Dean was Driving around in The Van to a Man who Both He and Bayley knew.

Dean: Suspect number 1, He's always been an Asshole in 2015 so maybe he influenced Bayley.

He put on his shades and walked outside the van.

The Van Blows Up.

Dean walks to the door and Rings it.

Dean pushes Kevin and enters the house.

He pulls out electric clips

He Clips one wire to Kevin.
