Moses and Legend walked out of the large building holding hands. It was a Thursday afternoon and there was no press. Derek, Dave and Dom were there with Miriam and Scott. Legend just smiled at their family.

"So, we just got married legally!" Legend's smile beamed.

Moses pulled Legend into him and chuckled. He pressed his mouth to Legends. "I know!" He watched Legend. "And you changed your name!"

Miriam was almost dancing. "Legend Hardy Mars! So sweet!" Moses' legal name was Moses Conrad Hardy Mars.

Legend sighed. "So, what in the hell do we do now? I mean we just got married!"

Moses laughed. "I know!"

Scott smiled. "Let's eat." They all piled into the limo and found a nice restaurant. Legend was quiet as he stared at his hand.

His band was cool. It was silver and had dove images carved out of it. The blank spaces were shaped like doves around the band. It was very unique.

Doves represent love, peace and reconciliation. They all thought this was appropriate. Legend helped Moses design them so they matched.

Moses didn't want to wait so they were legally married in secret and were celebrating publicly in the summer. They had almost a year to plan. Miriam already had a wedding planner she was talking to.

They enjoyed a nice meal together before everyone took off. Derek had therapy, Moses and Legend had someone to interview. Well, Legend did and Moses was traveling with him. Dom and Dave were on vacation. Dom just met a girl, so he was doing something with her.

It had been four months since Derek got released from rehab and things were going well. Moses and Legend were working on songs and recording for the new album. Derek was sitting in on practices again and helped with some music with Legend. They were co-writing some songs for a future album.

Derek sighed as Dom walked into the recording studio. It was early still and Derek wanted to practice. Dom smiled. "It's so great to see you here, Derek."

Derek smiled from the piano. "It's good to be here, Dom. Where's Dave?"

"He's not feeling great so he's skipping today. He'll fill in his part later. How are you?" Dom sat beside Derek.

Derek smiled. "I'm good. I know people keep waiting for me to relapse or panic but I have you guys and my therapist. I'm good. I have a lot of work to do and I still have meetings with my dad."

Dom nodded. "Good. Well, keep fighting, yeah?"

Derek chuckled. "With help, I will!"

Dom smiled. "Play the new song. I want to hear it again. It's nice." It was a song that Derek and Legend wrote together.

Derek played it as he sang the words. It was a good song. "It's going to be a huge hit!" Dom was excited for this next album. "And we are planning a small tour when you're ready!"

Derek nodded. "I'm ready to get to my life, Dom. I am ready to begin building something for my future." He sighed. "It's strange, huh?"

Dom watched Derek. "What?"

Derek look at the wall as he talked. "It's strange that I'm here. It's a dream. I thought for sure that you guys would hate me or something. I made so many mistakes."

Dom made a sound like Phish. "We all make mistakes. I mean I'm perfect but the others are a mess, Derek. It's fine. We are all learning and growing all the time and we are helping each other. We're family, yeah?"

Derek nodded. "Yeah. Thanks. Again."

Dom nodded. "Save my life someday and we are even!" he bumped Derek's shoulder and they both sat in silence.
