~ Jade's P.O.V ~

Hey, I'm Jade. I'm 18 and I am a werewolf. Yep, a werewolf. My wolfs name is Emma and she is a pure white coloured wolf.

I have an older brother named James and a twin sister named Ruby. They are both also werewolves. James's wolf is black while Ruby's is grey.

Our parents had died when we were really young. They were attacked and killed by another pack: The Sunset Pack.
My Dad was the Alpha and my mother was the Luna of our pack: The Moonlight Pack.
When they died James had taken the role of Alpha. There is no Luna yet. Me, Ruby and James are still mateless.

After our parents dying James had become really overprotective. He used to be one of those carefree older brothers. Now he's afraid, afraid that me and Ruby will end up like our parents.

Dead.

Me and Ruby on the other hand are more like the rebels. We always have been. We're the two troublemakers in our family. Don't get me wrong, we do sometimes listen to James and his annoying rules but most of the time we don't and end up sneaking off to the woods.

The woods is like our little sanctuary. We can be us without a care in the world. We can shift into our wolves without worrying someone is there. Luckily most of the humans avoid the woods. To them its scary and dangerous. To us, its home.

We can be free there for a small amount of time. Even if it is a small amount of time, freedom is still freedom.
