№62|No Thanks For The Memories (Part 6)
◆ ━━━━❪✪❫━━━━ ◆

“Orion, we’ve been walking for hours now! Where is she?” To say his wolf was worried about Celaneo was an understatement.

“I don’t know, but I’m sure she’s fine, we just have to keep looking.” Orion assured him, his words sounding foolish seeing as he was just as worried – maybe even more – than his wolf was.

“I know our mate is tough and all but she’s still new to our world, she hadn’t seen much outside her nymph culture.” His wolf reminded him, earning a nod from his human companion.

“I know… she only came to the pack about a year ago… there’s still much she needs to learn about being a mate.” Orion chuckled, the happiest moments between him and Celaneo flashing through his mind.

“Orion? Orion is that you?” Her smoothe voice called out, making the wolf in question eyes widen with excitement as relief ventured throughout his body.

Running towards the sound of her voice, his plans were thwarted by vines as they snaked around his ankle, lifting him off the floor. “Um… Celaneo?”

“Orion… just stay back!” Celaneo warned, attempting to calm the warm of plants that were beginning to grow uncontrollably.

“What’s happening?” Orion yelled, getting bounced around by the vines.

“I-I-I don't know! The moment I got here I could find you… I searched everywhere and when I was about to give up these plants began growing everywhere!” Celaneo explained, her voice filling with worry as the seconds passed.

“Celaneo… just breathe.” He said calmly towards the nymph. “I’m right here, there’s no need to freak out anymore. You can call off the plants.”

“N-No I ca-can’t! They’re out of con-control!” Celaneo stammered, trying once more to call off the plants, which resulted in failure.

“Celaneo! Look at me!” The wolf called out, getting flung around by the plants once more. “Don't look at the plants. Look at me.”

Celaneo gazed into his brown eyes as he was being held upside down by the vine. A soft chuckle escaped her lips. “You look rather silly hanging like that.”

“You look rather adorable when you laugh like that.” Orion shot back, soon getting lowered to the floor. Once the vines unlaced themselves from around Orion, he quickly embraced the nymph. “I was worried something happened to you.”

“You were?” Celaneo asked, sincerely shocked.

“Well duh!” Orion exclaimed. “Celaneo, you’re my pride and joy… if anything were to happen to you… I-I’d never forgive myself.”

“Don't worry, your mate is a strong nymph.” Celaneo winked, wrapping her arms around his neck as the two shared a heated kiss.

They’d been so busy helping Medusa and the pack with everything happening in the Dragon Islands they didn’t have a moment to themselves.

Orion lowered her to the ground, a bed of roses forming comfortably under Celaneo to make some sort of makeshift bed. His lips nipped at her lower lip, asking – no, begging – for an entrance into the sweet confides of her mouth.

She mewled softly, pulling the wolf in closer as she craved his warmth like a fire on a cold winter’s night. Just like fairies, once mated to a werewolf, they rely on their wolf’s heat to keep them warm. And with everything going on, the two hadn’t had a moment to enjoy the other’s heat.

After a quick separation to admire the nymph's beauty, his mouth was on her again, hot and demanding as his body pressed flush against her own. She responds with an equal enthusiasm, her hands tangling in his hair and her body arching into his touch. It must not have been enough for him though, because Celaneo quickly found the lower edge of the makeshift rose bed pressing into her lower back as he pushed against her.

Wetly, he moved down to her neck and she gasped. “You’re offly handsy today.”

His hips grinded into hers, his hands already working furiously at the button of her pants. “It’s been almost a month since I’ve touched you like this, this wolf needs his fill.” he grunted, finally releasing the catch and shoving both her jeans and panties down past her hips. He didn’t even give her time to step out of them before her hand rested on his chest. She shook her head.

“Not here…” she replied, breathlessly.

“Why not?” Orion questioned.

“Not behind enemy lines.” The nyph said, sitting back up as the roses disappeared. “I love you, Orion, but right now we need to focus on getting out. After that, you can take me in anytime, any place, and any position you want.” She purred, pulling him down by the collar for a final kiss.

“You saucy little mix.” He chuckled, shaking his head.

“What is this place?” She asked, looking around as memories from the both of the floated overhead.

“I think this is mindscape.” Orion guessed reaching out for the memory as it phazed through his hand.

“Isn’t it supposed to show you your worst memories?” Celaneo questioned, putting back on her pants as the two began to walk around.

“I think so, we just don't know when it’ll strike on you.” Orion replied, kissing her hand as a memory began to form in front of them. “We got this. Whatever they show us, just remember it’s in the past. The past can’t hurt us anymore.”

Celaneo nodded, releasing a shaky breath as the memory began to play.

Celaneo at her vanity desk, applying lipstick to her lips as she noticed her wolf’s grumpy expression in the mirror’s reflection. “Orion, stop looking so grumpy.” She smacked her lips together, applying some of the lipstick from her top lip to her bottom one.

“I’m not grumpy.” Orion denied, turning away from the nymph.

“You have that adorable grumpy look on your face when you get made.” Celaneo chuckled, walking over towards him as the two sat on the edge of their bed.

“I’m not mad.” He denied once more.

“Oh really?” Celaneo smirked, crawling behind him as she wrapped her arms around his neck in a loving fashion. “So you’re not mad that I’m gonna be stripping for Julius and his buddies soon?”

“Nope…” Orion muttered. His mouth said one thing, but the clenched fists said another. “Doesn't bother me at all.”

“Really? So it doesn't make you mad one bit when you think about him and his friends groping, touching, and seeing all of this?” She smirked, kissing along his neck. “Last time I checked, didn’t you say I was yours? How would it look if there was another man with his hands all over me? Hm?”

A low grumble escaped the wolf’s chest. Celaneo was about to continue but a yelp cut her off when Orion pinned her to bed. “You’re mine, Celaneo. Not Julius’, not Irvam’s, mine.” Orion stated, peering deep into her hazel eyes.

She smirked, pulling him down for a kiss. “All yours.”

“Why don't you just skip the strip show? I’m sure Amelia can handle it on her own.” Orion suggested, kissing along her neck. “If you wanna strip so badly, why not do it for me?”

“Because, I do stripping for my clients.” She lifted up his head, stroking his cheek. “I make love to you.”

“And Kirkland…” He muttered under his breath.

“What?” Celaneo chuckled, earning a groan from Orion. He turned on his side, laying beside Celaneo.

“Why didn’t you tell me you slept with Kirkland before we started dating?” Orion asked, turning away from her.

“Because I didn’t think it was any of your business.” Celaneo shrugged, she examined the frown on his lips. “Wait… Orion… you didn’t think I was a virgin, did you?”

“Maybe…” Orion muttered.

Celaneo laughed, patting his chest playfully. “Orion, look at where I work! Do you really think I’m a virgin?”

“It was nice to dream…” Orion grumbled.

“Orion, you aren’t my first, neither was Kirland, it was some guy when I was 19 at my Senior Prom.” Celaneo giggled, resting her head on his chest. “You may have not been my first, but you are certainly the best in my book.”

“The best, huh?” Orion smirked, pinning her to the bed. “Even better than Kirkland?”

“Well…”

“Celaneo!” Orion scolded.

She giggled, kissing his chest. “Kidding. You’re the best.”

“Celaneo, when you do these jobs… it’s just stripping right? Not… sex, right?”

A sharp glare was thrown his way. “Are you calling me a prostitute?”

“N-No!” Orion stammered, quickly shaking his head. “I-I don't mind you stripping-”

“Good, cause I’m not gonna stop.” Celaneo stated firmly.

“You’re not? You’re really helping people here in the pack with your nymph powers, especially your healing.” Orion reminded her.

“I know, and while that is great and all, but I like stripping. I’m good at it.” Celaneo climbed out of bed, going into her closet to pull out a set and lace long sleeved crop top, with g-string panty, and matching strappy back garter skirt.

“I know you are… trust me, I’ve been with you to work. I’m just worried that maybe one day, you’ll find one of your clients more interesting than me.” Orion whimpered.

“Orion, lay down.” Celaneo ordered, earning a concerned look from Orion.

“What?” Orion chuckled.

“Lay. Down.” Celaneo repeated, pressing her hand on his chest, pushing him back onto the bed. “If you're so worried that I’m gonna leave you for some client, don't be.” She straddled along his midsection. “The only client I’ve fallen in love with is you.”

“But I’m not a client.” Orion reminded her.

“Well you are now.” She giggled, letting down her brown hair, letting it drape over her shoulders. “Mister Orion, what would you like me to do for you today?” She purred, running her fingers up his chest.

“Gods yours amazing.” Orion wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her in closer. His hands trailed up to her chest, eying the beautiful assets on her chest.

Before he could lay a finger, Celaneo swatted his hand away. “No!”

“What the…?” Orion muttered, giving Celaneo a confused look.

Celaneo held out her hand. “Money please.”

“What?” Orion laughed, sitting up.

“My clients have to pay to touch my breast. Sooo, pay up.” Celaneo smirked wickedly. “Still wanna be my client?”

“No…” Orion muttered.

“You seriously won't pay? Are you that cheap?” Celaneo scoffed.

“No,” he stroked her cheek, “my mother taught me better than to treat women like their property. I’m not gonna buy you, Celaneo. If that means no stripping for me, I’m okay with that. I get the best part.”

“And what is that?” Celaneo chuckled.

“You.” He lovingly replied, pulling her down for a hug. “Those dragons are very dangerous, promise me, you and Amelia will be okay.”

“We will, our company hires guards for certain jobs like these. If the dragons don't follow the rules we just yell out ‘banana’ and they come for us.” Celaneo explained, rolling off the bed when there was a knock on the door.

She opened the door to reveal Amelia smiling at her, holding up her finger as she pointed to the phone. “Yes, yes, Dewei, I’m at the pack.” She chuckled, entering the room. “No I don't need you to come here, trust me, you’d end up burning too many bridges. Your dragon gets so possessive when I’m stripping.”

“It so does and you know it!” Amelia laughed, sitting at Celaneo’s vanity desk to fix her makeup a little. “You don’t have to worry, all those stupid dragons do is just look. You got to touch and kiss all over. Alright, I love you too.” She giggled, hanging up her phone.

She turned towards Celaneo with a wide smile. “Who’s ready to strip?”

Orion snorted in laughter, “what a way to enter a room.”

“You must be Orion, Celaneo’s been texting me non stop about you.” Amelia smiled, shaking his hand. “Don't worry about Celaneo, she’s in good hands.”

“That’s what I’m worried about… the hands that she’s actually in… and on her.” Orion’s thoughts began to spiral.

“Orion… please, I’ll be okay.” Celaneo kissed her cheek. “It’s only for an hour, okay?” She pointed to his watch. “When you see that small hand go for 9 to 10, I’ll be back.”

Orion nodded, kissing her forehead. “I’ll miss you.”

“I’ll miss you too.” Celaneo wrapped her arms around his neck, pecking his lips with a kiss. “Why don't you rest? You’ve been hunting so much this week, take a nap. When you get back I’ll cook some of the animals you hunted.”

“Okay.” Orion yawned, kissing her cheek once more before slumping into bed.

“I love you, Orion.” she whispered in her ear, her hands emitting a green mist that surrounded the wolf.

“What’s that?” Amelia whispered.

“It’s a dream aphrodisiac. I notice when I go off on my jobs he gets so nervous he either over hunts or doesn't sleep.” She sighed, stroking his hair. “I love him, but she’s so worried about me sometimes he forgets about himself.”

“Dewei’s the same way, I’ve never tried the dream aphrodisiac though… I use the antianxiety spell when I kiss him before I leave.” Amelia shrugged. “Maybe I can use this from now on.”

“Goodnight, my wonderful wolf.” She smiled, grabbing her purse and blowing her kiss at the wolf before closing the door.

◥✥◤

Amelia and Celaneo knocked on the door, Irvam opened it, the smell of cigars and cheap liquor filling their senses.

Celaneo couldn’t help but wince at the retching smell, she forced a smile and walked into the room. Julius smirked at the nymph, walking over to her. “My, my…” he slurred, slinging his arm over his shoulder. “Look at you two…” His eyes trailed down to her breast. “Double C?”

“Not your concern.” Celaneo replied. “$50. Each breast. 2 minutes”

“Wow… you’re a pricey little bitch, huh?” Julius pulled out his wallet, placing two $50 bills in her hands.

He came up behind her, his hands gripping her breast. “Hmm… soft and warm… not wonder that little beta loves you so much.”

“Mmmh!” she fake moaned, throwing her head back.

She hated this part, the part where she had to fake the pleasure she never felt when others touched her. When Orion touched her tough, there was never any faking how she felt. She never needed to, the pleasure she received from her wolf was beyond faking. Which made jobs like these so much more tedious.

“You alright?” Amelia asked using her magic to communicate telepathically with Celaneo as Amelia grinded against Irvam.

“Yeah, let’s just get this job done.” Celaneo sighed, smirking at Julius as she pushed him back down to his chair. “So…” She casually strutted around the chair, working her hips up and down to the music. She caressed his shoulders, lowering her body to the floor as she stood behind him. “You’re Barron’s brother, huh?”

“Yeah.” Julius responded, taking a large swig of his beer. “Have you ever danced for an alpha before?”

“Hm… No I don’t think I have.” she purred, walking out in front of him. “You’d be the first~” she leaned her chest towards her, her butt sticking out as she began to slowly lower herself onto his lap.

“You do this for that little beta of yours?” Julius smirked, his eyes landing solely on her breast.

“Nah,” she wrapped one leg around the back of the chair for support, soon swinging the other around it. “Orion hates it when I dance. He doesn't appreciate my art.”

This was a lie. While she never danced for Orion specifically, there were times when he’d join her at the club and watch her work her magic. She couldn’t help but chuckle at the thought of his face when she started dancing. It wasn’t like all the perverted stares she got from her clients, his look was more soft… as though he’d laid eyes on an angel. He was so mesmerized by her he couldn’t look away.

“Something funny?” Julius slurred, releasing his beer coated retched breath out into the room.

Celaneo forced a smirk, inside she couldn’t help but gagg. “Just thinking about how pissed your brother must have been when you demoted him down to beta. I bet he was mad.”

“Mad? He was furious! It was hilarious!” Julius laughed, feeling Celaneo’s arms wrap around his neck as she continued to rock her body against his.

“Barron would never let me dance for him, he never went to my club. Kirkland did though, but never Barron. He’s too much of a stick in the mud.” Celaneo complained, leaning in closer towards Julius.

“I like this alpha much more.” She could feel the tent pitching him his pants. “It seems like you like me too~” She leaned in for a kiss on the lips. A quick one – one that left the self proclaimed alpha wanting more.

“How does Orion not love this?” Julius smirked, his eyes never leaving her breast as she slowly unwrapped her legs from the chair and stood between his spread legs.

She placed her hands on his knees moving towards his face, and then slowly lowered herself as she moved her body side to side with her face near his stomach. “He’s just like the alpha,” she placed her hands on his sides for just a moment before slowly working her way back up, “a stick in the mud.”

She stood in front him, moving her hips in a simple figure eight. “Why doesn’t a strong alpha like yourself have someone to bed every night?”

“Staying with the same person is so boring.” Julius rolled his eyes, soon scanning them up and down her body as she moved her hands from the air to her breast and down to her side.

“Why not try something new? They say being with a nymph is the most calming, sensual, sexual experience.” She firmly pushed him back against the chair, his cheap cologne radiating off of him – and not in the good way. Slowly, she stood back in front of him. Her hands moved up and down her body, as though she was rubbing bubbly soap all over herself.

“A nymph does sound quite pleasing.” He snickered as she turned around while standing between his legs, slowly getting low until her hands were near the floor. Shaking her rear end near his crotch, stomach, and even all the way up to his face.

“Now, I must tell… I’m no prostitute.” She reminded him, continuing to move her body seductively as she slowly worked her way up to the standing position. “I do stipping not sex. Am I clear?” She asked, sitting back on Julius’ lap while she kept an arm around his shoulder.

“Yeah, yeah, sure.” Julius hastily replied, her hands reaching out for her breast, soon getting slapping away.

“No touching.” She swept her free arm downwards until she was almost touching the floor with her chest front and center, her free hand moving up and down like she was riding a bull in slow-motion.

“Come on, not even a little touch.” His fingers began to lace around her chest.

“No.” She replied sternly, moving her free arm all the way back until it touched the floor, with her pelvis gyrating against Julius’. Taking the hand that was wrapped around her neck, she swept it down to the floor as well, working it up and down while her other hand remained planted on the floor.

As she tried to get up, Julius caught her wrist, pinning her against the floor. “My, my, my…” Julius licked his lips, taking in the sight of her luscious body. “Look what we got here fellas… a couple beautiful nymphs.”

Amelia was about to yell out the word ‘banana’ but Irvam’s hand snaked its way around her mouth. “That won't work this time, those men work for us.”

“Sooo… how much do you think these girls can take?” Julius chuckled, harshly gripping her breast.

Caleno couldn’t help but yelp out in pain, although muffled by Julius’ hand, as the pain flooded through her body. His grip on her breast tightly, as though he was clenching her heart. “You like that girly?”

Celaneo rapidly shook her head, struggling to find a way out from under his grip.

“You don't like that? How about this?!” Julius dug his nails into her side, eliciting a painful, yet muffled, scream from the nymph below him.

Julius peered into her fear coated hazel eyes. “You’re gonna wish you stayed with your wolf tonight, girly. Cause when I’m done with you, you’re gonna wish you were never born!”

Tears streamed down Celaneo’s cheeks as the memory faded away.

“C-Celaneo… why didn’t you tell me?” Orion asked in a whisper, still slightly in shock.

“I was going to… but when I came back that night, you were asleep, I couldn’t wake you. Plus, this would’ve just made you angry…” Celaneo muttered.

“Yeah it makes me angry, not at you, but at Julius. If anything, I’m disappointed in myself for not going with you. Or checking up on you. Or-” Before Orion could continue, a pair of the most softest lips cut him off.

“Orion, don't worry.” Celaneo rested her forehead on hers. “I’m okay now… at first, I was broken, that’s why I spent the rest of the next day in your arms. But now, I’m back to stripping – no private shows though – and the best part is, you’re here with me. So I don’t want you feeling sorry for yourself.”

“I know… I just… I feel like I should have done more to help.” Orion mumbled under his breath.

“You did all that you could.” Celaneo assured him, her hand on his heart. “Now that you know my worst memory. What’s yours?”

Orion gulped, a lump in his throat swelling, as the memory began to form in front of him.

“Goodnight, my wolf.” Celaneo whispered, enchanting his body with the dream aphrodisiac before walking out with Amelia.

As the door closed, Orion rolled over to her side of the bed, clutching her pillow close to his chest. “Mine…” He murmured from within the depths of the pillow as his dreams flooded with images of the nymph.

“Orion!” Dream Celaneo called out, running out of the house and towards the beta to embrace him in a hug. She giggled, wrapping her arms around his neck as he spun her around. “I missed you!”

“I was only gone a short while, Celaneo.” Orion chuckled, pecking her lips with a kiss. “Did you miss me that much?”

“Mhm!” Celaneo nodded, resting her head on her shoulder. “Ever since we learned I was pregnant this baby wants to eat everything under the sun.” She placed her hand on his heart. “I missed you. We missed you.”

“I can’t believe we’re starting a family soon.” Orion muttered into lips as they connected with hers for another kiss.

“Oh! Let me show you something!” Celaneo jumped down from his arms, pulling him into their home. “I did the baby’s room while you were gone.”

She opened the door to reveal a bassinet with ivy lanced around it, moon flowers blooming from the sides. “Some of the wolves say having moon flowers in the pup’s room helps them adapt to shifting easier. Especially wolves that are mixed breeds.”

“It’s beautiful, Celaneo…” Orion traced his hands over the bassinet. “You’re too good for me.”

“Isn’t she?” Kirkland smirked, leaning against the door. “I wonder what our baby will look like.” He rested his hand on her stomach, grinning viciously at Orion. “You should have never left her, Orion. Now she’s all mine~”

“NO!” He shouted, shooking up from his bed. Heaving hard, sweat dripping down his fear ridden face. Scanning around for his mate, the fear began to swell in his eyes. “Celaneo… where Celaneo…”

“Calm down.” His wolf said calmly. “Remember, our mate’s on a job”

“Oh…” Orion slowly laid back down, gazing up at the ceiling. Dread began to fill the beta’s heart at the thought of his nymph grinding against those disgusting dragons. Along with the dread came rage and jealousy. He clenched her pillow, his eyes beaming a bright turquoise. He trusted Celaneo, but he didn’t trust those dragons.

He whimpered, wanting to rush over to the nymph and embrace her. Remind her that she was his and he was hers. Not Kirkland’s. Not Julius’. His. Only his.

“Ugh!” He groaned, laying spread eagle on the bed. “Is this how it’ll always be? Me suffering while she goes to work…?”

“What do you want us to tell? Tell her to stop stripping? You know we can’t do that… she loves it. And we love her.” His wolf sighed, he was just as restless as the human counterpart.

“Yeah… we love her.” Orion nodded, grabbing the picture on the dresser. Chuckled at her soft smile, he held it close to his chest. “I guess this is what it’s like to have a mate…”

A knock at the door made Orion groan, burying his face into his nymph’s pillow once more. “Come in.”

Opening the door, Barron, Montego, and Malakai walked inside. “Awe, how are you holding up?” Barron asked, sitting on the side of the bed.

“What are you doing here?” Orion grumbled, turning away from the wolves and warlock.

“All members of the pack are connected with the hive mind. I felt that you were becoming anxious, enraged, and depressed. So, I came to check up on you.” Montego smiled, jumping into the bed beside Orion.

“I was hoping you were Celaneo… why did you have to give her the job, Barron?” Orion growled, glaring up at the alpha.

“We needed him distracted, and it’s working. Right now, there’s millions of wolves escaping Candyland. If Celaneo and Amelia didn’t distract Irvam and Julius, these wolves would’ve never seen the light of day.” Malakai explained, crouching down in front of Orion. “I know it’s hard, trust me, I don’t like Vanessa being in there either. But I know she’ll always come back to me. Just as Celaneo will for you.”

“Why does she have to be a stripper?!” Orion groaned, placing the pillow over his face.

“You’d think that would be a good thing.” Malakai muttered, shrugging slightly.

“Not to wolves,” Orion sighed, shaking his heads, “don't get me wrong, I love Celaneo. She’s hot, kind, and smart, she’s everything! It’s just… her job. I don't mind it, I just didn’t think it would do this to me!”

“It’s just your wolf getting protective. You’ve never had a mate before so it’s adjusting to her being away from you.” Barron patted his shoulder. “Montego, do you remember what it was like when I sent Chelia out on her first mission?”

“Yeah, I was miserable. Not to mention my wolf kept coming up with worst case scenarios and making me even more scared. I got to talk to her a little with the mate link, although it was a little choppy because the witch coven she was in blocked out our mating bond.”

“At least you got to talk to her.” Orion grumbled.

“At least your girl is gone for a couple hours. Chelia was gone for over 2 months.” Montego shot back.

“You have a point.” Orion muttered, sitting up as he held her pillow still. “I just… I feel like there’s a weight on my heart. And the only way to get it off is if I’m with her.”

“It’s not just wolves, their mates feel the same. I know when I leave to get ingredients from other cities I feel like I left a piece of me back home. It’s a good thing you’re feeling like this,” Malakai scooted his chair towards the side of the bed, “it shows how strong your bond is?”

“It does?” Orion questioned, earning a nod from the trio.

“Orion, if you bond wasn’t strong you wouldn’t care if she stripped for hundred guy and slept with each and every one-”

“Wait. What?!” Orion’s eyes grew wide, flashing a deep turquoise in anger. “You said all she was doing was stripping. I don't mind her stripping, but I cross the line at those dragons sleeping with my nymph.”

“You know she wouldn’t sleep with them.” Montego reminded him. “But the fact that you were worried and angered that she might show how strong your bond is.”

“I can’t talk to her though…” Orion sighed, raking his fingers through his hair.

“What do you mean?” Barron asked, tilting his head in concern.

“There are times when I can’t talk to her… it’s like… there are times when she blocks me out.” Orion’s voice grew shakey, filled with worry.

“That happens with mates who aren’t wolves.” Malakai assured him. “You wolves are so open about everything, sometimes it’s hard to be as you all are. It puts a lot of pressure on us non wolves, and the fact you can hear our thoughts doesn't help.”

“So she doesn't hate me?” Orion whimpered.

“No. She’s just adjusting. You both are.” Barron patted his shoulder. “You both love each other, clearly you can’t live without each other. You marked her three months ago, you still need to get used to one another.”

“Why don't you sleep, she should be back soon.” Montego suggested, rolling out of the bed.

Orion yawned, laying back down. “Thank… guys…” He murmured, laying back down on her pillow, taking in her beautiful mandarin orange scent.

As the two wolves and the warlock were about to leave, the door swung open to reveal a tear stricken Celaneo.

“What happened?” Malakai asked.

“There was some complication when it came to the mission…” She whimpered, looking away from the men.

“Celaneo… did my brother-”

“Yeah, he did, Barron…” Celaneo sighed, entering the room. “Please don't tell Orion, he’ll get mad and won't let me strip again. I like striping and I like Orion, I don't wanna lose either of them.”

She smiled softly at the wolf sleeping soundly on the bed. She sat down beside him, stroking his hair. “I’ll tell him when I’m ready.”

Barron nodded. “Alright, but he has to know sooner or later.”

“I know…” Celaneo replied, kissing his forehead. “Hello Orion, did you miss me?”

The wolf smiled, pulling her down beside him. “I missed you so much… don't leave.”

Celaneo giggled, resting her hands on him as they wrapped around her waist. “Welcome home…” He yawned, nuzzling his face into her neck.

“It’s good to be home, my love.” Celaneo smiled, turning towards Orion as the two embraced each other while they slept.
