Origin: Renora is their names put together while Flower Power is their team attack name in the episode where Team JNPR fought Team BRNZ.
Opinion: Like most people I love this ship. As shown in the kuroyuri episode Ren and Nora have been together since they were little kids. Since their village was destroyed it's just been the two of them both as companions and family. Now it's obvious that Nora has a crush on Ren (and it's VERY obvious in Chibi am I right?) but after the events of volume 4 I think Ren has developed feelings for Nora as well. This ship is basically canon already based on how the two of them were acting in the final episode of volume 4 and I'm happy about that because this ship is very cute.
