Origin: Weiss's main color is white and one of the main ingredients of chocolate is coco powder.
Opinion: I've never really thought about this ship as they've never really interacted. This ship is really interesting though. Coco and Weiss are both fashionable ladies and they're both amazing fighters with their respective weapons. They also don't seem fazed by grimm as Weiss was able to take on the Lancers without even seeming the least bit scared and we all remember when Coco mowed down all those grimm in mountain Glenn with her mini-gun after confidently walking up to them not even the least bit scared. I guess I could see this happening but Team CFVY has to come back first.
