Guys I'm laughing my ass off here. I was going through my old poems when I realized I forgot to publish one from the past lmaooo. I swear I checked through the book 3 times and I'm like," bruh u legit forgot??" So here u guys go. A surprise updateeeeeee!!!! Hope y'all like it.

Turns out love was an illusion,

   I was under a delusion;

Thought people had two sides, I shouldn't judge,

   Yet, now I stand in front of the jury, placing an oath of mistrust.

Naive to the point of utter embarrassment,

  Laughing at myself for my foolish establishment;

Facade shattering, my nails clawing in agony,

  Never thought I would lose to a load of baloney.

Promises broken, words mistaken,

    The first attempt to love trapped me in a prison;

Always believed in myself, bubbly and sweet,

    Now I stand still on the ground, aimlessly in cold feet.

No one really cared, no one really will,

   The dead girl within me wants to kill;

Bind me with a lullaby, my coldhearted darling,

   Let me end our forsaken love, forever struggling.
