A few days later, I sat down at my usual table. I was confused to find Laurens talking to James.

"Uh, hey." I said, sitting down. "What's up with you two?"

Laurens smiled and waved me off. "None of your business." He winked, doing a stupid face. "Where's Laf?"

"He's sick." I replied. "Think he got something from the party the other day."

"Yeah, laid." James said immediately, snickering, making my face go incredibly red.

How did he know!?

He then waved me off, noticing my red face. "Chill dude, I was just kidding." I then let go of a breath I didn't realize I was holding, which made Laurens skeptical.

"Or was he?" Laurens asked, noticing my reaction. "Herc, what did you two do after y'all left the party?"

"That's none of your fucking business, John." I snapped.

"Jesus, Herc, calm down." Laurens said dismissively.

After school, I got a text from Laf.

LaffyTaffy: Hey, I just got a text from Laurens. You didn't tell him that we slept together, did you?

NeedsNoIntroduction: Maybe. Why, does it bother you?

LaffyTaffy: Only if anyone else knows. If it's just Laurens though, that's fine.

NeedsNoIntroduction: Oh, well, James was there too.

LaffyTaffy: ...I'll see you at school tomorrow.

This has no real reason to be in the book, but whatever. Next chapter is 1000+ words, so that's cool. You also get to see Laf in a dress, so that's cool.
