'Mom I still don't understand why we can't adopt her!' I yelled at my mom. I did't even get to know her! How can she just want to leave like that? And the fact that no one is disagreeing gwith her decision. Only me and Layla want her to stay apparently.

'Seth, you know she said she was going to stay one week here and go to your school for-' I tuned my mom out after she said week. That was all the time I had with her. How can I make her trust me in a week.

'Seth are you even listening to me?' The doorbell rang and I got up to open the door. I opened the door to see-

Alice's/Ali's POV

I layed my head on the pillow. I turned to see the time. It was 1:14AM. Seven more hours and I'll be going to school. I really don't know how it is going to be I have never gone to school because I was a vampire but I want to try this human school. I've been home schooled so I already know alot but I don't know if this is going to be the same. I closed my eyes and started to dream.

***DREAM***

I was walking through the forest and stopped when I saw a girl that looked exactly like me. Why am I staring at my reflection? I moved my hand to touch the mirror and expected my reflection would do the same but it didn't. I thought I would touch glass but I felt my hand touch someones skin. I jerked my hands back and stared at the girl who started grinning at me.
