Origin: Please note that this was the only explanation I could find. I'm not hating on Adam fans with this description. Weiss is known as the ice queen and used to have a very cold nature. Frostbite is a very much hated injury that you can get from the cold and Adam is one of the most hated characters in RWBY.

Opinion: So about three years ago I was told by Lilly (LillianDuncan) that this ship was a very popular one on Wattpad. She showed me some work that you all had done (SkullPearlQueen particularly your story that at this moment I can't remember what it's called) and it's because of all the stories I read plus some fanart that I really like this ship. I know it's weird especially considering it's a crack ship but I can't help but love it. Weiss reminds me a lot of my main OC Jenni Opal who also has feelings for Adam (their ship name is ultraviolet) so I think that's another part of the reason I like it so much. Also I never really talk much about this in terms of shipping but I love their color schemes together. White and black are contrasting colors and if you mix red and blue you get purple which is my personal favorite color. Before the end of volume 6 I actually had a theory that Weiss and Adam could work together once they got to Atlas since Weiss wants to fix everything her father has done wrong and as we know Adam was a slave down in the Schnee mines. But of course this ship will never happen since Adam is dead and even if he wasn't I doubt he would date a human. Especially a Schnee. Regardless though this ship is a guilty pleasure it's so flipping cute in my opinion.

Now before I wrap this ship opinion up I have a weird theory I want to share with you all. Anyone else find it weird that Adam has blue eyes? I mean I get that his character inspiration The Beast/Prince Adam does have blue eyes but still isn't it weird? Based on Adam's design and Japanese inspired fighting techniques I think he's Mistralan. But how many Mistralans have we seen with blue eyes? I can't think of any. But do you know who does have blue eyes? Atlesians. Now yes you could just say oh he had one Mistralan parent and one Atlesian parent but I think there's more to it then that. We all know Jacques is a garbage person and I can bet you that he's cheated on his wife. So what if he happened to sleep with a faunus woman whether due to her paying him or maybe he didn't know she was a faunus, because we have seen some faunus can hide their traits, or just because he's that kind of sleaze bag and then she fell pregnant. Once the child, Adam, is born Jacques realizes he has blue eyes and has to cover it up because it will be this big scandal. It can also explain why Adam's eye is branded. Maybe Jacques wanted to make sure that nobody could recognize the eye color and put two and two together. Or maybe I'm just crazy. Either way let me know your thoughts of this ship and my theory.
