RoboCop vs Mortal Kombat, two really tough and powerful police officers goes out in a cop fight full of police brutality

<Cue: Invader Theme>

Toomi: It is the duty of every good officer to obey any orders given him by his commander-in-chief. A really good detective never gets married. The police must obey the law while enforcing the law

Megumi: And these two are certainly good at saving the world while performing their regular police duties

Toomi: Such as RoboCop, OCP's cyborg police officer of Detroit,

Megumi: And Kurtis Stryker, the one-man S.W.A.T team of Mortal Kombat. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

RoboCop guns into What if Battles

<Cue: Man in Motion by St Elmos>

Toomi: Detroit, a city in America is well known for having the highest crime rates in the world.

Megumi: And Alex J Murphy is one of those cops unfortunate enough to be working in this town. And in a city with the highest crime rates, this will happen.

Megumi: Damn! Looks like they just turned an American man into Swiss Cheese!

Sachi: But luckily for him, the mega corporation Omni Consumer Products, also known as OCP took him in and began converting his corpse, enhancing his body with metal and technology, forming him into a law-enforcing cyborg by the name of RoboCop.

RoboCop: Serve the public trust. Protect the innocent. Uphold the law.

Toomi: And thanks to the technological enhancements on his body, crime rates in Detroit immediately dropped faster than flies with RoboCop singlehandly taking out crimes ranging from rapes to murders to robberies.

Sachi: And throughout most of RoboCop's stories, villains from OCP has built other robots like RoboCop 2, ED-209 and so on. Making them to be supposingly technologically superior to RoboCop.

Megumi: But unfortunately, things don't always go their way

ED-60: You have made an illegal turn. Halt!

Man: Did you say something honey?

ED-60: I repeat. Halt!

Megumi: Technologically more advanced they say?

Toomi: Regardless, no matter how many of those robots were built, RoboCop still ends up coming up on top, defeating them while defending the city from the crime wave.

Sachi: As a police officer, Alex Murphy himself has went through standard police training which involves unarmed combat, sharpshooting and endurance.

Megumi: And thanks to OCP, as RoboCop, Alex began donning a near indestructible armor that blocks out bullets, missiles, fire and even lasers.

Toomi: But RoboCop is never far without his standard weapon. The Auto 9 was a highly-advanced select-fire machine pistol with a 50-round magazine. It was holstered in a concealed alcove in RoboCop's thigh, together with at least one reload magazine in storage.

Megumi: He also has a Gunarm, auxiliary weapon attached to...well, his arm. It can not only shoot bullets but it can also be doubled as a flamethrower and a rocket launcher as well.

Sachi: And he also has a flightpack which he can use to fly and sometimes makes up for his lack of speed.

Toomi: And that thing is like a portable power bank as well.

Sachi: With his cybernetic enhancements, RoboCop's own physical strength has increased a lot, being able to lift up a car, which weighs about 3,221 pounds.

Megumi: And the armor he dons is so bulletproof that he can even tank heavy gunfire, explosions and electrical shots at whatever angle and it still barely fazes him. Oh, and get this, he was even able to pull 6 headshots while getting shot at.

Toomi: But RoboCop's best feats usually involves his victories over ED-209, RoboCop 2, Deathspore, ED-260A, and RoboCable, many which are like we said, supposed to be more advanced than he is.

Sachi: And he has even survived an explosion powerful enough to destroy an entire building.

He alone has managed to take out a large number of crime rates in Detroit

Toomi: But one of his greatest feat of strength is when he held up a giant mech whose feet is probably around the same length as the car, which assuming it is 4500mm. Now knowing that the mech can probably smash the car similar to that of a hydraulic press, we can conclude that RoboCop is strong enough to resist 3000 psi of force

Megumi: Damn! This guy has officially made the entire boys in blues look like the three stooges.

Toomi: However, as powerful as RoboCop is, he is not perfect.

Megumi: Yeah, because he is so freaking slow! I mean RoboCop has fast reaction but his travelling speed literally makes my computer load time look like a cheetah foot race

Sachi: And while he is skilled at shooting, RoboCop lacks completely in martial arts skills, meaning enemies with better combat skills can take him on.

Weakness

Durability has limits.

Slow mobility on foot: cannot run

Battery drains if Robocop is damaged.

Battery can only last up to 24 hours without charging.

Possesses some vulnerable human programming that conflicts his own programming

Traumatized from his near-death experience and being turned into a cyborg

Directive 4 prevents Robocop from arresting his superior officials.

However if this superior official resigns or is fired, he is no longer a superior and Directive 4 becomes irrelevant.

Still has a human heart and brain: these organs are protected by his armor, but are still vital in keeping Robocop alive.

Capable of acquiring human illness, like the common cold.

Though sneezing can cause him to shoot lightning bolts out of his face.

Apparently; Robocop cannot be mass produced as all other prototypes failed miserably

Toomi: But RoboCop's greatest weakness is his personal struggle between his programming and whatever left of his own humanity, wanting sometimes to act like a man rather than follow orders like an unthinking machine.

Sachi: And his battery power drains overtime, leaving him the need to charge everyday. If RoboCop were to sustain heavy damage during duty, his battery drains faster and puts him at a much higher risk of going out of power in missions.

Megumi: But if you are a near indestructible cyborg who can bring down crime rates better than the police force, these weaknesses will never hold Murphy back from protecting the innocent and upholding the law.

Owner: Nice shooting son. What's your name?

RoboCop: Murphy.

Stryker strikes into What if Battles

<Cue: Summer of 69 by Bryan Adams>

Toomi: At first glance, Kurtis Stryker may look like a regular cop, just upholding the law and hanging out with his friend Kabal.

Megumi: But everything changed when Shao Kahn brought his Outworld army into Earth, leading a world wide invasion.

Sachi: And as Stryker fights against the invaders, he was then met up with a thunder God named Raiden who then recruits him to join up with Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade, Jax, Nightwolf, Liu Kang, Sub-Zero, Kitana, Jade and Smoke to help defend Earthrealm from the evil of Shao Kahn

Megumi: But unfortunately for him, Sindel killed him alongside everyone except Johnny and Sonya, leaving him condemned as Quan Chi's slave for eternity.

Toomi: Despite being just a police officer, Stryker has shown considerably high amount of strength, being able to take on Kintaro, Mileena, Reptile and Ermac in battle and even punch a grenade straight into his enemies torso.

Sachi: He is also a skilled martial artist, having most of his moves based on Hua Quan, a long fist martial art that involves mostly in the use of shoulder, back, hip, knee, leg, foot, arm, elbow, fist, palm and claw.

Toomi: And like any other member of the police force, Stryker is armed with a standard handgun, flashlight, batons, grenades, machine guns, duel night sticks and a taser.

Megumi: Stryker is also an excellent marksman as well.

Jax: Hey hey, guess you S.W.A.T guys can shoot straight

Sonya: Yeah, almost as good as us Special Forces grads.

Toomi: Although mostly a normal human, Stryker has shown tremendous amount of skills exceeding many of his colleagues, having thwarted the terrorists in the famous Greenberg tower incident all on his own.

Megumi: He's also skilled enough to beat down Reptile, Ermac, Mileena, Kabal, Dairou, Motaro and Kintaro, a tiger shokan strong enough to tear apart a man completely!

Sachi: And Stryker's own weapons were shown to be strong enough to kill a wide range of enemies as well, with his handgun being able to blow up the heads of cyborgs. It's also worth to note that the same kind of cyborgs he has defeated are all trained in the ways of the ninja.

Megumi: And his baton can close dimensional portals as well.

Stryker: Sealing the rip.

Toomi: And Stryker himself is physically strong enough to shatter rocks, rip through metals and even defeated Shao Kahn in a timeline.

Megumi: Wait, aren't endings non-canon Toomi?

Toomi: Initially, they were thought to be. Until in Mortal Kombat 11, it was revealed that Kronika has pitted both Raiden and Liu Kang against each other for centuries in various timelines throughout the previous games, meaning that all endings were now canon.

Sachi: Which means in other words, Styker actually did defeated Shao Kahn in a timeline but it was just part of Kronika's failed experiments.

Megumi: So a cop that has battled four armed aliens, ugly creatures with Wolverine claws and cyborg ninjas, why do we not have cops like this in the real world? He would literally end ISIS right here right now.

Toomi: But Stryker's real problem is that unlike many of the characters in the Mortal Kombat roster, Stryker possesses no superpowers, rendering him reliant on his firearms to make up for it.

Sachi: And he's still a normal human, having the same weaknesses just like you and me.

Toomi: And not only that but Stryker has also lost against strong beings like Liu Kang, Raiden, Fujin and Johnny Cage, with him being easily killed by a single punch from Sindel

Sachi: And being forced to be Quan Chi's revenant is certainly a pretty bad fate for him.

Megumi: But despite this, Styker has definitely proven to the rest that even without superpowers, he has everything he needs to definitely defend Earthrealm from Shao Kahn.

Stryker: Police Brutality, coming up!

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Fight

Bank, left side 

It is a nice beautiful day in Detroit, birds are chirping, the sun is shining and a couple of police officers are seen standing outside of the building.

Or so they may seem.

Without warning, one of the 'police officers' turns around and they throw a kick, slamming down the door in the process.

<Cue: Trespassing by Adam Lambert>

BAM!!!

The bank staff immediately jumps back, screaming out in terror as the dirty cops points their rifles at the people, screaming out.

Dirty Cop: No one move! This is a stick up!

However, right at that moment, the dirty cop heard a voice saying to them.

???: Hold it right there.

Startled, the dirty cops turns around, their eyes widens in both shock and anger.

Dirty Cop: Shit.

Standing behind them is a tall armored figure wielding a gun in his hand. His singular visor glows red in the sunlight.

He is RoboCop, the cybernetic law enforcer of Detroit.

Bank, right side

On the right side of the bank, a Lin Kuei cyborg slams back first into the concrete wall before collapsing onto the floor.

Standing in the middle of the streets, a tall muscular man with short dirty blonde hair cladded in a police uniform raises up both his fist and baton, facing the cyborgs surrounding him.

One of the Lin Kuei cyborgs said to him

Cyber Lin-Kuei: You are to be destroyed Kurtis Stryker.

Stryker: Oh yeah? Well come and get it!

The Cyber Lin Kuei rushes forward in unison, only for Stryker to spin around, grabbing one of the cyborgs by his arm before lifting him over his shoulder.

Stryker then throws the Cyber Lin Kuei at three of his comrades, easily disposing off them before facing another one in combat.

Left side

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Loud gunshots echoes throughout the city as RoboCop stood protectively in front of the bank staff, shielding them from the relentless barrage with his armored body.

As the bullets bounces uselessly off his body, RoboCop points his Auto-9 Pistol, returning fire at his attackers.

One by one, each of the dirty cops fell easily from each gun shot, sending the last one running straight for the door.

RoboCop: Hold it right there!

RoboCop orders as he walks forward, persuing the cop.

At the same time, Stryker raises up his gun, opening fire at the Lin Kuei Cyborgs.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

One by one, each Cyber Lin Kuei fell from the gun shot until one remains.

Realizing that his allies are down, the last Cyber Lin Kuei dashes to the side, fleeing from his enemy.

Stryker: Hey! Come back here!

Stryker shouts out, sprinting after the last Cyber  Lin Kuei.

Right at that moment, both dirty cop and Cyber Lin Kuei slams right into each other before collapsing onto the floor.

Both Stryker and RoboCop halts right in place, staring face to face with each other.

RoboCop points a finger at Stryker and he questions.

RoboCop: Are you one of these men?

Stryker: Same could be said to you tin man.

Stryker said to RoboCop with a hint of hostility.

Both RoboCop and Stryker points their weapons at each other, neither men willing to move a muscle.

RoboCop: Last chance. Surrender.

Stryker: Last chance. Stay down.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Blame It On You by 2XO>

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Both Stryker and RoboCop opens fire at each other, sending heavy hail of gunfire at each other.

Bullets bounces off RoboCop's armor as he steps forward, firing repeated rounds of gunfire at Stryker.

Stryker dashes forward, raising up a Riot Shield to block the bullets. 

As he closes in, Stryker slams the Riot Shield into RoboCop before throwing a hook, striking RoboCop square in the cheek.

WHAM!!!

Just as RoboCop staggers back, Stryker throws several strikes at him with both fists and baton.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

RoboCop points his pistol, opening fire at Stryker.

BANG!!!

Stryker swerves his head, dodging the gun fire before swinging his baton upwards, sending RoboCop flying from the strike.

CLANK!!!

WHAM!!! POW!!!

Stryker punches RoboCop twice in the air before pulling out his pistol, opening three rounds of fire onto the Cyborg.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

As RoboCop drops onto the floor, Stryker shifts his feet left to right, yelling out confidently.

Stryker: Police Brutality coming up!

RoboCop pushes himself up, his visor scans at his opponent.

Although nimble and a much better hand to hand combatant than he is, RoboCop realizes that his opponent is pretty much 100 percent human and can still be harmed by ordinary means.

RoboCop looks up, swerving to the side just as Stryker throws a grenade at him.

To Stryker's horror, just as RoboCop dodges the grenade, he raises up his hand, catching it in midair before throwing it back at him.

KABOOM!!!

The grenade explodes right into Stryker, sending him stumbling backwards.

Stryker: ARGHHHHH!!!

RoboCop steps forward, throwing several punches onto Stryker.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Just as RoboCop throws a hook, Stryker swerves downwards before throwing an upward strike onto his side.

CLANK!!!

Stryker then grabs onto RoboCop before throwing him into a nearby building.

CRASH!!!

As RoboCop is downed, Stryker then pulls out a grenade and he throws it into the building, folding his arms just as it went off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Stryker: Nailed it.

Stryker said to himself as he walked away.

However, right at that moment...

WHOOSH!!!

Before Stryker could react, something slams straight into his back, sending him flying forward.

BAM!!!

Stryker: ARGHHHHH!!!

Stryker then looks down, his eyes widens as he found himself staring eye to eye at RoboCop, now flying onto his Jetpack.

Stryker: What?!

RoboCop: Congratulations. You are no longer under arrest.

WHOOSH!!!

RoboCop then takes Stryker up into the sky, with the cop striking at him repeatly.

WHAM!!! WHAM!!! WHAM!!! 

Stryker: Let go of me!

Stryker then throws a kick, causing RoboCop to release his grip of him.

Stryker: WHOOOAAA!!!

Stryker screams out as he falls onto the top of a construction site, rolling across the grated floor.

As he pushes himself up, RoboCop grabs onto a railing and he swings it across, striking Stryker straight in the chest.

WHAM!!!

Stryker: ARGHHHHHHH!!!

As Stryker is sent flying, RoboCop then pulls out his Gunarm and he points it at Stryker, sending a powerful blast of fire right onto him.

FWOOOSH!!!

Stryker: ARGHHHHHH!!!

As RoboCop continues burning Stryker, he began listing out.

RoboCop: Property damage. Resisting arrest. Assaulting an officer. Murder.

Stryker swipes his hand out and he shouts.

Stryker: Well screw you man! Aren't you doing the same?!

RoboCop: You have the right to remain silent!

Stryker then pulls out his flashlight, shining it straight into RoboCop's visor.

RoboCop: ARGHHHH!!!

As RoboCop covers his visor, Stryker slams the bottom of his flashlight down onto RoboCop's head before swinging his baton across his cheek.

Stryker then pulls out his taser, slamming it onto the cyborg.

BZZZTTTT!!!

However, to his horror, not only is RoboCop unfazed by the attack, but he is even rising up, seemingly moving more faster than before.

Stryker: What?

RoboCop: Thank you for the charge my friend.

RoboCop then points his gun at Stryker and he opens fire.

BANG!!!

Blood and gore splatters across the floor as the bullet tore right through Stryker's entire head, sending it exploding into a pile of red mess.

As Stryker's headless body falls over, RoboCop drops his trick bomb onto Stryker before turning away, skillfully flipping his gun before slipping it into his leg compartment.

RoboCop's mouth twists into a slight smile as a loud explosion could be heard from behind.

KABOOM!!!

Feeling triumphant, RoboCop then walks away, saying to himself.

RoboCop: Targets eliminated. Mission success.

RoboCop then walks away, leaving whatever remains of Stryker burning on the metal grate floor.

KO!

<Cue: Forever In My Dreams by Really Slow Motion>

Megumi: Ho ho ho! Damn! So is RoboCop gonna get charged for killing an officer since technically, it is a crime?

Toomi: Who knows Megumi. Anyway, Stryker may have the combat and speed advantage of the battle, being able to move fast enough to dodge some of RoboCop's attacks and initially get the upper hand in combat.

Sachi: But RoboCop however has a much better endurance than Stryker. I mean Stryker has been shot, broken and even killed by a punch in the face whereas RoboCop has been shot, blown up, buried underneath rubble and still came out just fine.

Megumi: And RoboCop himself has held back 3000 psi of force from a hydraulic press while Stryker on the other hand, has never shown any physical strength of that level.

Toomi: But the most obvious point is their weapons, while Stryker's weapons are strong enough to damage cyborgs like RoboCop, they are nothing compared to RoboCop's own artillery, especially when his trick bombs and rockets from his Gunarm is more than capable of blowing normal humans like Stryker up into smithereens.

Sachi: And another point is the comparison of their aims. While Stryker can definitely shoot, he was not able to shoot down opponents as swift as Reptile whereas RoboCop literally gun down 6 men while they were shooting at him. And bullets were still bouncing off his armor even when the men were already downed, meaning that RoboCop has moved faster than a speeding bullet.

Megumi: And Stryker sadly don't really have a neat jetpack like RoboCop so na na ni poo poo to him.

Toomi: Having the edge in strength, endurance, aim, artillery and power, this is what gives RoboCop the win of this cop fight.

Megumi: Looks like RoboCop has Stryked again!

Sachi: The winner is RoboCop

RoboCop: I am a police officer. It is my duty to protect the innocent and uphold the law.
