Anyway...

I almost cried in McDonald's after seeing this:

It breaks my heart to know that the person who makes me and many other people happy isn't happy himself sometimes.

I have anxiety myself and seeing that someone talks about his experiences with anxiety makes everything easier.

Mitch fights for his happiness and I  am so blessed that the person I look up to shows that being strong doesn't
always mean you have to stay happy.

Being strong is crying it out after an anxious moment.

Being strong is taking time for yourself.

Forgetting the world for a bit.

I love this man so much and I am so happy he exists.
