Shantivan ,Evening , 6:30 pm

Khushi entered RM all tired after hectic day at work. She was also very upset for hurting her baby due to her work. She knew he would be angry as hell! She was tensed thinking how to pacify him knowing how cranky he gets when he don't get her attention.

Raizada ladies were sitting in living room chit chatting when they saw Khushi entering inside.

Payal : Khushi what happened? You look so tired..

Khushi : ya jiji had a hectic day at work..

Nani : betiya then u take rest for sometime now.

Khushi : No Nani...I will just freshen up and come downstairs in sometime to prepare dinner.

Mami : hello hi bye bye! Whole day you worked and now also you bants ( want) to work? Hein? If I was in your placewa I would have esleptwa (slept) horses bejke! ( Slept selling horses)

Anjali : Aur nahi to Kya! Even when I returned in afternoon from school I was tired with half day work and had nap in afternoon. ( Sternly) now you better go and rest khushi ..we will look after dinner preparations.

Payal : ha Khushi we are there na..don't worry.

Khushi felt really good seeing her family trying to understand her and helping her in someway. Khushi smiled at all of them with gratitude and went upstairs thanking them. On the way she met HP and she asked him if Arnav returned home or not and getting positive reply from HP , Khushi gulped.

Khushi slowly opened their room door only to see her husband sitting with his laptop typing furiously. Khushi locked the door and came to him silently. She stood there and waited for his outburst but when there was no response from his end she opened her mouth to apologise.

Khushi : ( low voice) bachcha am sorry...I know I had promised u but...am sorry I couldn't make it.

Seeing Arnav not even looking at her broke her heart thinking she had hurt him a lot because this time she was at fault. Slowly tears started rolling from her hazel eyes.

Khushi : ( choking) Bach..cha plz talk to me na..(sob)...

As soon as Arnav heard her sob he snapped his head up towards her only to see those big fat tears in her doe eyes which wrenched his heart. He suddenly grabbed her wrist and pulled her on his lap shocking Khushi.

He made her sit comfortably on his lap and wiped her tears gently with his fingers like a doting father would do to his little baby girl. Khushi was too shocked to even react.

Arnav : ( wiping her tears and caressing her face) shhhh kitten..plz don't cry..u know na I hate to see you cry..plz baby you don't have to be sorry...He kept her head on his chest and started caressing her hairs gently.

It was too much for Khushi to digest. She couldn't believe this was her Arnav! Her ruthless arrogant Husband!She had expected she would get a live show of ASR's famous wrath! But here she was experiencing her husband's oh so gentle side who was treating her like his precious doll.

Khushi : ( shocked) Ar..Arnav is ..is it really you?!

Arnav bent his head and looked at his little wife who was looking at him with her shocked eyes and smiled gently at her. He kissed her forehead and replied...

Arnav : ( softly in his husky voice) Kya hua khushu? ( What happened khushu?) Shocked? ( Smiling gently) I won't deny that I was angry ! Yes I was angry ! Hell angry when I received your text! First of all you know na how cranky and irritated I get when I don't get you all to myself? And this days with both ours hectic schedule we couldn't even spend little time with each other. And today I was really looking forward to spending our time together and was really excited for having my wife pampering me after a long time. But when you texted me you couldn't come that too after waiting for you for whole 2 hours I was really enraged!  ( Pouting) Ab Kya karu I can't easily remove and throw the ASR in me out na? He keeps popping up in me every now and then...( With his best puppy dog face) Aur ASR ko kisi ka wait karneki bhi aadat nahi hai na..( And ASR is also not used to waiting for someone) so I was really angry ..but..but when I reached home I tried to calm myself down and I thought..it's not like you did this purposely..even you would have been excited for our date like me but then something important must have come out that you had to cancel our date...I myself being a workaholic did that so many times with you or even with family...I know khushu I never understood you ever in other matters and always hurt you..but...but when I myself being a workaholic and having faced this situation like you could not understand you then it would have been a real shame for me! You always had to sacrifice our time because of my office and never complained once ..so now when you are focusing on ur career then can't I do that for you my little kitten?

Khushi looked at him in awe seeing her ruthless husband transforming into her prince charming slowly and steadily. She had tears in her eyes to see him changing for her. She felt such an over helming emotions that she suddenly caught his lips in a soul searing passionate kiss! She grabbed his hairs in a fist and kept sucking his lips passionately.

Khushi : ( crying and pecking his lips firmly) my bachcha! ( With more firm peck his lips) My Shona bachcha!

Arnav smiled cutely at her ..oh how he loved when she pampered him like this! He gently wiped her tears.

Khushi : bachcha common get up...let me freshen up then we will go out to roam... ..( cupping his cheek) only us ok?

Arnav restricted her from getting up from his lap and cupping her cheeks asked with concern..

Arnav : Jaan tell me honestly...did you have food in afternoon?

Khushi bite her lips and nodded as no.

Arnav : ( sternly but softly) This is not done khushu! How can you forget to have food dammit?! Itna bhi Kya busy hona that you couldn't spare 10 mins to have food? ...you freshen up now I'll get snacks for you ..ok?

Khushi : but Arnie..

Arnav : shhhh and ya we are not going anywhere, I know my little kitten is tired and she's only trying to make up for the afternoon date by tiring herself out more.

Khushi : no Bachcha.....interrupted

Arnav : ( naughty smirk and husky voice) mumma your bachcha knows very well when he has to be stubborn and when he has to be mature! And right now my mumma is tired and she needs rest so that she can pamper me later....

Khushi blushed at that and got up from his lap pecking his forehead. She went to washroom and Arnav went down to grab something to eat for khushi.

After sometime Khushi came out of the washroom and Arnav entered carrying coffee mug and roti sabji.

Arnav made khushi sit on the bed and fed her roti sabji. Khushi looked at him with all the love and tore piece of roti dipping in sabji and took it near his mouth, Arnav gave her a confused look.

Khushi : laad governor! You were giving me lecture on skipping food na ..what about giving that same lecture to yourself?! What you think I don't know? I very well know you bachcha ! In afternoon you must be hell angry and with that anger sitting on top of your nose you must have marched out of the restaurant without having food like a stubborn kid! Isn't it?

Arnav gave her a puppy look turning red with embarrassment. He opened his mouth and had his food. Both fed each other food and Khushi had her coffee.

Arnav : ( pouting) I bought coffee just for you...I also need something to drink!

Khushi : ( raising her eyebrow) toh?!

Arnav : (with puppy eyes) dudu!

Khushi rolled her eyes and got up keeping the plates outside their room for servant to pick up. She then locked their room door and came on the bed. She laid on her side of the bed on one side and opened the buttons of her kurti. Arnav cuddle into her hugging her waist tightly and latching his mouth on her breast sucking his milk. Khushi caressed his hairs kissing his head in between while he continued suckling. Both slept eventually out of tiredness in the same position.

Sorry guys for this short update but I am helpless...some of my readers already know that I had small accident few days back with my hand burnt severely so doc advised me to rest. So couldn't update for so many days..and now too I can't type continuously hence the short update.
