As a Support, Moira is somewhat dependent on fighting within a team.

Moira's right hand has been deformed by her self-injected experiments. She has experimented on herself in many different ways; with varying side-effects.

Moira is an extreme risk-taker: willing to take the most extreme and dangerous methods to achieve her goals. She is frequently breaking the law and risking the lives of her allies and herself to fuel her scientific research.

Moira despises anyone she considers ignorant or stupid; which reflects her obsession with knowledge and her history of being rejected by other scientists.

Toomi: Not only that, but Moira has a tendency to despise anyone she considers ignorant or stupid which basically explains why she gets rejected by other scientists.

Sachi: And being a support unit means Moira is reliant on a team to help her in battles

Megumi: But as most evil geniuses go, she will go all her way to destroy all those she deems imcomparible to her.

Moira: My will made real!

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Fight

Lab

Inside a lab, Moira sat on a tall chair as she studies the colour change occurring within a test tube.

Unknown to her, a short slender figure crept down from the air vent, dropping down gently before sliding behind a nearby table, hiding from the still oblivious Moira.

As Moira places a test tube on the table, she calls out.

Moira: Don't bother hiding dear, I know you are there. Come out.

Shego: Well then, I guess I should cut to the chase then.

Shego then jumps up, launching a sphere of green and black energy at Moira.

THOOM!!!

Moira just simply duck behind her table, narrowingly dodging the blast before getting up, saying to the girl.

Moira: I warned you girl, now you shall taste the power of my will.

Announcer: Fight!

Moira swings her arms out, sending energy orbs flying straight to Shego to which the villainess swerves her body left and right, dodging every attack before closing in onto her.

PIU!!! PIU!!! PIU!!!

Shego dashes across the lab, firing her own blasts of energy at Moira.

WHOOM!!! WHOOM!!!

Just as Shego closes in, Moira instantly uses her Fade, disappearing in a flash before Shego could even land a blow.

Shego growls just as Moira reappears, firing a powerful blast of energy at Shego.

THOOM!!!

Shego however, ducks underneath the blast, dodging it before leaping up, throwing a punch right into Moira.

WHAM!!!

Shego began attacking Moira with a flurry of kicks and punches, pushing back the evil genius.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Shego: That's it, you're done!

Shego channels a large amount of power from her fist, preparing to finish Moira off.

However, right at that moment, Moira unleashes her bionic arm, activating the decaying grasp onto Shego, draining her of her energy.

Shego: ARGHHHHH!!!

As Moira felt her strength returning from the draining process, the evil scientist lets out a loud sadistic laugh

Moira: MWA HA HA HA HA HA!!! Prepare for your very life drains before me.

Shego grits her teeth, though she could feel her energy seeping away, she is not willing to give up so easily.

Shego: No...no! It won't end like this!

Shego then unleashes a powerful blast of energy right onto Moira.

THOOM!!!

Moira: YAAAAHHHHHHH!!!

Moira screams out in agony as she staggers back, clutching her face just as Shego lunges forward, her fists envelops in plasma as she fires on powerful blast, creating a massive explosion in the building.

KABOOM!!!

As the smoke emits from the ruins, Shego pushes herself out of the rubble and she growls in anger and annoyance.

Shego: Great! Now I need to do my hair.

KO!

<Cue: Love, Again by CHIHIRO>

Megumi: Man, another Overwatch character bites the dust.

Toomi: Moira's genius intellect and her use of her projectiles certainly gives her an edge, however Shego beats her in pretty much everything else.

Sachi: First is their skills, while Shego is undeniably not as smart as Moira, she has her own fair share of intelligence, having been way smarter than Drakken, outsmarted Kim Possible in multiple occasions and even conquered the world in another timeline.

Megumi: And Shego being a proficient hand to hand combatant gives her an edge in close range considering how Moira isn't trained in martial arts in any way.

Toomi: Then their durability is a factor, Shego has survived getting electrocuted by the electricity emitting from a radio tower before it collapses on top of her while Moira is weak against Doomfist whom was mentioned to be capable of destroying Skyscrappers.

Sachi: And before you argue that skyscrappers are larger than radio towers, do note that despite these claims, Doomfist himself has never actually displayed destructive potency of that level and even if he could, the fact that Moira could not survive it pretty much sealed her fate.

Megumi: Yeah, not even draining Shego's life force would have changed it considering how Shego herself has gotten out of sticky life threatening situations without the need to be rescued while Moira herself needs the help of her team for fights. But since this is What if Battles 2, we don't allow help from any allies.

Toomi: Having the advantage in skills, powers, strength and durability, we can conclude that Shego has what it takes to finish off Moira in this fight.

Megumi: Looks like Moira's victory really faded in this match

Sachi: The winner is Shego

Shego: Alright, let's get 'Operation Too Complicated to Actually Work' over with.
