I drew Bea and showed my dad the picture. His immediate reaction was "Why did you draw someone smoking?" And I told him "Because characters have flaws. Plus it makes her look more human." My dad doesn't understand video games unless you're creating something or have a prime objective. So who wouldn't understand. He did recognize the symbol on her dress. Apparently it's a hieroglyphic meaning "life". Pretty ironic if you ask me.
