Legend woke up from his usual nightmare. He was looking for someone and it was an emergency but he couldn't find them. It was a stupid dream and he hated it. He didn't know what the emergency was or who he was looking for.

He was sweating when he woke up. It was still dark out. It was three in the morning according to his phone. He tried to sleep but his thoughts were disturbing him so he went to the bathroom and washed his face in cool water. He caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror and stared at the vision. What happened?

He wasn't sleeping and that beautiful piano was calling him. He walked down the hall and to the baby grand, that gorgeous baby.

"Hello again, Beautiful." Legend smiled at it.

He slid his hand up the shiny black body and sat on the matching bench. He touched the keys. He took a breath and closed his eyes and just played with no plan. It was a song he wrote two years before. It was pretty and the notes just flowed through his fingers, into the keys.

He felt someone sit beside him. "Keep going." Moses whispered.

Legend got goosebumps but kept his eyes closed and his fingers moving. He needed this to relax and sleep, dreamlessly. He finished the song and sighed. He slowly opened his eyes.

"That was amazing. Your's?" Moses smiled.

Legend just nodded. "I had a bad dream and this helps. Sorry if I woke you."

"Nah. I was dreaming about...those kisses." Moses sighed. "Legend. I never..."

Legend sighed. "Moses. I..."

"I know." Moses sighed. "Play another. Do you have another?"

Legend smiled. "Tons." He slid his hands over the keys and played a nice jazz piece that he wrote. He loved this one. It was happy and almost silly. Moses just laughed as it ended. "What?"

"Nothing. That was a fun song. I loved it. I couldn't help but laugh." Moses smiled. "This is nice."

Legend nodded. "Moses." He didn't know what to say. "I am...not sure."

Moses nodded. "I was there once. We had finished a set at a bar at a biker bar. I went to the bathroom and this big biker dude, Balls, that was his name, Balls pushed me into a stall and kissed me. I was so gay!"

Legend laughed. "Nice!"

Moses laughed but a serious expression slid onto his face. "It wasn't. I was so terrified. I still am, I guess. My parents don't care and the band doesn't. They are pissed that Derek just left the band. I shouldn't have started anything with him. I didn't think it would escalate like that."

"How did that happen?" Legend was curious.

"Well, off the record?" Moses glared.

Legend nodded. "I don't put anything in an article that isn't okayed. I told you. I promise. Everything is off the record, until I say otherwise. Okay?"

Moses nodded. "We finished recording. We went to celebrate and we all got drunk and ended up here. I think I pulled Derek into my room. Of course, one thing led to another. We were in my bed the next morning, hung over and naked."

Legend nodded. "Right." He hated hearing about Moses with someone else. Wait. They weren't together. He started another song mostly out of habit. He played the music quietly in the background.

Moses kept talking. "So, I told him nothing public and he signed a contract saying he couldn't say anything. But after a couple of weeks he wanted to go public and be in a relationship. I refused."

"Did you love him?" Legend sighed. He didn't want to hear the answer.

"No. I didn't feel anything like that but I think he was falling for me." Moses sighed. "That's usually when things end. I never want to be in love."

"I see. Same here. I just broke up with...Well, no. She broke up with me. I travel too much. She hated it. I just got back from France and she gave me an ultimatum. I called her bluff, she left." Legend shrugged.

"Have you ever been in love?" Moses listened to the music that Legend played.

"No. I never want to. I have never been that interested in any one person for long. You?" Legend felt so good talking casually to Moses.

Legend turned to look at Moses without realizing that Moses already answered that question as their gazes locked. Legend was about to say something but he was stuck in this infatuated gaze. Moses' blue eyes were so clear and blue. It looked like water from the purest ice cap as it melts in a pool.

Moses leaned in and kissed Legend as the music stopped. They both landed on the floor as they slid off the piano bench.

Moses was laying on Legend. "Fuck me!" He lost himself. He hadn't meant to say that.

"What!" Legend asked between tongue lashings.

"Nothing. Just...Can I fuck you!" Moses pressed himself into Legend. He asked it like it would be a treat to please Legend. Sex with this man would be a gift.

Legend laughed. "No! We just met and you just broke up with...what's his name!" His brain was malfunctioning again. He closed his eyes as Moses rubbed. The friction was unbearable.

Legend just nodded.

"Moses!" Legend had no power or self control to stop. "No woman ever turned me on like this!"

"I know what you mean. Want me to stop?" Moses moaned. He didn't want to stop. "Be gay. We can date." He nibbled Legend's ear and moved down his neck as he feasted while he could.

Legend shook his head. "I don't date guys!" He moaned as Moses moved his hand faster. His words were slurred and inaudible.

"What was that?" He bit his ear lobe.

Legend laughed. "Fuck!"

Legend moaned. "Yes!" He moaned and Moses was turned on.
