Origin: Gelato is ice cream made in Italy while a Roman is a citizen of Rome, Italy.
Opinion: Remember how in my Arkos chapter I said I had two RWBY OTPs and Arkos was one of them? Well this is the other one. I love this ship so much. For starters it's a ship with two villains and I adore a good villain in any tv show or movie. Roman is also my favorite male character while Neo is my second favorite female character (Blake is my favorite in case you were wondering) Ok so yes these two didn't really show any romantic feelings for each other except for possibly when Roman reached out to Neo when she blew away from the airship in volume 3. But these two are never without the other one even in Chibi. I've also read several fanfics with these two which has made me ship it even more. They're the cutest villain couple in remnant in my opinion and I love them.
