Third Person POV 

The paladins were scattered across the universe via the whacked-out wormhole, scared and in small numbers. Pidge and Nyle were by themselves, Lance and Hunk were thrown to one side while Shiro and Keith were thrown to another side. 

Keith and Shiro landed on some kind of rock planet, crashing in different spots on the planet. Keith crashed on the top of the surface, surrounded by cracks and crevasses in the floor. "You okay, Red? Okay. We'll fix you up. We had a tough battle." He says to his lion, even if it couldn't hear him. 

He climbed the top of his lion and looked around while biting his lip. "Where are we? Where have we landed?" 

He looked around and suddenly remembered that he fell with Shiro as well, gasping when he did. "Shiro. Shiro!" He yelled before starting to run in a direction to find him. 

Pidge POV 

After we had a completely tiring and winding fight, we're thrown into the outer edges of the universe and split up. This is so beyond annoying for one thing and completely something out of our control to handle. 

I'm not trained to deal with this at all. And frankly, I don't think I wanna be. I just wanna be back with my friends because I don't like being alone in this situation. What if something happened to them?! Oh god, what if they're dead?! Calm down, calm down their fine. 

The wormhole finally opened for me and shot me into some kind of trash land, my lion powerless. "Huh? What's the matter, girl?" I waited a minute but nothing came up. "Okay, rest a bit. I'll see what I can do." 

I started bringing up a screen from some emergency power and find out where I am. "Looks like there's no gravity here. It's like a trash nebula of some kind. Okay, Pidge, stay calm. You know what they say. 'When you get lost in space, the best thing to do is stay put and wait for people to find you.' This'll be nice. I'll have some 'me' time... No one to annoy me." I rested my head on my hand and just waited, already getting bored of being here. 

Nyle POV 

Oh no, no, no! Come on, get up, please! I don't wanna crash you into the ground! I already tried restarting the system and trying to reroute the controls but nothing was working and I crashed straight into the ground of some planet that the wormhole threw me in. 

I hit my head on the seat and started dazing more than I already was. That fight was too damn much for me. Lance was right, I should've just went into that pod and healed up before the fight. Now I'm weak and I can barely even keep myself awake. I tried moving my lion but my controls weren't working. "Shit, now what am I gonna do?" I spoke to myself when I started getting an alarm that something was coming towards my lion. 

A screen showed up with what looked like a few aliens walking towards my lion. They weren't carrying weapons and it seemed like they were only curious about it. I was barely conscious at this point but I could hear them talking to each other. "What is this big mechanical giant anyway?" The shorter one spoke first. 

"I know not but, it seems to be a ship of some kind. There might be someone in there that needs our help. Natisai, help me get the ship's door open." The taller one of the two had said. 

This, 'Natisai' started looking for a way to get in my lion, I reached over and pressed a button that opened up my lion's mouth just to make this easier for them. After leaning back on my seat, I started getting woozier and woozier. 

I managed to see the two of them run in before blacking out from both exhaustion and pure pain of whatever was leftover from the stupid blast. 

Third Person POV

Natisai and the other alien that had the name Sangrui both rushed in, looking around in the Purple Lion. Eventually finding their way to the cockpit, finding Nyle unconscious on the seat. "Oh no, Sangrui the pilot is hurt! We have to bring them back! Wodsdee can help them!" Natisai yelled to her friend. 

"It could be a trap as well. We must take precautions if we are to help the pilot of this ship." Sangrui replied back to her smaller friend. 

The two aliens got Nyle out of the seat and started carrying her back to their village, taking them to their doctor. 

Keith POV

I kept running and running, trying to get Shiro to respond. I can't hear anything and I'm just getting more and more worried. "Shiro, can you hear me? Shiro?" There was static interfering with my helmet. "Shiro, are you there?" More static, and it was starting to break up. Oh, this is just great, I have no way to contact anybody and I don't even know where Shiro is on the same planet as I am. 

I kept going and going, still trying to get an answer. "Shiro, are you there? Answer me!" I yelled, starting to hit my breaking point. 

"Keith. I'm here. Keith." Shiro! He's alright! Oh thank god 

"Shiro, it's Keith," I spoke softer now since I knew he was ok. 

"Keith, Keith, I'm here. I'm okay." 

"Shiro, you made it." I smiled to myself and ran faster to get to Shiro's location.

"It takes more than a glowing alien wound, a fall from the upper atmosphere, and crashing into a hardpan surface, at what I'm guessing is about 25 meters per second squared, to get rid of me. How are you?"

"Not good. My lion's busted. Wait, what wound?" Oh no, Shiro's injured and on this planet, I don't think that's really a good thing. 

"It's nothing." He tried calming me but I was already worried. 

"Hang on, I'm coming." 

There was silence for a little bit before Shiro responded to me. "On second thought, you'd better hurry." 

Pidge POV

I got out of my lion and started looking around, trying to find out what I could maybe use here. I heard something move and immediately summoned my bayard, pointing it to where I heard the noises. "Who's there?" I called out, trying to get whatever it was. 

A bunch of, fluffballs it looked like started floating towards me and I put my bayard down when I realized they aren't gonna hurt me. "Hmm? Aw! Hey, little guys! Aw, you guys are so cute. Too cute to be found in a dump like this. Are you guys the only ones living here? I hope my rough landing didn't disturb your day. I'll only be here for a short time. I'm waiting for my friends to find me. We were separated during a wormhole jump." 

Three of the little fluffballs pushed together and I smiled. "Yeah, friends! I sure hope they find me soon." I say with a small frown before starting to look around again for something to use. 

Nyle POV

I groan as I started waking up, rubbing my head as I sat up, seeing someone different than the other two from before next to my bed. "Who are you...? And where am I?" I ask, getting his attention. 

"Oh thank the stars, you're awake. How are you feeling?" 

"Sore, where am I? And who are you?" 

"My name is Wodsdee, you're on planet Digzenal. I'm the caretaker of our people. Or, from what I learned from your species, a doctor in your terms." Oh, so he was taking care of me. 

"Well, thank you for helping me. Who, were the other people that brought me here? I wanna thank them." 

Wodsdee smiled and handed me a small cup of something. "Ah yes, Natisai and Sangrui. They saw your ship fall and decided to check it out. Here, drink this. It should help with your wounds and see that your child is in peak condition." 

I completely forgot about the baby, oh my god. I started drinking the liquid and swallowed all of it. Actually, it was kinda sweet, not bad at all. "So, how did you know what species I am? What, gave that away?" 

I heard him laugh as he looked towards me. "Well, first of all, you look nothing like any other species I've seen. And then I took some scans of you to see about your condition, then your species name showed up and I took some notes. You're a Homosapien are you not? Or, human in your terms from what I found on the race of Homosapiens." 

I nodded to his question and sighed some while biting my lip. "H-how's my baby? Is it ok?" 

He smiled at me and nodded. "She's in perfect health actually. Nothing life-threatening is to harm her." 

Wait, he said 'she' and 'her' oh my god am I having a little girl? "Y-you said 'her' right? Am I having a baby girl?"

I saw him smile at me. "You are, I made sure to check on the little one as well. She's ok, I promise." 

I smiled widely and felt myself get all giddy. "I, I can't believe it. I'm gonna have a baby girl. Wow, Shiro was right. It is a girl." 

"I'm happy for you. Oh, I haven't asked your name yet." 

"My name's Nyleaya. But just call me Nyle." I smiled and slowly got up from the bed. "Thank you, for taking care of me and my child. It's very much appreciated Wodsdee." 

"Oh, it's my pleasure Nyle, there's no need to thank me. I have a hobby of helping people. You said you wanted to thank Naitsai and Sangrui correct?" 

I nodded and pick up my helmet. "Yeah, I did. Do you know where they are by any chance?" 

"They should be in the middle of town. They had actually asked me to bring you to them. So just follow me and I will make sure you get to them." 

He started walking to the door, looking back at me. I walked over to him and followed him outside, aweing at all the architects. "Wow, this is so beautiful." 

"Natisai helped design some of these, she's a real builder." 

"Well she did a damn good job, this is amazing." 

"She did, now let's get you to them." 

Keith POV

As I kept running I heard Shiro making some kind of uncertain noise, and it made me worried. "Shiro, what happened?" 

"There's several creatures." 

I bit my lip, realizing Shiro was in more trouble than I thought, and tried hurrying. Though when I got closer, a huge canyon stood in the way and I don't think my jetpack can get through that entire thing. 

"Uh-oh," I mumbled to myself.

"Keith, are you okay? What happened?" 

"Minor delay, but I'm on my way. How are you?" 

I heard him sigh on the other end. "I'm all right, but I'm trapped in a cave, and some nasty-looking creatures have me cornered." 

I shake my head and felt some pressure start to press on me. "Stay put. I'm on my way. I just have to... figure this out." 

Pidge POV

To pass some time, I made some weird variations of all my friends and started imitating them. "My name is Keith. I'm so emo." I mumble, trying to recreate Keith's tone. 

"Shiro, you're our leader. What should we do?" Speaking as myself. 

"We'll get through this if we work together. We're a team." I made my voice sound big and firm for Shiro's voice.

"Look at me! I'm Lance. Hey, is that a cute girl over there?" I turn Lance's head when I say the last part. 

"Lance come on! Can you be serious for one second?" I yelled a bit to imitate Nyle. 

"I don't feel good. The smell of this place makes me want to barf." I make my voice uneasy to match Hunk.

"Paladins, please. We must defeat Zarkon." I tried my best to copy Allura's accent. 

"Blah, blah, blah! Crazy words. Mustache." It was definitely harder to do Coran since he was always all over the place. 

I looked at my little fuzzy buds and saw them looking at something. "Huh? What is it?" 

I looked behind me and smiled when I saw the Green Lion powering up. "Hey, you're working again! Welcome back!" I saw some of them going towards my weird variations of my friends and floating around them. "No, it's not my friends. It's just an old, rusty satellite. Hey! Maybe I can find my friends before they find me." I yell some, getting an idea. 

Nyle POV

Wodsdee led me towards the middle of town where Natisai and Sangrui were supposed to be. "So how did you happen to fall upon our planet Nyle? There has to be a reason." 

I sighed and bit my lip. "It was a wormhole gone array. We were fighting Zarkon in an attempt to get princess Allura back and something happened with the wormhole." 

He stopped and looked at me. "Zarkon? Princess Allura? She lives? Alfor's daughter is alive? Oh, thank the ancients she's alive. I always thought she perished along with the planet." 

I furrowed my eyebrows and stepped back. "You know her? How do you know them?" 

He laughed some and shakes his head. "I worked with Alfor to build the Voltron Lions and I even knew him before then. We were friends for a long time before I learned he and Planet Altea were destroyed. I knew the princess ever since she was a little one. I haven't seen one of the lions since that day. Tell me, is she well?" 

I smile and nodded at the question. "She's absolutely fine. But, man you must be old." 

"Ah, well we live a long time. Our years are mostly different than a lot of other species. But I'm not the oldest out of us. Our queen, she's the longest living out of any of us. Though her health has been declining rapidly in recent times. And I'm not sure how much longer she has." 

I cover my mouth some. "Oh, that's horrible. Is she sick or, is it from her age?" 

"She got sick many deca-pheobs back, and it's just been taking her. Perhaps it would lighten up her mood if she was to see you, a new face in the armor of her mother." 

I looked down at the Purple Paladin armor and looked back up at Wodsdee. "This armor, belonged to her mother? Wow, I can't imagine how long it's been for her not to see it." 

"Yes, it has been a very long time. It would give her some hope to see it again. After we're done talking to Natisai and Sangrui, we could saunter on over to the castle to see the queen." 

I nodded and held onto my arm. "I'd like that. I want her to have some reminisce of her mother. I haven't seen mine in a while and I miss her too much. I can't even begin to fathom what it's like for the queen." 

"I'm certain she would very much like that. Anyway, let's get going to those youngens." He started to walk again, me following behind him. 

"So, what are they like?" 

"Natisai and Sangrui? They're some very creative and artistic people if I do say so myself. Like I had mentioned before, Natisai has been a builder in training and helped design some of our newer structures. And Sangrui is a warrior, one of the many protectors of this place. One of the youngest actually. They're very talented in what they do." 

I smiled some and hums softly. "They sound amazing. And I can't wait to thank them for bringing me here and saving me." 

"Well, they're just right here. Hey, Natisai! Sangrui! I brought your little friend here as you had asked!"

Two people looked back as the shorter one smiled and walked over with the taller one in tow. "You're awake! How are you feeling? Better I hope. We got you to Wodsdee as fast as we could." 

"I am feeling a lot better. I wanna thank you both for coming to my rescue. You saved both my life and my child's. I don't think either of us would've survived that crash. My name's Nyleaya, but you can call me Nyle for short." 

I hold my hand out for them to shake as the shorter alien took it, shaking it some. "I'm Natisai, though everyone just calls me Nati." She smiled at me.

The taller alien, who just by process of elimination is Sangrui, took my hand once it was free. "My name is Sangrui, a pleasure to make your acquaintance miss." 

I laughed some and shake my head some. "No need to be so formal, I'm not some big important person." 

I heard Wodsdee let out a laugh before turning to see him shake his head. "Not an 'important person' hmm? You're one of the six paladins of Voltron, one of the greatest creations known to life. You're very important Nyle. You're the universe's protector, the mighty robot of Voltrons' protector. You're the second pilot to fly the lion after Queen Katsina before she passed. You're very important." 

I turned back when I heard a gasp and saw Natisai and Sangrui bowing down. "F-forgive us for not being formal enough!" Nati yelled a little bit. 

I blinked some and bit my lip, swallowing my spit. "I-it's ok. Please, get up. I'm not the type for formalities, besides, you saved my life. I should be bowing to you." 

Both of them rise up and look at each other before looking at me. "So, Voltron still stands? We thought the lions had gone forever. Are there more paladins?" 

"Yes, and I need to find them. We were separated during a fight with Zarkon. Do you have anyway I can contact them?" 

Sangrui hums and nods. "Yes, we do. The queen has a comms room in the castle. I'm sure she'd be more than willing to help you Nyle. Let's get going now so we can contact your friends." 

I nodded almost immediately and started following behind them all. 

Keith POV

I kept trying to think of a way to get across, getting a little frustrated before taking a deep breath. "Patience yields focus," I mumble to myself before hearing Shiro chuckle from my helmet. 

"That really stayed with you, didn't it?" I could almost see him smile, making me smile a little as well. 

"You've given me some good advice. If it wasn't for you, my life would have been a lot different." I say softly, getting a small idea of what to do about this canyon. 

"Yeah. You wouldn't have crashed a flying lion on an alien planet and be stuck with little hope of rescue. So, you're welcome." I stifled a soft laugh and pulled out my bayard. 

"Stay with me, Shiro," I say, trying to keep him talking long enough to be able to look after him. 

I cut a piece of the rock off and a geyser sent me flying across it, using my jetpack when the rock started falling. I groan and held onto the cliffside with my bayard, letting out a couple of breaths from the adrenaline. 

"Keith! Keith!" Shiro yelled, probably hearing me struggle a little bit as I got up the cliff before starting to run forward again. 

"Hang on. I'm on my way." I respond while running faster. 

"Good, because these guys just started digging." Oh no, Shiro's in deep trouble. He might not survive if I don't hurry. 

I finally spotted the black lion and felt a wave of relief fly over me. "Shiro, I have a visual on the Black Lion." I heard him yell and groan, making me worried immediately. 

"Shiro, what happened?" I didn't get an answer which made me panic a little bit and I ran faster.

I ran down to the Black Lion before looking at it. "I know I'm not Shiro, but he's in trouble. We need to help him." 

The Black Lion powered on and opened its mouth for me, I immediately went inside and piloted it to blast away at the things trying to kill Shiro.

Pidge POV

I finished building a huge satellite on top of my lion, with the help of my fuzzy friends, that could connect to the castle and hopefully the others. "That ought to do it. Now, let's see if we can get a hold of the Castle." I tried powering it up and it wouldn't go, making me start to get frustrated.

"No, no! What's wrong? I need to get out of here! I need to find my friends! Come on!" I yelled, grumbling as I crossed my arms. The Green Lion started powering on and sent a signal to the satellite which caused the signal to go out. "Thanks." 

I hum and pull up a screen, some of my little buddies coming to my side. "Now, let's see if this thing works. I hope the signal's strong enough to reach the Castle." 

I waited for a little while and eventually, the castle came through a wormhole, I smiled widely and cheered a little bit. "You saved us, Pidge. We were stuck in a time loop." Allura says to me softly. 

"You got us out with this giant trash pile." I heard Coran almost yell. 

"It's a make-shift communications link that sends out the Green Lion energy. It's similar to the energy that guided the Blue Lion home." I respond while going towards my lion. 

"Pidge, you're a genius!" Coran yelled out again. 

"I know. Besides, it wasn't just me. They helped." I turned a little to show my fuzzy buddies.

"Let's go get the rest of the paladins," Allura says. I go back to my lion with some of my new friends coming with me, seems like they didn't wanna leave my side. But I wasn't complaining. 

Nyle POV 

As we were making our way to the castle, a few guards stopped to look at us. "Uh, why exactly are they looking at me like I have nine heads?" 

Sangrui looked at me and shook his head. "They're just curious about you, we haven't had someone new in the castle since almost two thousand years ago. They won't hurt you, you have my word."

I slowly nodded and just continued to look forward. We went into the castle and Wodsdee led us to a room within the castle, where a person was laying in bed. I'm guessing it was the queen from how ill she looked. 

"Queen Heratona, please excuse our sudden presence but we have brought someone that may brighten your mood and they need our help," Wodsdee says while bowing down, the three of us following suit. 

The woman looked over at us and smiled at Wodsdee. "Who have you brought Wodsdee? They've been treated kindly correct? This person is our guest. You may rise." 

Wodsdee nods while all of us stood up, with a little trouble from this dumb baby bump. "She bears your mother's armor and crashed on our planet after a fight went wrong which ended with her separating from her fellow paladins."

Queen Heratona's face changed some and she looked at where I was standing, forcing herself to sit up. "It cannot be. Voltron was destroyed. Was it not?" 

I stepped a little closer and shake my head. "No, your highness. Voltron is still around. And we're doing everything we can to stop Zarkon."

She reached her hand out to me and I gently took hold of it. "It brings me joy and happiness to know that the next generation is fighting back against the reign of terror and slavery. What is your name, sweet child?"

I smiled and held onto her hand. "My name is Nyleaya. Nyleaya Garett, it's an honor to meet you, your majesty." 

"I should be the one to say that. I never thought I would see this armor or any hope of the universe being free of Zarkon's clutches. You and the rest of team Voltron have given me hope." She chuckled and smiled at me. 

"I'm glad that I could give you some hope, and I promise we'll do our best to get the universe free. But, would you allow me to use your comms to contact my team?" 

"Of course, you should be back with your friends. Your team would make the first paladins proud to see how far you've come." 

I smile warmly at that and let out a small laugh. "I'm sure your mother is proud of you for being here so long for your people. She would've watched you with a smile on her face." 

She hums and laid back down, still holding my hand. "That means, so much coming from you. She would be happy to know that someone so strong and compassionate is the Paladin of the Purple Lion." She let go of my hand and looked to the other three. 

"Show her to the comms room and let her contact her team." 

Wodsdee nodded his head and motioned me to follow. "Come along Nyle." 

I bowed to the queen before following behind the other three. "She's a nice person, and she seems to be involved as much as she can." 

Natisai nodded and bit her lip. "She is, and she does what she can. Queen Heratona is, one of the kindest souls you'll ever meet. We're just hoping that this sickness is over."  

"I'm sure she'll be back on her feet soon enough." I smile and pat her back. 

She smiled back at me before opening the door to the comms room. "This is where we send and receive any messages. We work with the rebel forces as much as we can, but we started getting low on any help we can give." 

"Rebel forces? There are more fighters against Zarkon?"

Sangrui nods to my question. "Yeah, some planets have had it tough with Zarkon but they've taken back their planets and continue to fight against him." 

"That's impressive, I'm glad there are more people within this fight." 

Wodsdee nodded and headed to the main control panel. "Yes, but we should be getting you to your friends. The most we can do with this is contact the nearest vessels and or persons." 

I walked over and hum. "Maybe we could use the power of my lion to make it easier. They were designed to find each other aren't they?" 

He looked over and smiled, laughing some. "That is true, very smart Nyle. Let's go get your lion. Sangrui, stay here and let us know if anything of interest is to come up." 

He nodded as the rest of us headed out to where my lion crashed. 

Keith POV 

Shiro and I sat near a cliff edge after getting my lion back as well, a fire going to keep us both warm. "Thanks for saving me." 

I looked over at Shiro and smiled a little. "You'd have done the same for me. How's your wound?" I asked him softly, looking over at it. 

"My wound's great. It's getting bigger all the time." I looked at him a little weirdly. "Just trying to lighten the mood." 

"Hang in there. When Allura and Coran find us, they'll fix you right up." 

It was silent for a minute before Shiro spoke up. "Keith, if I don't make it out of here I want you to lead Voltron." 

I froze for a moment and stared at him with wide eyes. "Stop talking like that. You're gonna make it." I heard something and looked up to where it came from, smiling when I saw the castle coming down with the Green Lion in front. 

I helped Shiro up as we made our way to the castle, reuniting with them. 

Nyle POV

We started sending the message out, trying to pinpoint either the lions or the castle. But so far we've had no luck. I was sitting in the garden of the palace and messing with some of the flowers. "I hope nothing happened to them," I mumbled under my breath while biting my lip. 

Wodsdee came to my side and pat my shoulder. "They'll get the call, don't worry. One of them will answer it." 

I sighed some and rubbed my head while pursing my lip. "My brother is on the team and, I'm more than worried about him. I want him to be ok. I want them all to be ok. They're my family in all this." 

"I'm sure he's a strong-willed person, he'll find you." 

"I know, but it doesn't stop me from worrying about any of them." 

I messed with some more of the flowers and hum softly. I heard Wodsdee let out a laugh and look over. "You can take a few if you'd like, they might help with the anxiety you're feeling." 

I smiled a little and picked a few of the purple, yellow, blue, red, green, black, pink, and orange ones before putting them together in a little crown-like manner. I make another for the rest of them, matching the colors to their lions and ones I think would be good for our Altean friends, laughing a little at it. This was actually helping me calm down a lot.

Natisai comes outside, over to us, and smiled softly. "We got a response! Come on, there's someone who would like to speak with you!" 

I smiled widely, grabbing all the crowns I had made, and followed behind her into the comms room before seeing everyone's faces. "You guys are ok!" 

"Us!? I was worried about you and I thought I was never gonna see you again Ny!" Hunk yelled while smiling at me. 

"I'm glad you guys are ok! Where are you right now?" I asked softly, overwhelmed to see them all alright. 

"We're not far from you Nyle. We'll be there in a few ticks, just sit tight and we'll come to pick you up." Coran says before looking at all the crowns in my hands. "What are those?" 

I laughed and showed them to everybody. "I was uh, making these to distract myself while we waited for an answer. I actually made one for each of you." 

I heard Lance laugh a little and smiled. "You're looking better Nyle, you alright?" 

I nodded and smiled wider. "Yeah, some people found me crashed on the planet and brought me to Wodsdee here. He put me back in perfect health and I can't thank him enough." 

"Wait, did you say Wodsdee Nyle?" I heard Allura ask, seeing both her and Coran with hopeful looks. 

"Yeah, Wodsdee. He's right here with me, why don't you come say 'hi'?" 

The said male walks over and smiled widely. "So it is true, you are alive princess. It's good to see you again. And, Coran old friend, it's been a long time." 

"Wodsdee you're still here. It's so good to see you!" Allura basically yelled and smiled widely. 

"It's nice to know that you're still here princess." He responded. 

"You as well. We'll have more time to talk once we get there. See you in a few ticks." The transmission ended and I smiled widely. 

"Come on, let's go meet them outside Nyle." 

I follow behind him and waited next to my lion while putting my crown on, smiling. "Seems like we both had a good day hmm?" I say softly, turning to Wodsdee. 

He smiled and crossed his arms. "Yes, yes we did. Know that you all are welcome back here whenever. We'd be happy to see you all again."

"I know, if we ever have time we can come to visit." 

"If you ever come back I'd be more than happy to have you." 

I laughed a little and shake my head. "I'm sure Wodsdee." 

A loud noise made us both look up, I smiled wider seeing the castle coming from a wormhole towards us. 

The castle landed and I ran over as fast as I could, seeing everyone there before hugging Hunk as tightly as I could. 

I broke the hug after a while and smiled at everyone, biting my lip before humming. "Hey Shiro, you were right you know." 

He looked at me a little confused as he slightly tilted his head. "I was? About what?" 

I laughed a little and rolled my eyes. "About the baby being a girl." 

His eyes widen a little bit. "I was? You're having a girl?" 

I nodded and leaned back some. "Wodsdee managed to find out while he was checking up on me." 

Allura and Coran walked over to Wodsdee, starting to talk with him as I look back at them. I notice that Shiro has some kind of wound and I get worried. "Shiro, why aren't you in a pod? You're hurt." 

He shakes his head and covered the wound. "I'm fine don't worry. I'll go in a minute, I just wanted to make sure everyone got here safely. Once we leave I'll head in."

I narrowed my gaze and hum a little. "You better. I'll make sure of it too." 

He let out a small laugh and I went over, hugging him tightly. "It's good to be with you guys again." 

I felt him hug back, which made me smile wider. "It's good to be back with everyone for me too." I laughed some and pulled back before handing him the crown I made for him. "How often do you make these?" He laughed a little. 

"I actually don't make them that often. A friend of mine showed me how to do it. Not that hard really." 

"Well, that was nice of them. So, I was right huh? About the baby?" 

I rolled my eyes and laughed a little. "Yeah both you and Allura were right. Everyone else thought it was a boy." 

He tilted his head some and looked at me with a shit-eating grin. "Told you I was. I mean come on, I'm always right." 

"Ok, ok. Don't get ahead of yourself now Shiro. " I shake my head and let out a chuckle. 

"Glad to see that you're alright Nyle. We were getting worried about you." I look over to see Keith walking over to us. 

I smiled and laughed a little. "I was more worried about you guys." 

"I can see that." He motions to the crowns and lets out a small laugh. 

I snickered and rolled my eyes before putting the rose-red one on his head. I hand the rest to Shiro and smile. "Could you hand these to everyone?" 

He nodded and smiled at us before walking off. "A flower crown suites you Keith." 

I laughed more as he rolled his eyes. "Haha, funny. But, it does look nice. I'll give you credit on that one." 

"You gotta give me credit on a lot of things. I managed to stay alive after getting the shit beat out of me and I kept the baby alive." 

His face changed into a warm smile. "That's good. How, how are you by the way?" 

"I'm alright. I'm just exhausted and kinda hungry. But then again that's normal." I laughed some and leaned back on the castle. 

He laughed some as well and shakes his head. "I guess it is. Should we, take about how we're gonna do this?" 

I snickered some and hum softly. "Wow, could you be any more awkward Keith?" 

He rolled his eyes and chuckled some. "I'm trying alright? I don't how to talk about these things." 

I smiled and laughed a little. "I know, I'm just messing with you. Now, what do you wanna talk about?" 

"Um, how exactly we're supposed to parent I guess? Is, that the right way to say it?" 

I laughed some and hum under my breath. "We could find a way to co-parent. And yes you said it the right way." 

He smiled some, his expression changing some a little more confidently since he knew he was right now. "Ok uh, how should we co-parent?" 

I click my tongue and think about it for a moment. "I guess we could just look after her together since we live in the same place." 

"So basically like a normal family type thing?" 

I laughed and nodded, rolling my eyes. "You're so weird, but it's cute. Yeah, it could be like that if that's how you wanna put it." 

"Should we both have things for her in our rooms or should it only be one of us?" 

I almost busted out laughing before humming, composing myself. "If we could even find baby things for one room we'd be lucky. If it were different circumstances then I would say we should both have things." 

He laughed some and leaned back a little. "Now, a name. We need a name for her." 

I thought for a moment before smiling softly. "I think I have an idea for her middle name." 

"What were you thinking?"

"I was thinking, maybe Lynx? It sounds pretty doesn't it?" 

He smiled and thinks for a while. "It does. So what should her first name be?" 

"I like the name Mereida a lot and it just sounds so pretty." 

He smiled a little wider and hums. "I might have a part to add to it that would maybe make it prettier." 

I laugh some. "And what's that?" 

"I was talking to Lance yesterday and he was joking about the names he had said to you once. And one of them was Blume. I started thinking and I actually like it."

I smiled widely and laughed a little bit. "I'm surprised you actually listened to him really. Knowing you, I would've thought that you'd not even think twice about it. But, it goes really nicely with Mereida." I thought for a minute and smiled wider. "Mereida-Blume Lynx Kogane-Garett. That's got a nice ring to it." 

He laughed a little and rolled his eyes. "So she's gonna have both our last names?" 

I snickered some. "Yeah, why not? It sounds nice, doesn't it?" 

He only smiled and hums. "Sure, sure. Whatever you say Ny." 

I hit his arm and puff out my cheeks. "Stop being condescending. We both know I'm right!" 

He chuckled and hums. "Come on, I think we're about to leave." 

"I'm gonna sleep like a log as soon as I get to my room." 

He laughed a little before rolling his eyes. "I'm sure you will. Come on, let's get inside." 

We started walking before I heard my name being called. "Nyle!! Wait up!" 

I looked behind me to see both Natisai and Sangrui running up to me. I smiled and turned to them. "Hey, what are you guys doing here? Don't you have something to do?" 

Sangrui smiled at me and handed me a necklace. "Queen Heratona wanted us to give this to you. It belonged to Katsina before she died. She wanted you to have it." 

(Just imagine there's a black chain connecting it.)

I smiled and gently took it. "It's beautiful. Tell her that it's appreciated and that I said 'thank you' to her." Keith looked at me confused and I laughed some. "Queen Katsina was the original Purple Paladin. Queen Heratona is her daughter and, she had met me a little bit ago. Just for some background info." 

He smiled some and nodded some. "That's very nice of her. This, belonged to the paladin before Nyle?" 

Natisai nodded and smiled softly at us. "Wodsdee told us she would always wear it no matter what." 

I laughed a little and hum. "I wouldn't take it off if I was her either. It's too precious to be taken off." 

The two smile at us before laughing a little. Sangrui hums and cleared his throat. "We're gonna miss you a lot Nyle. You'll come back to see us at some point right?" 

I smiled at them. "Course I will. Anytime I have some free time on my hands I'll come see you all." I went over, hugging them tightly. 

I felt their arms wrap around me, making me smile wider. I broke the hug after a while and smiled at them. "I'm gonna miss you guys. But we're always just a call away if you need us." 

They smile at me as Natisai nods. "We're gonna miss you too. Be safe for us alright? And don't hurt yourself anymore." 

I laughed some and smiled warmly at them. "I will don't worry ok? Anyway, we need to be leaving by now. See you soon." 

They wave and start walking back towards the city. "Those guys are the ones that got you from your lion?" 

I looked towards Keith and nodded. "Yeah, and they're really nice. They'd be good allies in this war and, they're just good friends in general." 

"Well if you trust them, then I'll trust them too. They did kinda save your life." He looked at me with a shit-eating grin after he spoke.

I laughed and rolled my eyes while elbowing him a little. "Asshole." 

He laughed some and hums. "Come on, let's get inside alright?" 

I nodded and rubbed my head, walking into the castle with him. I quickly take off my armor and head off to my room, yawning. As soon as my head hit the pillow I was already blacking out.
