(WARNING: mention of mental disorder)

Lilliana sat down, kicking her feet back and forth. She wanted to kill Matt. That was all. She had to kill the strongest one first so the weakest ones could suffer. McKenna will most likely die first because of her disorder and Sara will most likely do something deadly to herself. Lilliana has been preparing herself for this moment ever since Avi died. She smiled to herself, looking at the fire burning in front of her.

"I will make this entire family suffer," she whispered to herself as she stood up. She smirked evilly, walking to the door. "Vengeance is-"

A sudden pain ran through her head, causing her to scream. She held it as she fell to he ground, crying softly. The pain then passed and she looked Paris her surroundings, confused.

Where am I?

She rubbed her head, widening her eyes when she heard a familiar cry. It sounded like...

"Matt!"

Lilliana ran to the door to open it, screaming in aggravation when it didn't open. She rubbed her head once more, wondering why she was here. She then widened her eyes, remembering something important, really important. Something that could change her life forever.

I forgot to ask for more medicine.

The hospital was not busy tonight. Scott was put into a hospital room and had multiple I.Vs in his arms. He slept comfortably, the tears still stained in his cheeks. He cried on the way there and hoped that the fever will die down, but it never did. Travis had to drive to the hospital in hopes of Scott getting better and now the entire family is in a waiting room to spend the night.

"I ca-ca-an't be-be-lieve th-th-is," Mitch whispered to himself, shaking his head. "He wa-wa-was fine. Why now?"

"I don't know," Kirstin answered, her face blank. Ariana kissed her sweetly, holding her hand. "He never got sick easily."

"His immune system is messed up," Ariana pointed out sadly. "He gets sick easily now. He was neutropenic. He should have stayed home."

"He looked fine before we left though," Travis inputted, hugging Mitch. "He's going to be fine though. He'll get out in no time. Remember when he had pneumonia and he got out of the third day when he was supposed to be there for five? He's strong."

"I haven't known him for that long, but Kevin used to tell me stories about how courageous he was. He's going to beat this and all will be okay," Charlotte explained happily, smiling at everyone. "He's also headstrong. He refused to give up looking for Mitch when he was-"

Mitch nodded, as if he was telling her to stop telling the story. Charlotte stopped, sighing apologetically. She didn't mean to say that; she was just explaining why Scott is so strong. Alex is with Scott right now, making sure that he was okay.

Ariana sighed as the silence consumed the room, the awkwardness making everything worse. She dug into her purse to look for something to do when she discovered something. She gasped as she got an empty pull bottle, showing it to Kirstin. When her wife looked at her confused, she took a shuddery breath, looking at the pill bottle once more.

"We forgot to get Lilliana's medicine."

Multiple Personality Disorder is hard to live with. With Lilliana, it developed when she turned ten. She turned from a sweet girl who wanted everyone to be happy to a manipulative person who wanted to hurt anyone who crossed her path. She struggled with it and knew that whenever she acted like her other personality, she had to apologize to the people she hurt. She knows that she can't handle it, but she always felt sorry for hurting them. She managed to handle it for two years, but her mom forgot to get her medicine when she ran out.

Forgetting about it was bad, really bad. If she didn't get her medicine, she could do things she will regret forever. She can't control anything she does. She hurts people and does despicable things that she doesn't mean to do. The worst part?

If she went back to her original personality, she would forget everything she did as her bad personality.

Everything.

"How could we forget about it?"

"I forgot about it. Is that why she has been acting like this for so long? She's been without her medicine for so long. I can't believe this!"

Mitch watched the couple in front of him crying over their daughter. Deep down, he knew that Lilliana didn't mean to act the way she did, but why didn't she remind her moms about her medicine running out? Everything could be okay between everyone.

"Mitch? You're blanking out."

Mitch looked at Travis, smiling apologetically. Travis smiled back and kissed Mitch's forehead, rubbing his back. The couple stayed there in each other's arms, wanting everything to be okay.

"Is Scott going to be okay?" Charlotte asked, forgetting about what she said about Scott earlier. "I don't want you two to lose someone else. You don't deserve that. You have been through so much. You need a breather, a break from reality."

Mitch nodded, wanting to take a break. A lot has happened this year and it's not even over yet. Avi died, Travis left, Kevin died, Scott was diagnosed with cancer, and all the kids got kidnapped. He closed his eyes, wanting everything to be okay again.

It will, Mitch. It'll take sometime. When the time comes, you will finally be happy again.

~~~
Lilliana managed to open the door, stumbling a bit. She ran downstairs, breathing heavily when she got in front of Matt. He glared at her as Sara got up, rubbing her eyes. McKenna stayed asleep, peaceful as ever.
"What do you want?" Matt asked angrily, shaking his head. "If you are to manipulate us again, I will-"
"I think my personality changed, for a long time."
Sara got up quickly, wide awake now. Did Lilliana really go through that, for almost two months? She looked at Matt, her face full of worry. Matt looked worried himself, all his anger gone. Matt looked at his cousin, his eyes gentle. Sara took Lilliana's hands, staring at her in a motherly way.
"Did you have your medicine?" Sara asked, worry evident in her voice. Lilliana shook her head, scared of herself now and what she could be capable of. "Honey, why? You need it!"
Lilliana was about to answer, but she couldn't think of an answer. Why didn't she remind her moms? What happened back then that made her forget? She shrugged her shoulders, her eyes full of tears. She hugged Sara tightly, crying quietly. Sara rubbed her back, whispering sweet words to her.
Matt smiled a bit and kissed McKenna head sweetly, gasping loudly. He got his sister and cousin's attentions, causing them to worry. He began to cry as he felt McKenna's forehead. Sara shook her head, crying herself. Lilliana looked her fragile cousin, wondering what could be wrong with her.
"McKenna," Matt managed to get out, crying more. "She's...she's..."
Lilliana shook her head, crying herself. McKenna is dead because of her. She noticed Matt's smile, confused now. Sara looked at her brother and became confused himself.
"Why are you happy? McKenna is..."
"Okay. Her fever broke. She's going to survive."
A/N: Well, sorry for the ending, haha. How do you feel about Lilliana now? It's okay if you don't like her, lol. That's your opinion.:3 Also, this story will most definitely end next week...probably. I've been busy a lot and Christmas will make updating hard, lol.  Anyways, I hope that you all enjoyed the chapter and remember that I love you all.:)
