Origin: Roman is based on Romeo Candlewick (aka Lampwick) from Pinocchio. While Cinder is based on Cinderella. So this ship name uses their character inspirations.

Opinion: So many of you know that I am a hard core Gelato shipper. However before I encountered Neo while watching volume 2 this was my number one ship for Roman and Cinder. (It's now my number three ship for Roman and tied with my first for Cinder). But while I don't ship this as an OTP anymore I still love this ship so much. First it's between two villains and I am a sucker for villain ships. Second Roman and Cinder work so well together. Roman may just work for Cinder as opposed to being her partner but even so he definitely is just as amazing of a villain as she is. Both of them are cunning, manipulative, and excellent at controlling others. Roman may have just been a pawn in Cinder's (and I guess you could say Salem's) plans but I still love this ship so much.
