Mitch came to school, anxiousness taking over his entire body. It has been about three weeks since bullying situation, but he still got bullied for it. Mark, Matthew, and Nash tortured him with every chance they had. A boy saw him and smirked as he pointed at him.
"H-he-ey, g-gu-uys-s, it's Mitch," the boy laughed. Everybody around him laughed too and Mitch tried his best to ignore it. "Did you forget your bottle again? Wa, wa, wa."
Mitch bit his lip to fight off the tears he knew that were about to come. He walked to the nearest bathroom and walked in, locking himself in the biggest stall. It was then when he released the tears.
The emotions he was holding since freshman year was finally released. He sobbed loudly, not caring who was around to hear him. He buried his face into his legs, wanting today to already end.
Why does this have to happen?

"I d-do-on't-t w-wa-an-nt to go to sc-ch-hoo-l a-an-ny-mo-or-e," Mitch announced as he played with his food. Avi and Kevin shared a look of surprise. "I h-ha-at-te it."
"Mitch, I was actually thinking about that," Avi began, catching Mitch's attention. "I talked to your counselor. We decided to give you a week to think about it. Once the week is done, you could choose to leave and be homeschooled again or you could choose to still go to school, but only go in the afternoon so you could still go to choir and journalism. Is that okay?"
"We won't be mad if you choose to do homeschooling again," Kevin reassured in a warm voice. "We just want what's best for you. Even if you don't want to go in the mornings anymore, that's okay. You won't be in your resource classes anymore, but you will take them online. Is that okay? Just a week is enough."
Mitch sighed to himself as he thought out the options. He loved homeschooling because he was home all day with his parents, but then they were forced to not focus in their jobs. Avi abs Kevin's jobs were important and Mitch doesn't want them to lose their jobs because all they do is focus on him.
The second option was good too, but his bullies will have more opportunities to hurt or embarrass him because it was after school. He will still be made fun of. Choir and journalism, however, are his escapes from reality. It's the only subjects were he can release everything he feels and will not be judged for it.

Scott's wedding was the weekend before Mitch made his decision. Kirstin managed to show up and was given the role of the Maid of Honor while Mitch was the Best Man. Scott invited Ariana and Tyler, which shocked them, but they were excited to see him. As the family was getting ready, Kirstin finally said the confession she had for three weeks.
"I like girls," she admitted out loud while applying her makeup. Scott and Mitch looked at, nodding their heads. "I'm dating Ariana. I also like boys too. And people in between. I think I might be pansexual, maybe polysexual."
"You and Ari are dating, I assume?" Scott asked, smirking at his sister. She looked at him surprised. How did he know that? "I invited her for a reason. I found out when you're a freshman that you like her . I remember when she dyed her hair red and all the sudden, red became your favorite color. It's an older brother's intuition."
"Yes, we are dating," Kirstin confirmed, rolling her eyes playfully. She then noticed Mitch staring sadly at the mirror as he fixed his hair slowly. "What's the matter, Mitchy?"
"I h-ha-av-ve-e a big c-ho-oice-ce to m-ma-ak-ke," he answered quietly. He then sat down as his siblings shared a look. "I-it-t's-s h-ha-ard."
"Is it about you not wanting to go to school?" Kirstin asked, straightening out her dress before she sat down next to her brother. He nodded and sighed deeply. "You just need to do what makes you happy, okay? Yes, those three are jerks and I will personally hit all of their balls with my sharpest pair of high heels if you want me to."
"T-th-ha-at's o-ok-ka-ay," Mitch laughed as he thought about Kirstin hitting anyone. Well, she did slap Ariana with her hand and a book, so he knew what she was capable of. He then frowned as the list of cons came rushing in, making everything even harder. "I j-ju-us-st-t d-do-on't-t w-wa-ant-t Dad and Papa to get mad."
"They won't," Scott promised, sitting down on the cushion that was in front of his younger brother. The blond grabbed the brunette's hands and blue eyes met brown. "Listen, okay? Whatever you choose, we will not be mad. You are the strongest, wisest, most intelligent, and kindest person I know. Your decisions are your own, not anybody else's. Mark, Matthew, and Nash are f-ing losers and jerks that can't do anything good with their lives. You are in charge of everything you do. Yes, whatever you choose will affect everyone invoked, but guess what? It's your decision.
"The decision you choose will benefit you. Who knows? Maybe you'll find some cute boy on the way. Don't feel like you have to make everyone happy, okay? What you do should only matter to you, not anyone else."
Mitch nodded, taking in his brother's words. Scott is taking writing classes and knows how to use his words. Mitch wishes that whenever his brother releases a book, it will become popular and a New York's Best Seller. Scott is in the middle of one right now but will not tell anyone about it, even Alex. Mitch then began to think what Scott had to say and jumped slightly when Kevin opened the door, a big smile on his face.
"It's time."
Scott breathed heavily and stood up, hooking up his arm with Kevin's. Avi then smiled when he saw his family to the church doors and his hooked his arm with Scott's free. Kirstin and Mitch repeated the actions and looked at each other, smiling.
Today is a big day were two people are getting married. Nothing will get in the way, nothing. Two families will become one and a love will stay together for a long time, never to be separated.
In just a few hours, Scott Richard Olusoa became Scott Richard Kirk.

Mitch went to school on Monday, ready to choose his decision. He is leaning towards the homeschooling one and he brought an extra bag with him so he could clean out his locker. When he was walking to his locker, he accidentally bumped into someone. When he did, he closed his eyes and prepared himself to get yelled at.
The person never did.
Mitch opened his eyes slowly to see the person who saved him at countless occasions staring at him in a caring matter. His savior then smiled and then spoke in a gentle tone, making Mitch calm done.
"I'm Travis."
A/N: Next chapter will be a time skip! Mitch and Travis will already be dating and if you read Meeting the Family in my one-shots book, then you will know what happened between them.:) The next chapter will be super cute and fluffy too. The chapter after that, however, will have endless drama. Something bad will happen to someone in the chapters were Mitch is a senior/graduating high school. I am so evil, lol.;) I hope you guys enjoyed this and I love you all very, very much.:)
