Ben, Evie, and I walked downstairs. When we got in front of the Mickey Mouse statue, Evie said, "Wait! We could use my mirror to find Mal! That would make things more easier!"

"Good idea Evie." Ben said as Evie dug through her purse, looking for her mirror.

"Holy Lucifer I'm so stupid!" Evie said.

"Why?" I asked.

"I left the mirror with my stuff back at the apartment. I'll be right back." Evie said, walking away.

After about 10 minutes I looked at the time. 4:25.

"Come on Evie, hurry up." I said.

"What's the rush?" Ben asked.

"The rush is that at 5, Mal gets another power."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean that I've been keeping track of when Mal develops her powers. Healing at 2, mind reading at 3, and now teleportation at 4. If it keeps up at this rate, Mal gets her next power at 5, which is in roughly 30 minutes."

"Okay, now I see why you're worried." That's when Evie, Lonnie, Chad, Jane, Audrey, Doug, and Jay walked up.

"Evie, use the mirror now, like right now." Ben demanded.

"Why?"

"Because, Mal is going to develop another power in about 25 minutes. Use the mirror!" I shouted.

"Okay, okay." Evie said, instantly calming me down. "Mirror, mirror in the night, where o where is the princess of light?"

Then an image appeared on the glass surface. It was Mal.

"Not so close!" Audrey said.

"Magic mirror not so close." Then the mirror zoomed out to let us see that Mal was on an island.

"Can the mirror lead us there?" Doug asked.

"Is AU the symbol for gold?" Evie asked. "Come on! This way!"

"Hey! What are you guys doing?" A voice said behind us. It was Annabeth.

"Mal, powers, teleportation, Tom Sawyer Island." I said.

"Let's go." Annabeth said, but Leo stopped her.

"Annabeth, you understood that?"

"Yeah. You guys didn't?"

"Annie, could you explain that? Not everyone can understand nerd." Percy said. I was hurt.

"I'm a geek. Evie on the other hand is a nerd. The prettiest nerd at Auradon Prep. There is a big difference between the two." I said.

"Basically Carlos said that Mal is developing new powers, and that she teleported herself to Tom Sawyer Island." Annabeth explained.

"Okay, Hazel, can you use the Mist to teleport us to the island?" Frank asked.

Hazel sighed. "Everyone hold hands."

We held hands and the world faded. Once it came back into focus, we were on the island.

"Everyone spread out. She's somewhere on the island. Percy go with Annabeth, Frank go with Hazel, Jason go with Piper, and Leo go with Calypso. Search this hunk of rock from top to bottom." I said as we split up.

I started walking around when I heard a voice. "Oh my goblins! Help!"

I ran around the corner to see Mal, waist deep in mud.

"What happened to you?" I asked.

"I thought you were supposed to be a genius. What do you think?" Mal said sarcastically.

"Why don't you just teleport yourself out of there?" I asked.

"What? I can teleport?"

"That's how you got here, isn't it?"

"Oh yeah!" And just like that Mal faded out of the mud pool and appeared right on top of me.

"Ow!" I said.

"Sorry! I need to work on my aim." Mal responded as we heard screams in the distance.

Mal's eyes glowed green. "Grab my arm."

"Why?"

"Because I don't want to loose the connection. Now grab on." I grabbed on and was teleported to where the screaming came from.

Percy and Annabeth we're getting attacked by a boy. He looked familiar, but I couldn't place it.

"Rumple, is that you?" Mal asked.

Best guess on who Rumple is.....
